Description

The present invention relates to a saucer container and a method for refilling the contents, and in particular, uses a saucer container including a saucer containing the contents, a lid attached to cover the upper surface opening of the saucer main body, and the saucer container. Regarding how to refill the contents that were there.

In recent years, the environmental load of synthetic resin containers for accommodating various liquids and powders has been reduced, and various thin-walled containers using a reduced amount of resin have been developed. In addition, as a container for storing various liquids and powders and granules as contents, there are a bag-shaped container made of a flexible flexible packaging material such as a pouch, a saucer containing the contents, and a saucer container consisting of a lid. It is often used. By manually removing the lid from the saucer container, the contents enclosed in the saucer body can be made usable.

Further, in the field of cosmetics, for example, by refilling powder such as foundation or powder into a compact container or the like which is a refillable container having excellent design, it is not necessary to dispose of an expensive compact container or the like each time. , It is requested that it can be used for a long period of time. For this reason, a saucer-shaped container called a refill container, which is filled with powder cosmetics for refilling, is detachably attached to a refillable container such as a compact container together with the container, and the contents of the powder cosmetics, etc. Various refill containers for refilling things have been developed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Furthermore, the inner container containing highly viscous creamy contents such as skin cream and cleansing cream is detachably attached as a refill container for refilling to the bottomed tubular outer container with a simple design. A double container capable of this has also been developed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-40331

However, in the refill container for refilling filled with the powder cosmetics of Patent Document 1, a detachable mechanism for detachably fixing the refill container to the refill container or the refill container such as a compact container. Since it is necessary to provide a net frame and a covering film to cover the upper surface opening of the refill container, the configuration of these containers becomes complicated, and after the refill container is attached to the refill container, It is necessary to carefully open the refill container while preventing the enclosed powder cosmetics and the like from scattering or leaking out.

Further, the refillable container such as a compact container can be formed into a bottomed cylinder shape having a simple design as in Patent Document 2, and the refillable container also has a thin and simple shape having a bottomed cylinder shape. However, in this case as well, after the refill container is attached to the refill container, the refill container is opened while preventing the enclosed creamy contents from leaking out or adhering to the hands. It is necessary to perform the operation carefully.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can easily open a container containing the contents without scattering or leaking the contents by a simple structure and a simple operation, and is suitable as a container for refilling. In FIG. 4, the extended mounting portion 15 extends from the outer wall portion 14c of the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 to the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22, and has an arcuate or linear shape that is convex inward. It can be formed to include a portion. Here, the arcuate shape may be an arcuate shape having a plurality of radii of curvature. For example, FIG. 4 shows an extended mounting portion 15 including an arc-shaped portion. As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, a locking convex portion 34d may be provided at the connecting portion between the extended mounting portion 35 and the outer wall portion 34c. The locking convex portion 34d is provided so as to project inward (on the side of the saucer 31).

The locking state of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 and the lid side overhang locking portion 14 is such that the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 and the lid side overhang locking portion 14 are fitted by the shape of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 and the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 It can be obtained by the frictional force due to the contact and adhesion of each contact surface of the lid side overhang locking portion 14, heat sealing, adhesion with an adhesive or an adhesive, or the like. The locked state by adhesion is preferably a locked state by heat sealing with low-density polyethylene or the like, a thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin, an adhesive by evaporation of a solvent, or bonding with a tape-shaped adhesive substance or the like. As will be described later, the locked state of the saucer side overhanging locking portion 12 and the lid side overhanging locking portion 14 can be changed by applying a pressing force to the lid 13 from above and deforming the lid 13. It is in a temporarily locked state so that it can be easily released.

Further, the saucer container 10 of the present embodiment has a shape in which the outer peripheral shape of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 fits into the inner peripheral shape of the upper surface opening of the compact main body 22 which is the refill container 20. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5B, the saucer 11 is dropped and mounted inside the compact main body 22 until the overhanging locking portion 12 is arranged below the upper surface opening of the compact main body 22. To. Here, the upper surface opening of the compact main body 22 is a region surrounded by the inner peripheral edge portion of the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the saucer 11 constituting the saucer container 10 is, for example, a polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, a polypropylene resin, a polystyrene resin, a polyethylene resin, or a polylactic acid resin. It is a molded product which is made of a synthetic resin such as the above and is easily formed with a thin wall thickness of, for example, about 0.02 to 0.8 mm. The saucer 11 may be made of these synthetic resins in a single layer or in multiple layers. The saucer 11 is preferably a transparent sheet molded product so that the contents can be visually recognized. The saucer 11 includes a saucer main body 11a for accommodating the contents and a saucer side overhang locking portion 12.

The saucer main body 11a has an inverted flat truncated cone as a flat bottomed cylindrical shape having, for example, a circular planar shape having an outer diameter of about 30 to 200 mm and a height of, for example, about 30 to 200 mm. It has a shape. That is, the saucer main body 11a includes a tapered peripheral wall portion 11b in which the inner diameter is smoothly reduced from the upper surface opening toward the bottom wall portion 11c, thereby forming an inverted flat truncated cone shape. doing. Further, the saucer main body 11a is provided with a saucer side overhang locking portion 12 which is connected to the opening peripheral edge of the upper surface opening of the saucer main body portion 11a so as to continuously project outward in an annular shape in the circumferential direction.

Here, the upper surface opening of the saucer main body 11a is the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 11b (the upper side of the peripheral wall of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12), which is the connection portion between the saucer main body portion 11a and the saucer side overhang locking portion 12. It is an area surrounded by the part 12a). Further, the planar "circular shape" of the saucer 11 also includes a substantially circular shape. The substantially circular shape includes an ellipse, an ellipse, a circle having a straight line in part, and the like.

