Description

The present invention relates to the structure of a shoji screen.

A general shoji has a structure in which shoji paper is pasted on the front or back surface of a kumiko arranged in a shoji frame. The shoji is used for the inside of the sash, the partition, etc., and can be used as a blindfold with daylight.
In recent years, improvement of the heat insulating property of a house is required, and there is a case where a shoji screen having a heat insulating property and capable of daylighting and blindfolding is required.
When giving a shoji a heat insulating function, a shoji paper is pasted on the front and back surfaces of the shoji, respectively, and an air layer for heat insulation is provided between the two shoji papers, like a drum-pasted shoji generally used in cold regions. This keeps the heat insulation.
Further, Patent Document 1 describes that by arranging a face material made of a synthetic resin sheet between two sheets of shoji paper, the air layer is increased to two layers to improve heat insulation. There is.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2011-153415

However, when trying to obtain heat insulating properties by an air layer formed between two sheets of shoji paper (decorative paper) as in the above-mentioned conventional technique, the surface of the kumiko is covered with the shoji paper. The design is inferior.
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shoji that has a heat insulating function while ensuring a design (interior property).

In order to solve the problem, one aspect of the present invention is a shoji having a shoji frame and a kumiko incorporated in the shoji frame, and the kumiko is the first one arranged on the front side of the shoji.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the shoji 1 of the present embodiment has a shoji frame, a kumiko 13, and a heat insulating sheet 14. This shoji 1 is used, for example, as an inner window shoji arranged inside the sash.
As shown in FIG. 1, the shoji frame consists of a pair of left and right vertical frame members 12, an upper frame member 10 bridged over the upper ends of the pair of vertical frame members 12, and a pair of vertical frame members 12. It is composed of a lower frame member 11 bridged over the lower end portion. The upper frame material 10 and the lower frame material 11 form a horizontal frame material.

The shoji frame is manufactured from, for example, wooden square timber. The shoji frame may be made of metal.
The kumiko 13 is incorporated in the shoji frame and is supported by the shoji frame. In FIG. 1, a case where the kumiko pattern is in a grid pattern is illustrated, and the vertical kumiko and the horizontal kumiko are assembled in a grid pattern. The kumiko pattern composed of the kumiko 13 is not limited to the checkered pattern. Kumiko patterns of various designs as shown in FIG. 5 can be adopted.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the kumiko 13 of the present embodiment includes a first kumiko 13A arranged on the front side of the shoji 1 and a second kumiko 13B arranged on the back side of the shoji 1. It consists of two sets of kumiko. In FIG. 2, the right side is the front side of the shoji 1.

A flat space (hereinafter, also referred to as a sheet insertion space) extending in the upward direction and the left-right direction is formed between the first kumiko 13A and the second kumiko 13B, and the sheet insertion space is formed. Neither the first kumiko 13A nor the second kumiko 13B is arranged at the position.
Note that FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrate the case where the first kumiko 13A and the second kumiko 13B have the same arrangement pattern. However, the kumiko pattern composed of the first kumiko 13A and the kumiko pattern composed of the second kumiko 13B may be different. In this case, the first kumiko 13A and the second kumiko 13B may not be lined up at the same height in the thickness direction of the shoji 1.

Grooves 10c, 11a, 12a are formed in the sheet insertion space on the inner peripheral surface of the shoji frame. That is, grooves 10c, 11a, 12a for inserting the heat insulating sheet 14 are formed in the left and right vertical frame members 12, the upper frame member 10, and the lower frame member 11. The grooves 10c, 11a, and 12a are formed so as to extend along the axial direction of each member.
The heat insulating sheet 14 has a rectangular shape similar to the rectangular shape of the shoji frame. The heat insulating sheet 14 is arranged in the above-mentioned sheet insertion space, and is arranged so that each side constituting the end portion is inserted into the corresponding grooves 10c, 11a, 12a, respectively. That is, the heat insulating sheet 14 closes the rectangular opening formed in the shoji frame by inserting the entire circumference into the grooves 10c, 11a, 12a formed on the inner peripheral surface of the shoji frame.

The heat insulating sheet 14 is made of, for example, a resin-based non-woven fabric having a thickness of 5 mm or more and 10 mm or less. The heat shield sheet is not transparent enough to see the other side, but is preferably daylighting.
The resin-based non-woven fabric constituting the heat insulating sheet 14 is made of, for example, a polyester-based or polyethylene-based resin. Here, the non-woven fabric is a sheet that is entwined without weaving fibers.
The thickness is set to 5 mm or more and 10 mm or less in order to ensure daylighting while having a blindfold effect and to secure a predetermined heat insulating property. Further, by making this thickness, it is possible to impart a predetermined rigidity to the heat insulating sheet 14.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the upper frame member 10 has a fitting portion in which a portion vertically facing the upper end portion (upper side) of the heat insulating sheet 14 is separable upward with respect to the main body of the shoji frame. It is 10b. That is, the upper stile material 10 is composed of the upper stile body 10a which faces the first and second kumiko 13A and 13B in the vertical direction, and the fitting portion 10b which faces the upper end (upper side) of the heat insulating sheet 14 in the vertical direction. Become. As shown in FIG. 4, the fitting portion 10b has a length in the extending direction longer than the upper side of the heat insulating sheet 14 in the top view. That is, the fitting portion 10b projects to the left and right from the upper side of the heat insulating sheet 14 when viewed from above. Therefore, grooves for fitting the left and right end portions of the fitting portion 10b are also formed on the upper end surfaces of the left and right vertical frame members 12, and the left and right both ends of the fitting portion 10b are supported by the grooves.

When the fitting portion 10b is provided, by pulling out the fitting portion 10b upward, the entire sheet insertion space can be seen from above, and the heat insulating sheet 14 can be pulled out or inserted from the upper side of the shoji frame. It becomes.
Here, in the present embodiment, the shoji paper is not provided on the surfaces of both the first kumiko 13A and the second kumiko 13B. For the purpose of improving the design, the decorative paper may be provided only on a part of the surface of the first kumiko 13A and the second kumiko 13B, that is, only a part of the front side or the back side of the shoji. When the decorative paper is partially provided, a sealed air layer for heat insulation is not formed.

In the shoji 1 of the present embodiment, the kumiko 13 is arranged on both the front side and the back side of the shoji 1, respectively, and heat insulation is a face material having heat insulating properties in the intermediate portion between the first and second kumiko 13A and 13B. The structure is such that the sheet 14 is arranged, and the heat insulating sheet 14 has a heat insulating effect, daylighting, and a blindfold effect.
Further, since the kumiko 13 has a structure in which both the front and back surfaces of the shoji can be seen on the surface, the shoji 1 has excellent designability due to the kumiko pattern while having heat insulating properties.
Further, by providing the fitting portion 10b, the heat insulating sheet 14 can be pulled out from the upper side (upper frame portion) of the shoji frame and inserted and inserted. That is, the heat insulating sheet 14 can be easily replaced. With this structure, when the heat insulating sheet 14 becomes dirty, it can be replaced.
A pattern may be provided on the surface of the heat insulating sheet 14.
