Description

The present invention relates to, for example, an airtight structure of an opening frame forming an entrance / exit of a storage body such as a prefabricated refrigerator, a freezer, a storage room or a clean room.

Conventionally, doorways have been provided in prefabricated refrigerators, freezers, storages, clean rooms, etc., which are surrounded by panels, and the opening frame of the doorway maintains an airtight gap between the opening frame and the door body. At the same time, the opening frame itself needs to be kept airtight.

As a conventional airtight structure of the opening frame, a corner block connecting the vertical frame (vertical frame) and the horizontal frame (horizontal frame), and a corner watertight material fixed to the corner block to form the outer peripheral corner of the opening frame. A structure having a corner member formed by the above is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In this case, the corner block has an insertion portion projecting from the radius-equivalent surface of the block body forming a quadrant, and the insertion portion is provided with an insertion hole in a vertical frame (vertical frame) and a horizontal frame (horizontal frame). The vertical frame (vertical frame) and the horizontal frame (horizontal frame) are connected by inserting into.

Further, as another airtight structure, a substantially L-shaped corner block having first and second insertion portions inserted into the hollow portions of the upper and lower and left and right stiles (vertical frame, horizontal frame) to be connected, and the stile. A structure is known that has a shape substantially following the cross-sectional shape of (vertical frame, horizontal frame) and has a sealing material interposed between the joint surfaces of the stile (vertical frame / horizontal frame) (for example, Patent Document 2). reference).

特開平6−73958号公報(図2,図5)Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 6-73958 (Figs. 2 and 5) 特開2014−20153号公報(図6,図8,図12)Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2014-20153 (FIGS. 6, FIG. 8, FIG. 12)

However, in the structure described in Patent Document 1, since a corner block is interposed between the vertical frame (vertical frame) and the horizontal frame (horizontal frame), the vertical frames (vertical frames) connected in an orthogonal manner are joined. It is necessary to seal the joint surface of the surface and the horizontal frame (horizontal frame) at two points, and there is a concern that the airtightness of the surface orthogonal to the joint surface may be impaired.

Further, in the structure described in Patent Document 1, since the corner member is formed by the two members of the corner block and the corner watertight material, there is a concern that the number of constituent members increases and the construction becomes troublesome.

In the structure described in Patent Document 2, since the vertical frame and the horizontal frame are connected by a substantially L-shaped corner block, one joint portion between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame is formed as compared with the structure described in Patent Document 1. It can be sealed and the number of constituent members can be reduced.
However, even in the structure described in Patent Document 2, since the sealing material is interposed between the joint surfaces of the stile (vertical frame / horizontal frame), there is a concern that the airtightness of the surface orthogonal to the joint surface may be impaired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an airtight structure of an opening frame capable of improving the airtightness of a surface orthogonal to a joint surface of a joint portion between a vertical frame and a horizontal frame. And.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has an airtight structure of a rectangular opening frame formed by a corner material connecting the upper and lower horizontal frames and the left and right vertical frames. , Each hollow portion having the same shape is provided through the longitudinal portion, and a joint surface of approximately 45 degrees is provided at the end portion in the longitudinal direction, and the corner material is inserted into the hollow portion provided in the horizontal frame. It is formed in a substantially L shape having a first insertion portion and a second insertion portion to be inserted into the hollow portion provided in the vertical frame, and both the corner portions of the first and second insertion portions. on the surface, the first and the recess along the boundary of the second insertion portion is provided, caulking material is filled in the recess, or the packing is fitted, the first and second insert portion is the horizontal The caulking material or packing is brought into close contact with the surface orthogonal to the joint surface between the horizontal frame and the vertical frame while being inserted into the hollow portion of the frame and the vertical frame (claims 1 and 2). ).

With this configuration, the caulking material or packing can be brought into close contact with both sides orthogonal to the joint surface between the horizontal frame and the vertical frame constituting the opening frame.

When the caulking material is filled in the concave portion, in consideration of the fact that the caulking material is in the form of a viscous paste, a groove portion shallower than the depth of the concave portion is provided in the outer region of the opening edge of the concave portion, and the groove portion is used. It is preferable to retain the surplus caulking material (claim 3).

With this configuration, the excess portion of the caulking material filled in the recess is held in the groove portion, so that the caulking material can be prevented from protruding to the outside. In addition, the contact area of the caulking material can be increased.

According to the present invention, since it is configured as described above, the following remarkable effects can be obtained.

(1) Since the caulking material or packing can be adhered to both sides orthogonal to the joint surface between the horizontal frame and the vertical frame, the airtightness of the surface orthogonal to the joint surface of the joint portion between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame can be improved. ..

(2) When a caulking material is used, the excess portion of the caulking material filled in the recess is held in the groove, so that the caulking material is prevented from protruding to the outside to improve the appearance of the opening frame. Can be done. Further, since the contact area of the caulking material can be increased, the airtightness of the joint portion between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame can be further improved.

The door frame 3 is formed in a rectangular frame shape by a corner member 10 connecting the upper and lower horizontal frames 3b and the left and right vertical frames 3a.
In this case, the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a are each formed to have the same shape, and the hollow portion 3h is provided through the longitudinal portion, and the joint surface 3i at approximately 45 degrees is provided at the end portion in the longitudinal direction. ..