In the present embodiment, the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 is a overhanging portion having a U-shaped cross-sectional shape in which the open side is arranged downward as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 (a) and 5 (b). It has become. That is, the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 is the peripheral wall upper side portion 12a (FIG. 5) which is the upper end portion of the peripheral wall adjacent to the opening peripheral edge portion of the upper surface opening of the saucer main body portion 11a including the bottom wall portion 11a and the peripheral wall portion 11b. (A), (b)), the overhanging side portion 12b protruding outward from the upper end edge portion of the peripheral wall upper side portion 12a, and the hanging side portion 12c hanging downward from the outer edge portion of the overhanging side portion 12b. It has a U-shaped cross-sectional shape with the open side facing downward. The saucer side overhang locking portion 12 is such that when the saucer 11 in which the powder cosmetic for refilling is stored in the saucer main body portion 11a is attached to the lid 13, the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 is held inside the lid side overhang locking portion 14. It is installed in a locked state. As a result, it becomes possible to maintain the state in which the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 is attached to the inside of the lid side overhang locking portion 14 over the entire circumference, and the powder cosmetics are stored in the saucer main body portion 11a. The saucer container 10 of the present embodiment is formed in which the saucer 11 and the lid 12 are integrated.

Further, in the present embodiment, the convex ribs 12d are provided in an annular shape continuously in the circumferential direction so as to project outward from the lower end portion of the hanging side portion 12c of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 (FIGS. 2 and 2). 4. See FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b)). By locking the convex rib 12d at the lower end of the hanging side portion 12c to the base end portion of the arc-shaped extending portion 15a that is convex inward in the extended mounting portion 15 of the lid 12, the saucer side The locked state of the overhanging locking portion 12 and the lid-side overhanging locking portion 14 can be further stabilized.

Further, in the present embodiment, the upper surface opening of the saucer main body 11a so that the outer diameter of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the compact main body 22 which is the refill container 20. It is provided so as to project outward from the peripheral edge of the opening. As a result, the saucer 11 in which the powder cosmetics are stored in the saucer main body 11a is dropped inside the compact main body 22 until the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 is arranged below the upper surface opening of the compact main body 22. It becomes possible to insert (see FIG. 5 (b)).

In addition, in FIGS. 2, 4, 5 (a), 5 (b) and the like, the saucer 11 contains a powder cosmetic for refilling, which is a content, inside the saucer main body 11a for convenience of explanation. Although it is shown in a non-existent state, in the present embodiment, the saucer main body 11a is in a state in which the powder cosmetic for refilling is contained. Further, the saucer container 10 in which the contents are not yet contained in the saucer 11 is included in the saucer container according to claim 19 within the scope of the claims.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lid 13 constituting the saucer container 10 together with the saucer 11 is made of a polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, a polypropylene resin, a polystyrene resin, a polyethylene resin, or a poly. It is a molded product made of a synthetic resin such as a lactic acid resin and easily formed with a thin wall thickness of, for example, about 0.02 to 0.8 mm. The lid 13 may be made of these synthetic resins in a single layer or in multiple layers. The lid 13 is preferably a transparent sheet molded product so that the contents can be visually recognized. The lid 13 has a flat three-dimensional shape having an outer diameter of, for example, about 50 to 250 mm, preferably a circular planar shape similar to the saucer 11, and having a height of, for example, about 30 to 200 mm. .. In the present embodiment, the lid 13 includes a lid main body 13a arranged so as to cover the upper surface opening of the saucer main body 11a, and a lid-side overhang locking portion 14 provided so as to project outward from the lid main body 13a. Preferably, it is configured to include an extension mounting portion 15 provided extending downward from the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 having an extension portion 15a having a cross-sectional shape curved in an arc shape. The lid 13 is preferably formed so as to be thinner than the saucer 11, so that the lid 13 can be more easily deformed. The "circular shape" of the planar shape of the lid 13 includes a substantially circular shape as well as the planar shape of the saucer 11. The substantially circular shape includes an ellipse, an ellipse, a circle having a straight line in part, and the like.

In the present embodiment, the lid main body 13a is a flat plate-shaped portion having a circular planar shape having the same size as the upper surface opening of the saucer main body 11a, and when the lid 13 is integrally attached to the saucer 11. , Preferably, the entire upper surface opening of the saucer main body 11a is closed from above and arranged. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5A, a tapered connecting portion 13b that inclines upward in the radial direction is formed on the peripheral portion of the lid main body portion 13a over the entire circumference. .. The tapered connection portion 13b has a connection corner portion 13c with the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 inside the connection portion of the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 11b of the saucer main body portion 11a with the lower end portion of the peripheral wall upper side portion 12a. It is provided in a state of being abutted and locked from the air to be sealed. The lid-side overhang locking portion 14 is continuously formed so as to project to the outside of the lid main body portion 13a with the tapered connecting portion 13b interposed therebetween. A tapered connecting portion 13b that inclines upward in the radial direction is formed on the peripheral portion of the lid main body 13a over the entire circumference, so that the lid 13 is tapered when it is mounted on the saucer 11. A space is maintained between the shape connecting portion 13b and the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 11b of the saucer main body portion 11a.

In the present embodiment, the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 is one size larger than the saucer-side overhang locking portion 12 so that the saucer-side overhang locking portion 12 can be fixed in a state of being held by fitting, for example. It is a large overhang with a U-shaped cross section arranged with the open side facing downward. That is, the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 is an inner wall portion 14a that stands upward from the connection corner portion 13c of the upper end portion of the tapered connection portion 13b of the lid main body portion 13a, and the inner wall portion 14a from the upper end edge portion to the outside. It has a U-shaped cross-sectional shape with the open side facing downward, consisting of an overhanging upper wall portion 14b and an outer wall portion 14c hanging downward from the outer edge portion of the upper wall portion 14b. An extended mounting portion 15 is continuously provided diagonally downward from the lower end portion of the outer wall portion 14c.

