Claims (13)
- 第1の絶縁シートと、
前記第1の絶縁シートに重ねられた第2の絶縁シートと、
前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートとの間に設けられて、前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートとで全体を封止されたグラファイトシートと、
を備え、
前記グラファイトシートには第1のスリットが設けられており、
前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートには前記グラファイトシートの前記第1のスリット内において前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートを貫通する第2のスリットが設けられている、熱伝導シート。 - 前記第1の絶縁シートは、前記グラファイトシートと前記第2の絶縁シートとに対向する接着性を有する第1の面と、前記第1の面の反対側の接着性を有する第2の面とを有する、請求項1に記載の熱伝導シート。
- 前記第2の絶縁シートは、前記グラファイトシートと前記第1の絶縁シートとに対向する接着性を有する第1の面と、前記第2の絶縁シートの前記第1の面の反対側の接着性を有する第2の面とを有する、請求項1または2に記載の熱伝導シート。
- 前記第1のスリットは延伸方向に細長く延び、
前記延伸方向に直角の方向における前記第1のスリットの幅は1.0mm以上、2.0mm以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導シート。 - 前記第2のスリットは延伸方向に細長く延び、
前記第2のスリットの前記延伸方向に直角の方向における前記第2のスリットの幅は0.2mm以下である、請求項4に記載の熱伝導シート。 - 前記第2のスリットは前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートとを貫通する切り込みである、請求項5に記載の熱伝導シート。
- 電池セルと、
前記電池セルに貼り合わされた熱伝導シートと、
を備え、
前記電池セルは、
上面と、下面と、前記上面と前記下面とに繋がる側面とを有する電池セル本体と、
前記電池セル本体の前記上面に設けられた電極端子と、
を有し、
前記熱伝導シートは、
前記電池セル本体の前記側面に貼り合わされた第1の絶縁シートと、
前記第1の絶縁シートに重ねられた第2の絶縁シートと、
前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートとの間に設けられて、前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートとで全体を封止されたグラファイトシートと、
を有し、
前記グラファイトシートには第1のスリットが設けられており、
前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートには、前記グラファイトシートの前記第1のスリット内において前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートを貫通する第2のスリットが設けられている、電池パック。 - 前記第1のスリットは、前記電池セル本体の前記上面と前記下面とを結ぶ方向に細長く延びる、請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1のスリットは前記グラファイトシートの一端から細長く延びる、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルに貼り合わされた複数の熱伝導シートと、
を備え、
前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれの電池セルは、
上面と、下面と、前記上面と前記下面とに繋がる側面とを有する電池セル本体と、
前記電池セル本体の前記上面に設けられた電極端子と、
を有し、
前記それぞれの電池セルは前記複数の熱伝導シートのそれぞれの熱伝導シートに張り合わされており、
前記それぞれの熱伝導シートは、
前記それぞれの電池セルの前記電池セル本体の前記側面に貼り合わされた第1の絶縁シートと、
前記第1の絶縁シートに重ねられた第2の絶縁シートと、
前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートとの間に設けられて、前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートとで全体を封止されたグラファイトシートと、
を備え、
前記グラファイトシートには第1のスリットが設けられており、
前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートには、前記グラファイトシートの前記第1のスリット内において前記第1の絶縁シートと前記第2の絶縁シートを貫通する第2のスリットが設けられている、電池パック。 - 前記第1のスリットは、前記電池セル本体の前記上面と前記下面とを結ぶ方向に細長く延びる、請求項10に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1のスリットは前記グラファイトシートの一端から細長く延びる、請求項11に記載の電池パック。