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 9, the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a have hollow portions 3h by bending L-shaped leg pieces 3d on both sides of the flat surface portion 3c forming the opening 4 of the door frame 3. It is formed of an extruded aluminum alloy profile having a frame body 3e having a substantially channel-shaped cross section and a packing fitting groove 3g that opens inward via a step portion 3f on one side of a flat surface portion 3c of the frame body 3e. ing.

The vertical frame 3a is fixed to the wall panel 1 by screwing a fixing screw 8 penetrating the flat surface portion 3c to the exterior frame 1d having a U-shaped cross section attached to the frame material 1b of the wall panel 1. The exterior frame 1d is made of an extruded aluminum alloy material like the vertical frame.

For example, a frame packing 20 made of EPDM sponge is fitted in the packing fitting groove 3g. The frame packing 20 is fitted into the packing fitting groove 3g with the hollow rectangular portion 22 inserted into the packing fitting groove 3g via the backup material 24 and the fin portion 23 is pressed against the packing fitting groove 3g, and is hollow. The cylindrical portion 21 is installed along the vertical frame 3a in a state of protruding from the packing fitting groove 3g. The airtightness of the door frame 3 and the door body 2 is maintained in a state where the hollow cylindrical portion 21 protruding from the packing fitting groove 3g is in close contact with the frame material 2b of the door body 2.

The corner material 10 is formed of, for example, a synthetic resin such as ABS resin, and as shown in FIGS. 2 to 8, the first insertion portion 11 is inserted into the hollow portion 3h provided in the horizontal frame 3b. It is formed in a substantially L shape having a second insertion portion 12 inserted into the hollow portion 3h provided in the vertical frame 3a. Further, elongated hole-shaped recesses 14a and 14b along the boundary between the first and second insertion portions 11 and 12 are provided on both surfaces of the corner portions 13 of the first and second insertion portions 11 and 12. The recesses 14a and 14b are formed so that the caulking material 30 in the form of a viscous paste can be filled.

The first and second insertion portions 11 and 12 are on the side of the straight piece 15, the side pieces 16a and 16b that stand orthogonally from both ends of the straight piece 15, and one side piece 16a of the straight piece 15. A recess 14a is formed on the surface of the side piece 16a of the corner portion 13 and the ridge piece 17 connected to the side piece 16a, and the recess 14b is formed on the surface of the side piece 16b. Is formed. In this case, since the recess 14a is provided on the surface of the side piece 16a and the ridge piece 17 connected to the side piece 16a, it is formed longer than the recess 14b provided in the side piece 16b.
Two mounting holes 18 are arranged side by side on the tip end side of the straight piece 15.

The corner member 10 formed as described above is inserted in a state where the first and second insertion portions 11 and 12 are slidably contacted with each other in the hollow portions 3h of the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a. That is, the straight piece 15 is slidably contacted with the flat surface portion 3c of the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a, and the side pieces 16a and 16b are slidably contacted with the inner surface of the L-shaped leg piece 3d of the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a. Further, the ridge piece 17 is inserted in a state of being slidably contacted with the inner surface of the step portion 3f of the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a.

By forming the first and second insertion portions 11 and 12 as described above, the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a can be easily and surely inserted into the hollow portion 3h.

When the door frame 3 is framed, the corner material 10 is inserted into the hollow portion 3h of the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a with the caulking material 30 filled in the recesses 14a and 14b. In this state, a fixing screw 40 penetrating a through hole (not shown) provided in the flat surface portion 3c is inserted into the mounting hole 18, and a nut 41 is screwed into the protruding portion of the fixing screw 40 to form a horizontal frame 3b. The corner member 10 is fixed to the vertical frame 3a.

In the door frame 3 framed as described above, the caulking material 30 is adhered to both sides orthogonal to the joint surface 3i of the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a. Therefore, the airtightness of the joints between the four horizontal frames 3b and the vertical frame 3a of the door frame 3 can be improved.

FIG. 10 shows the corner material 10A of the second embodiment. The corner material 10A of the second embodiment is a case where a groove 19 shallower than the depth of the recess 14a (14b) is provided in the outer region of the opening edge of the recess 14a (14b) so that the excess caulking material can be held in the groove 19. is there.

According to the second embodiment, since the surplus portion of the caulking material 30 filled in the recesses 14a (14b) is held by the groove portion 19, the caulking material 30 is prevented from protruding to the outside to improve the appearance of the door frame 3. Can be good. Further, since the contact area of the caulking material 30 can be increased, the airtightness of the joint portion between the vertical frame 3a and the horizontal frame 3b can be further improved.

FIG. 11 shows the corner material 10B of the third embodiment. The corner material 10B of the third embodiment is a case where a packing 31 such as EPDA rubber is fitted in the recess 14a (14b) instead of the caulking material 30.
In this case, by forming the recesses 14a (14b) in a narrow opening shape as shown in FIG. 11B, the packing 31 can be securely fitted.

According to the third embodiment, the first and second insertion portions 11 and 12 are inserted into the hollow portions 3h of the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a, and are orthogonal to the joint surface 3i of the horizontal frame 3b and the vertical frame 3a. Since the packing 31 can be brought into close contact with the surface to be formed, the airtightness of the surface orthogonal to the joint surface 3i of the joint portion between the vertical frame 3a and the horizontal frame 3b can be improved.

In the above embodiment, the case where the airtight structure according to the present invention is applied to the prefabricated refrigerator has been described, but the airtight structure according to the present invention can also be applied to a freezer, a storage, and a clean room other than the refrigerator.