Further, the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 is preferably formed so as to be thinner than the other portions of the lid 13, so that it can be more easily deformed.

In the present embodiment, the extended mounting portion 15 provided so as to extend downward from the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 is directed outward from the lower end edge portion of the outer wall portion 14c of the lid-side overhanging locking portion 14. It is formed including a tapered extending portion 15a that is inclined diagonally downward and spreads toward the end. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 (a) and 5 (b), the extension portion 15a is formed in an arc shape that is convex inward. The mounting surface portion 16 which is the lower end contact surface portion is mounted on the lower end portion of the extended portion 15a of the extended mounting portion 15 in a planar contact with the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22. Is provided. The mounting surface portion 16 is provided so as to be bent outward from the extending portion 15a of the extending mounting portion 15 which is provided so as to extend diagonally downward or vertically downward. The mounting surface portion 16 projects from the extending portion 15a by changing the angle in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the vertical direction so that the surface contact can be made along the flat end surface of the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22. It is a planar part provided in the above. The mounting surface portion 16 is provided as a part of the extended mounting portion 15.

A peripheral edge reinforcing portion 15b including a U-shaped cross-sectional shape portion with the open side facing upward is provided so as to be continuously provided downward from the outer peripheral edge portion of the mounting surface portion 16. The peripheral edge reinforcing portion 15b is provided so as to project outward from the lower end peripheral edge portion of the extended mounting portion 15 of the lid 13. The peripheral edge reinforcing portion 15b stands upward from the inner peripheral wall extending downward from the outer peripheral edge portion of the mounting surface portion 16, the bottom wall extending outward from the lower end edge portion of the inner wall portion, and the outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom wall portion. It has a U-shaped cross-sectional shape portion consisting of an outer peripheral wall to be installed. The peripheral edge reinforcing portion 15b may have a cross-sectional shape including a curved shape portion such as a semicircle. The inner diameter of the inner peripheral wall of the peripheral edge reinforcing portion 15b is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22 which is the refill container 20. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, when the saucer container 10 is set by supporting it on the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22 and covering the upper surface opening of the compact main body 22, the mounting surface portion 16 is covered over the entire circumference. The upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22 can be easily brought into contact with the upper end portion 22b in a planar shape, and the saucer 11 can be supported in a stable state via the lid 13.

Further, it is preferable that the mounting surface portion 16 is provided with ribs 16a projecting downward at a plurality of locations spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 21, the rib 16a is a planar convex rib that protrudes downward and is formed one step lower than the lower surface of the mounting surface portion 16. The ribs 16a are preferably provided at 2 to 10 positions at intervals in the circumferential direction of the mounting surface portion 16, and more preferably at 3 to 6 positions. The rib 16a preferably protrudes downward from the lower surface of the mounting surface portion 16 at a height of, for example, 0.1 to 1.0 mm, and protrudes downward at a height of 0.2 to 0.5 mm. Is even more preferable. The rib 16a can be easily formed by providing a convex portion or a concave portion in a portion corresponding to the rib 16a of the mold when the lid 13 is formed by sheet molding. Since the mounting surface portion 16 is provided with ribs 16a projecting downward at a plurality of locations spaced in the circumferential direction, the mounting surface portion 16 and the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22 will be described later. It becomes possible to hold a gap for air flow between the and.

As shown in FIG. 3, the compact container 21 in which the powder cosmetics as the contents are refilled using the saucer container 10 of the present embodiment includes a compact main body 22 serving as a refill container 20, a middle plate 23, and the like. It is a known cosmetic container having a simple design and rich in design, which comprises a puff 24 and a cap (not shown).

The compact main body 22 is a flat bottomed cylindrical dish-shaped container, and the upper surface opening thereof preferably has a circular (including substantially circular) opening shape. The peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22 has a two-stage structure in which the wall thickness of the lower half portion is larger than that of the upper half portion. The inside surrounded by the peripheral wall 22a is a mounting recess on which the saucer 11 containing the powder cosmetics is detachably mounted. A male screw ridge 22c is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the upper half of the peripheral wall 22a. Through the male screw ridge 22c, a cap (not shown) having a female screw ridge formed on the inner peripheral surface is detachably attached. In FIGS. 4 to 6, the two-stage structure of the peripheral wall 22a and the male screw ridge 22c are not shown.

The middle plate 23 is a flat bottomed cylindrical dish-shaped member with a shallow bottom, and a net body 23a for adjusting the amount of powder cosmetics scooped up by the puff 24 is attached to the bottom surface of the middle plate 23. Has been done. The middle plate 23 is provided with an overhanging flange portion 23b that projects outward from the peripheral edge portion of the upper surface opening thereof. After the saucer 11 is dropped into the mounting recess on the inside of the compact body 22 and mounted, the overhanging flange portion 23b is locked to the upper end surface 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact body 22 to accommodate the powder cosmetics. The net body 23a is arranged so as to be overlapped above the above. Further, in a state where the puff 24 for scooping powder cosmetics is housed inside the inner plate 23, a cap is attached so as to cover the upper surface opening of the compact main body 22, and a compact container 21 in which these are integrated can be obtained. It will be.

