相手側ハウジングに嵌合接続されるハウジングと、前記ハウジングを覆うシェル部材と、前記ハウジングに設けられ、回転操作することで前記相手側ハウジングと前記ハウジングとを嵌合接続するレバーと、を有するレバー式コネクタであって、
前記シェル部材には、ボルト孔が設けられ、
前記相手側ハウジングと前記ハウジングとが前記レバーの回転操作によって嵌合接続されるとき、前記シェル部材は、前記相手側ハウジングに向かう方向に移動するように構成され、
前記シェル部材の移動によって、前記相手側ハウジングを有する相手側コネクタに設けられた相手側ボルト孔の軸線と前記ボルト孔の軸線とが一致し、
前記相手側ハウジングと前記ハウジングとが嵌合接続された状態において、前記相手側ボルト孔及び前記ボルト孔にボルトを連通することで、前記シェル部材と前記相手側コネクタの二者のみが前記ボルトによって締め付けられて、嵌合接続状態が保持されることを特徴とするレバー式コネクタ。
