Claims (5)
- 外科的処置を計画及び実行するシステムであって、
ビデオカメラとマーカを有するボディスーツとを備え、患者の複数の関節に位置する前記マーカを有する前記ボディスーツを患者が着ているときに該患者の解剖学的動きの映像を記録するモーションキャプチャシステムと、
前記マーカを有する前記ボディスーツを前記患者が着ているときに取得された該患者の骨格の複数の画像に、前記映像を登録するX線システムと、
前記モーションキャプチャシステム及び前記X線システムからのデータセットを結合するように構成された動作データコンバイナを実行するコンピュータシステムと、
登録された映像に基づいて人工器官インプラントの位置及び向きのデータを生成することができる解剖学的モデルを生成する電子モデリングシステムと、
前記位置及び向きのデータを前記患者の解剖学的構造と相関させる手術ナビゲーションシステムと、を備えるシステム。 - 前記位置及び向きのデータに基づいて前記手術ナビゲーションシステムにより電子的にガイドされる外科用器具をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電子モデリングシステムが、骨データベースに基づいて統計的形状モデルを生成する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記手術ナビゲーションシステムが、光学ロケータ及び複数のアレイを有する追跡システムを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 位置及び向きのデータを投影することができる着用可能なヘッドアップディスプレイをさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