Then, when the powder cosmetic is refilled into the compact main body 22 of the compact container 21, the saucer container 10 of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration is used. In order to refill the powder cosmetics using the saucer container 10, as shown in FIG. 4, the lid 13 is integrally attached to the saucer 11 in which the powder cosmetics are stored in the saucer body 11a. The mounting surface portion 16 of the above is brought into contact with the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22 in a planar manner. As a result, the saucer 11 is supported by the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22 via the lid 13, and the saucer container 10 is set. After that, when a pressing force is applied to the lid 13 from above, as shown in FIG. 5B, the upper wall portion 14b of the lid side overhang locking portion 14 is expanded by the tapered connecting portion 13b of the lid 13. , The inner portion of the upper wall portion 14b of the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 is deformed so as to fall downward. That is, the upper wall portion 14b and the inner wall portion 14a of the lid side overhang locking portion 14 and the tapered connecting portion 13b of the lid main body portion 13a are arranged linearly while widening the inner angle between them. Transform to be done. As a result, the pan-side overhang locking portion 12 is pushed downward by the inner portion of the upper wall portion 14b of the lid-side overhang locking portion 14, and the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 by the pan-side overhang locking portion 12 Since the locked state to the compact body 22 is released, the saucer 11 is dropped into the mounting recess inside the compact body 22 while the upper surface opening of the compact body 22 is covered by the lid 13, and the compact body 22 is smoothly mounted. It will be.

In FIG. 5B, the wide white arrow indicates the pressing point on the lid main body 13a, and the narrow white arrow indicates the movement when the lid side overhang locking portion 14 is deformed. Explaining. Further, the pressing portion on the lid main body 13a is not particularly limited, but the central portion of the lid main body 13a is set as the pressing portion from the viewpoint of facilitating the deformation of the lid side overhang locking portion 14 over the entire circumference. Is preferable. In order to make it easier to release the locked state with the saucer side overhang locking portion 12, it is preferable that the length of the inner wall portion 14a of the lid side overhanging locking portion 14 is shorter than the width of the upper wall portion 14b. .. It is preferable that the lid 13 and the saucer 11 are not in contact with each other except for the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 and the saucer-side overhang locking portion 12.

The locking state of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 and the lid side overhang locking portion 14 is, for example, the upper wall portion 14b of the lid side overhang locking portion 14 and the overhanging side portion 12b of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12. When it is obtained by adhesion with an adhesive between them, the adhesive layer is peeled off by the deformation of the lid side overhang locking portion 14, so that the locked state is released and the saucer 11 is mounted inside the compact main body 22. It is mounted in the recess.

As described above, the locking state of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 and the lid side overhang locking portion 14 is such that the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 and the lid side overhang locking portion 14 are fitted by the shape of the saucer side overhang locking portion 14. It can be obtained by contacting or contacting the contact surfaces of the overhanging locking portion 12 and the lid side overhanging locking portion 14, frictional force, heat sealing, adhesion with an adhesive or an adhesive, or the like. The locked state due to adhesion may be due to heat sealing with low-density polyethylene or the like, thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin, an adhesive due to evaporation of a solvent, adhesion with a tape-like adhesive substance, or the like. The locking points are only the locking points to the base end portion of the arc-shaped extending portion 15a of the extending mounting portion 15 of the lid 12 by the convex rib 12d of the hanging side portion 12c of the overhanging locking portion 12 on the saucer side. Instead, it may be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the lid-side overhang locking portion 14. For example, the contact surface between the upper wall portion 14b of the lid side overhang locking portion 14 and the overhanging side portion 12b of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12, or the outer wall portion 14c of the lid side overhang locking portion 14 and the saucer side overhang locking portion. A locking portion may be formed on the contact surface of the portion 12 with the hanging side portion 12c.

As a result, according to the saucer container 10 of the present embodiment, the saucer container is supported by the compact main body 22 which is a bottomed tubular refill container having a simple design and the saucer 11 is supported via the lid 13. After setting 10, the container can be opened without scattering or leaking the contained powder cosmetics by a simple configuration and a simple operation in which a pressing force is applied to the lid 13 from above. Powder cosmetics can be easily refilled. Specifically, according to the saucer container 10 of the present embodiment, the saucer 11 containing the contents in the saucer main body 11a is dropped into the mounting recess inside the compact main body 22 which is a refill container and mounted. Until then, the upper surface opening of the saucer main body 11a and the upper surface opening of the compact main body 22 can be held in a state of being covered by the lid 13, so that it is effective to prevent the powder cosmetics as the contents from being scattered. It becomes possible to prevent it.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the lid 13 is attached to the saucer 11 by forming a tapered connecting portion 13b that is inclined upward in the radial direction on the peripheral edge portion of the lid main body portion 13a. In the state, a space is maintained between the tapered connection portion 13b and the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 11b of the saucer main body portion 11a. As a result, when a pressing force is applied to the lid 13 from above, it becomes possible to easily release the locked state between the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 and the lid side overhang locking portion 14, and the saucer 11 It becomes possible not to hinder the drop.

Further, according to the present embodiment, since the peripheral edge reinforcing portion 15b is provided so as to project outward from the lower end peripheral edge portion of the extended mounting portion 15 of the lid 13, when a pressing force is applied to the lid 13 from above. In addition, it is possible to prevent the extended mounting portion 15 from spreading. As a result, for example, the convex rib 12d at the lower end of the hanging side portion 12c of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 is locked to the base end portion of the arc-shaped extending portion 15a of the extending mounting portion 15 of the lid 12. It is possible to easily release the outer fitting portion due to the fact that the lid is fitted. By providing the peripheral reinforcement portion 15b on the extension mounting portion 15, it is possible to suppress deformation of the extension mounting portion 15 and the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 due to, for example, an impact from the side surface. Therefore, it is effective to prevent the saucer container 10 from being impacted during transportation or before use and inadvertently releasing the locked state between the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 and the lid side overhang locking portion 14. It becomes possible to avoid it.

Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 is formed from the peripheral wall upper side portion 12a adjacent to the opening peripheral edge portion of the upper surface opening of the saucer main body portion 11a and the upper end edge portion of the peripheral wall upper side portion 12a. It has an overhanging side portion 12b that projects outward, and a hanging side portion 12c that hangs downward from the outer edge portion of the overhanging side portion 12b. As a result, the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 can ensure a reliable airtightness between the inner wall portion 14a, the upper wall portion 14b, and the lid side overhang locking portion 14 including the outer wall portion 14c. At the same time, it becomes possible to smoothly drop the saucer 11.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the mounting surface portions 16 provided on the extended mounting portion 15 of the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 are ribs 16a protruding downward at a plurality of locations spaced in the circumferential direction. It has. As a result, the saucer 11 can hold a gap for air flow between the mounting surface portion 16 and the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22 on which the mounting surface portion 16 is mounted in a planar shape. It is possible to secure an air escape path and an inflow path when moving downward, and smoothly drop the saucer 11 into the mounting recess inside the compact main body 22 for mounting.

Then, the saucer container 10 of the present embodiment is positioned on the outer box 26 as shown in FIG. 22 (b), for example, which is formed by using the cardboard 25 having the developed shape as shown in FIG. 22 (a). It can be stored in a closed state and commercialized as an individual package. That is, the outer box 26 has a flat hexahedral shape having a size of, for example, about 50 to 250 mm in length and width and about 20 to 250 mm in height, and as shown in FIG. 23, the positioning mount 27 for positioning inside. It has. Using this positioning mount 27, the saucer container 10 can be stored in a state of being positioned at the central portion of the outer box 26. Further, a window frame portion 26a is formed on the upper surface portion of the outer box 26 so that the color and the like of the contents of the stored saucer container 10 can be identified. A break line 26b for opening is provided along each joint angle portion between the upper surface portion of the outer box 26 and the pair of side side surface portions facing each other. The break line 26b is connected to the notches 26d on both sides of the knob portion 26c provided on the front side surface portion after crossing the upper surface portion at the corner portions on both sides of the front side surface portion side.

The positioning mount 27 is formed to include a substrate portion 27a having the same planar shape as the bottom surface portion of the outer box 26, and four locking piece portions 27b standing upright from the substrate portion 27a. The locking piece portion 27b is an overhanging piece provided inwardly extending from four opening side portions surrounding a square inner opening formed in the central portion of the substrate portion 27a, and the opening side portion is used as a bending line. It can be easily formed by bending it vertically upward with respect to the substrate portion 27.

The positioning mount 27 is mounted inside the outer box 26 so that the substrate portion 27a overlaps the bottom surface portion of the outer box 26. As a result, the positioning mount 27 is attached to the outer box 26 in a state where it does not move back and forth and left and right with respect to the bottom surface portion. The saucer container 10 has four locking pieces 27b of the positioning mount 27 at a distance (see FIG. 4) between the peripheral wall portion 11b of the saucer main body portion 11a of the saucer 11 and the extended mounting portion 15 of the lid 13. Is stored inside the outer box 26 in a state of being inserted from below. The locking piece portion 27b is erected at the same height as the height from the bottom wall portion 11a of the saucer main body portion 11a of the saucer 11 to the overhanging side portion 12b of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12. Further, the locking piece portion 27b is erected at a position farther from the outer side portion of the substrate portion 27a than the overhang length of the lid-side overhanging locking portion 14 of the lid 13. As a result, when the saucer container 10 is housed in the outer box 26, a gap is maintained between the outer peripheral portion of the saucer container 10 and the four side surface portions of the outer box 26. As a result, the positioning mount 27 functions as a cushioning material, and effectively prevents the impact from being directly transmitted to the saucer container 10 when, for example, the individual body containing the saucer container 10 falls from the side surface side. Will be possible.

The user who purchased the individual package has a saucer container after forming an opening for taking out by locking the finger to the knob portion 26c and pulling the upper surface portion upward while breaking the breaking lines 26b on both sides. 10 can be taken out and used. The outer box 26 does not have to have the breaking line 26b, and various other forms of the box body can be used as the outer box.

6 (a) and 6 (b) show a saucer container 30 used as a refill tray container according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the saucer container 30 of FIGS. 6A and 6B, the locked state of the saucer side overhang locking portion 32 and the lid side overhanging locking portion 34 is the outer wall portion 34c of the lid side overhanging locking portion 34. Only the outer fitting portion where the tip end portion of the saucer side overhang locking portion 32 is locked to the locking convex portion 34d provided so as to project inward from the inner side surface of the connection base end portion with the extended mounting portion 35. It is due to the locking of.

Here, the locking convex portions 34d can be provided as linear ribs at a plurality of locations continuous or spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the lid 33. In the saucer container 30 of FIGS. 6A and 6B, the locking protrusions 34d are provided at eight positions at intervals in the circumferential direction (see FIG. 7). The locking convex portion 34d is in a state in which, for example, the connecting base end portion of the outer wall portion 34c with the extended mounting portion 35 is recessed from the outside to the inside so as to protrude inward from the inner side surface of the outer wall portion 34c. Can be easily formed with. Such a locking convex portion 34d can be easily formed when the lid 33 is formed by sheet molding by providing a convex portion or a concave portion in a portion corresponding to the locking convex portion of the mold. it can. Further, the locking state between the tip of the pan-side overhanging locking portion 32 and the outer wall portion 34c of the lid-side overhanging locking portion 34 is due to the locking convex portion 34d, as well as an adhesive, heat fusion, and ultrasonic fusion. It can also be obtained by adhering the tip end portion of the saucer side overhang locking portion 32 to the inner side surface of the outer wall portion 34c by using a dressing or the like.

In the saucer container 30 of FIGS. 6A and 6B, the inner side surface of the extended portion 35a of the extended mounting portion 35 of the lid 33 is in contact with the outer edge portion of the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22. The saucer container 30 is set by bringing the saucer 31 into contact with the lid 33 and supporting the saucer 31 against the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22. After that, when a pressing force is applied to the lid 33 from above, the extending portion 35a of the divergent tapered extending mounting portion 35 is expanded by the peripheral wall 22a, and the outer wall portion 34c of the lid side overhang locking portion 34. Deforms so that it spreads outward. As a result, the locked state between the locking convex portion 34d of the lid-side overhanging locking portion 34 and the tip of the saucer-side overhanging locking portion 32 is released, so that the upper surface opening of the compact main body 22 is covered by the lid 33. The saucer 31 is dropped into the mounting recess on the inside of the compact main body 22 in the broken state, and is smoothly mounted. The saucer 31 separated from the lid 33 is arranged so that the saucer side overhang locking portion 32 is in contact with the end surface of the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a in a planar shape. The wide white arrow indicates the pressed portion. The pressing portion is not particularly limited, but in order to spread the extended portion 35a of the extending mounting portion 35 more smoothly, it is preferable to use the lid-side overhang locking portion 34 (upper surface) as the pressing portion.

Further, in the saucer container 30 of FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 (b), the lid-side overhang locking portions 34 are provided at a plurality of locations spaced apart in the circumferential direction. , A recessed recess 34e that is recessed downward is formed. The recessed recess 34e can be easily provided when the lid 33 is formed by sheet molding by providing a convex portion or a recessed portion at a position corresponding to the recessed recess 34e of the mold. Since the recessed recess 34e is formed in the lid-side overhang locking portion 34, the extended mounting portion 35 is placed on the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22, and the saucer container 30 is placed on the compact main body 22. After setting, when a pressing force is applied to the lid 33 from above, the lid-side overhang locking portion 34 can be easily expanded and contracted and deformed in the circumferential direction by using the recessed recess 34e as an expansion and contraction portion.

Further, in the saucer container 30 of FIGS. 6A and 6B, as shown in FIG. 7, the extended mounting portion 35 has a lower end edge portion or a lower end edge portion at a plurality of locations spaced in the circumferential direction. A cut portion 35c is formed, which is cut from the peripheral reinforcing portion 35b of the portion to the lid side overhang locking portion 34. Since the notch 35c is formed in the extended mounting portion 35, the extended mounting portion 35 is placed on the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22, and the saucer container 30 is set in the compact main body 22. After that, when a pressing force is applied to the lid 33 from above, the cut portion 35c is expanded so that the extended mounting portion 35 can be easily deformed in the circumferential direction.

Here, it is preferable that the recessed recess 34e and the notch 35c are arranged at positions deviated from each other in the circumferential direction. In the saucer container 30 of FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), as shown in FIG. 7, the recessed recess 34e and the notch 35c are arranged at positions shifted by 45 ° in the circumferential direction, and each is 90 ° or the like. It is provided at four locations with an angular interval. Since the recessed recess 34e and the notch 35c are arranged at positions shifted in the circumferential direction, the extended mounting portion 35 can be more easily deformed in the circumferential direction due to the synergistic effect of the interlocking of these. Becomes possible.

9 (a) and 9 (b) show a saucer container 40 used as a refill tray container according to still another embodiment of the present invention. In the saucer container 40 of FIGS. 9A and 9B, the extension portion 45a of the extension placement portion 45 is a tapered extension portion that expands toward the outside and is inclined in a straight line diagonally downward. It has become. A locking convex portion 44d is provided so as to project inward at the connection base end portion of the linear extending portion 45a with the outer wall portion 44c of the lid-side overhanging locking portion 44. The locking state of the pan-side overhang locking portion 42 and the lid-side overhang locking portion 44 is such that the lower end portion of the hanging side portion 42c of the pan-side overhang locking portion 42 is locked to the locking convex portion 44d. It is due to locking only the mating part. In the saucer container 40 of FIGS. 9A and 9B, when the lid 43 is attached to the saucer 41, the lower end portion of the extended mounting portion 45 of the lid 43 is the bottom of the saucer main body portion 41a of the saucer 41. It is arranged below the wall portion 41c.

Further, in the saucer container 40 of FIGS. 9A and 9B, a mounting surface portion 46 is provided at the lower end portion of the extended mounting portion 45 of the lid 43 so as to be interposed between the peripheral reinforcing portion 45b. ing. By bringing the mounting surface portion 46 into contact with the upper end portion 22b of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22 which is the refill container 20 in a planar manner, the saucer 41 is made compact via the lid 40 in a more stable state. The saucer container 40 can be set by supporting it on the peripheral wall 22a of the main body 22.

Even with the saucer container 40 of FIGS. 9A and 9B, if a pressing force is applied to the lid 43 from above after setting the compact main body 22, the extended mounting portion 45 is centered on the locking convex portion 44d. It is expanded by the peripheral wall 22a while rotating in. As a result, the locking convex portion 44d provided at the connection base end portion of the lid side overhanging locking portion 44 with the extending portion 45a and the hanging side portion 42c of the saucer side overhanging locking portion 42 are locked. Since it is opened, the saucer 41 can be smoothly dropped into the mounting recess inside the compact main body 22, and the same effect as that of the saucer container 10 of the above-described embodiment can be obtained.

10 (a) and 10 (b) show a saucer container 50 used as a refill tray container according to still another embodiment of the present invention. The saucer container 50 of FIGS. 10 (a) and 10 (b) has substantially the same configuration as the refill tray container 40 of FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b), and the extended mounting portion 55 of the lid 53. A mounting surface portion 56 is provided at the lower end portion of the lid so as to be interposed between the peripheral reinforcing portion 55b and the peripheral reinforcing portion 55b. Further, the extended mounting portion 55 of the lid 53 is cut at a plurality of locations spaced in the circumferential direction from the lower end edge portion provided with the peripheral edge reinforcing portion 55b to the lid side overhang locking portion 54. A portion (see reference numeral 35c in FIG. 7) is formed. In the saucer container 50 of FIGS. 10A and 10B, when a pressing force is applied to the lid 53 from above, the notch portion is expanded so that the extended mounting portion 55 is deformed and placed. The lid 53 is pushed downward until the surface portion 56 abuts on the male screw ridge 22c provided on the outer side of the peripheral wall 22a of the compact main body 22, and the locking convex portion 54d of the lid side overhang locking portion 54 and the saucer The locked state of the side overhang locking portion 52 with the hanging side portion 52c is released.

11 (a) and 11 (b) show a saucer container 60 used as a refill tray container according to still another embodiment of the present invention. In the saucer container 60 of FIGS. 11A and 11B, the extension mounting portion 65 of the lid 63 includes an extension portion 65a extending in a cylindrical shape in the direct downward direction instead of a tapered shape. Further, the outer wall portion 64c of the lid-side overhang locking portion 64 is provided with an arcuate convex rib 67 that can be inverted so as to be convex outward so as to project inward. Further, the saucer side overhang locking portion 62 is a flange-shaped overhang locking portion 68 that is locked by an arcuate convex rib 67 on the lower surface side of the upper wall portion 64b of the lid side overhang locking portion 64.

Even with the saucer container 60 of FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b), if a pressing force is applied to the lid 63 from above after setting the compact main body 22, the arcuate convex rib 67 is inverted outward and the saucer 61 is formed. Since the locked state with the flange-shaped overhanging locking portion 68 is released, the same function and effect as those of the saucer container 10 of the above-described embodiment can be obtained.

12 (a) and 12 (b) show a saucer container 70 used as a refill tray container according to still another embodiment of the present invention. In the saucer container 70 of FIGS. 12A and 12B, the extruded rib 73b is provided on the lid main body 73a so as to project downward. When a pressing force is applied to the lid 73 from above, the lid main body 73a is deformed downward as shown in FIG. 12B, and the extruded rib 73b pushes the saucer 71 downward, so that the lid 73 and the saucer side overhang locking portion 72 are formed. Since the locked state with the lid-side overhanging locking portion 74 is released, the saucer 71 is dropped and smoothly mounted on the compact main body 22. In the saucer container 70 of FIGS. 12A and 12B, when the lid 73 is attached to the saucer 71, the lower end of the extended mounting portion 75 of the lid 73 is the bottom of the saucer main body 71a of the saucer 71. It is arranged below the wall portion 71c.

13 (a) and 13 (b) show a saucer container 80 according to still another embodiment of the present invention. The saucer container 80 of FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (b) has the same configuration as the saucer container 40 of FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b). In the saucer container 80 of FIGS. 13A and 13B, the height of the lid 83 is higher than the height of the saucer 81, and the lid 83 is extended when the lid 83 is attached to the saucer 81. The lower end portion of the mounting portion 85 is arranged below the bottom wall portion 81c of the saucer main body portion 81a of the saucer 81. In the saucer container 80 of FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (b), the saucer main body 81a of the saucer 81 is not filled with the contents for refilling, but for example, cosmetics such as cosmetic cream for single use, foods such as prepared foods, and lunch boxes. It can store seasonings such as sauces and dressings.

In the saucer container 80 of FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (b), for example, the flat mounting surface 89 is used as the mounting portion, the extended mounting portion 85 is placed, and the saucer 81 is placed via the lid 83. By applying a pressing force to the lid 83 from above from the state of being supported by the placing portion 89 (see FIG. 13A), the lid 83 is deformed and the lid side overhang locking portion 84 of the saucer side overhang locking portion 82 is applied. The upper surface opening of the saucer main body 81a can be opened by releasing the locked state from the lid 83 and dropping the saucer 81 onto the lower mounting surface 89 to separate it from the lid 83. This makes it possible to easily open the saucer container 80 containing the content liquid without scattering or leaking the contents by a simple configuration and a simple operation.

That is, the saucer container of the present invention can be used for other purposes other than the saucer container for refilling. The mounting portion on which the extended mounting portion 85 is placed may be on a table or a mirror stand, or on the surface of tableware or cooking utensils. The saucer containers 80 of FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (b) are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the lid-side overhang locking portion 84, similarly to the saucer containers 30 shown in FIGS. 6 (a), 6 (b) and 7 (b). By forming recessed recesses or notches at the plurality of locations, the lid 83 can be further easily deformed. As a result, the locked state between the pan-side overhang locking portion 82 and the lid-side overhang locking portion 84 is released more smoothly, and the upper surface opening of the pan-side overhanging locking portion 81a is opened, thereby further facilitating the contents. It will be possible to take it out.

14 (a) to 14 (c) exemplify the form of the peripheral wall upper side portion 12a adjacent to the opening peripheral edge portion of the saucer main body portion 11a including the bottom wall portion 11a and the peripheral wall portion 11b. The peripheral wall upper side portion 12a can be formed so as to have a tapered shape (see (a)), a vertical shape (see (b)), or a shape including both of these shapes (see (c)). .. As a result, the peripheral wall upper side portion 12a is connected to the lid side overhang locking portion 14 of the tapered connecting portion 13b formed on the peripheral edge portion of the lid main body portion 13a of the lid 13 (FIG. 5A). (See) and the inner wall portion 14a of the lid-side overhang locking portion 14 is brought into contact with and locked to the peripheral wall upper side portion 12a in a stable state from the inside, effectively providing a sealing property that does not leak the contents to the outside. It becomes possible to exert it effectively.

FIG. 15 illustrates another form in which the saucer side overhang locking portion 12 ′ of the saucer 11 ′ and the lid side overhang locking portion 14 ′ of the lid 13 ′ are locked. Intervening between the saucer side overhang locking portion 12'and the lid side overhang locking portion 14', preferably the overhanging side portion 12b'and the lid side overhang locking portion 14 of the saucer side overhang locking portion 12'. The sealing material 17 is provided so as to be sandwiched between the upper wall portion 14b and the upper wall portion 14b. By providing the sealing material 17 between the saucer side overhang locking portion 12'and the lid side overhang locking portion 14', the contents contained in the saucer 11'are prevented from leaking to the outside. Therefore, it is possible to more effectively exert the sealing property for the purpose, and at the same time, it is possible to exert the moisture-proof effect.

The sealing material 17 is formed by using a low-density polyethylene, a thermosetting resin such as an epoxy resin, an adhesive by evaporation of a solvent, a rubber such as an elastomer, a gel-like substance such as silica gel, or the like. Can be done. 16 (a) and 16 (b) show a saucer container 90 used as a refill tray container according to still another embodiment of the present invention. In the saucer container 90 of FIGS. 16A and 16B, an extrusion guiding portion 97 raised upward is provided on the lid main body portion 93a of the lid 93. Other parts have substantially the same configuration as the saucer container 10 of the above embodiment. Therefore, the extrusion induction portion 97 can be provided on the lid main body 13a of the saucer container 10 of the above embodiment or the lid main body of other embodiments. Since the lid main body 93a is provided with the extrusion guiding portion 97 raised upward, the internal volume of the saucer 91 (the saucer main body 91a) can be increased. Further, preferably, by applying a pressing force to the extrusion guide portion 97 provided in the central portion of the lid main body portion 93a, the lid side overhang locking portion 94 is evenly pushed downward, so that the saucer side overhang locking portion 92 And, it becomes easy to release the locked state with the lid side overhanging locking portion 94.

Further, the lid 93 is provided with marking 98 by characters, figures, or the like indicating a position for applying a pressing force to the lid 93, for example, on the extrusion guide portion 97 of the lid main body portion 93a. Since the marking 98 is provided on the lid 93, it is possible to guide the position where the user applies the pressing force and to release the locked state between the lid 93 and the saucer 91 more smoothly. The marking 98 can also be applied to the lid 13 of the saucer container 10 of the above embodiment and the lid of other embodiments.

Further, in the saucer container 90 of FIGS. 16A and 16B, the saucer side overhang locking portion 92 is adjacent to the opening peripheral edge of the upper surface opening of the saucer main body 91a including the bottom wall portion 91c and the peripheral wall portion 91b. , The upper side portion 92a of the peripheral wall is included. The peripheral wall upper side portion 92a is firmly abutted and locked to the connection corner portion 93c between the lid main body portion 93a of the lid 93 and the lid side overhang locking portion 94 or the inner wall portion 94a of the lid side overhang locking portion 94. It is in a state of being sealed even more firmly. This makes it possible to more reliably prevent the contents from leaking to the outside. Such a structure can also be adopted in the saucer container 10 of the above embodiment.

In the saucer container 90 of FIGS. 16A and 16B, the upper side portion 92a of the peripheral wall of the saucer 91 more firmly hits the connection corner portion 93c of the lid 93 and the inner wall portion 94a of the lid side overhang locking portion 94. By contacting and locking, these locked states are hard to come off, but the saucer 91 can be easily separated from the lid 93 to open the upper surface opening as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 17, in a state where the saucer side overhang locking portion 92 is fitted and locked to the lid side overhang locking portion 94 and the saucer container 90 is set in the refill container 20, FIG. As shown in a), the lower end of the hanging side portion 92c of the saucer side overhang locking portion 92 is locked to the connecting portion between the outer wall portion 94c of the lid side overhang locking portion 94 and the extended mounting portion 95. The upper side portion 92a of the peripheral wall of the saucer side overhang locking portion 92 is firmly in contact with and locked to the connection corner portion 93c of the lid 93 and the inner wall portion 94a of the lid side overhang locking portion 94. .. From this state, a pressing force is applied to the extrusion guide portion 97 of the lid 93 (see FIG. 17). As a result, as shown in FIG. 18B, the upper wall portion 94b of the lid-side overhang locking portion 94 is deformed so as to be tilted downward, so that the connection corner portion 93c and the inner wall portion by the peripheral wall upper side portion 92a are formed. The outer wall portion 94c and the extended mounting portion 95 of the lid side overhang locking portion 94 by the lower end portion of the hanging side portion 92c of the saucer side overhanging locking portion 92 while maintaining the contact with the 94a and the locked state. The state of being locked to the connection portion with and is released, and the saucer side overhang locking portion 92 is pushed downward.

After that, when the pressure of the lid 93 on the extrusion guide portion 97 is released, as shown in FIG. 18 (c), the upper wall portion 94b and the inner wall portion 94a of the lid side overhang locking portion 94 become the original upper wall portion 94a. Although it tries to return to the position, the upward movement of the hanging side portion 92c of the saucer side overhang locking portion 92 is blocked by the extending portion 95a of the extending mounting portion 95 having an arcuate cross section that curves inward. As a result, the contact and locking state between the upper side portion 92a of the peripheral wall and the connection corner portion 93c and the inner wall portion 94a of the lid side overhang locking portion 94 is released, so that the saucer 91 can be smoothly removed from the lid 93. , It becomes possible to drop it downward. Such a mechanism can also be adopted in the saucer container 10 of the above embodiment.

The present invention is not limited to each of the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made. For example, the contents contained in the saucer body do not necessarily have to be powder cosmetics such as foundations and powders, and various contents such as liquids and solids in addition to other powders and granules. It may be. Further, the saucer does not necessarily have to have a tapered peripheral wall portion whose inner diameter is reduced from the upper surface opening toward the bottom wall portion, and may be a bottomed cylindrical saucer or the like. As shown in FIG. 19, the locking extension portion 15'may extend straight diagonally downward. Further, as the lid body, those having various cross-sectional shapes as shown in FIGS. 20 (a) to 20 (c) can be used. Furthermore, it is not always necessary to form a notch in the locking extension, and it is not always necessary to form a recessed recess in the embracing locking portion.
