Description
(実施例1)
図1に図示された工程フローチャートに対し、AspenTech社のAspen Plusシミューレーターを利用して工程をシミュレーションし、各ストリームの位置別圧力を下記表1に示す。圧力はゲージ圧力(bar(g))に大気圧を足した絶対圧力(bar(a))で示す。
上記実施例1において、図1に図示された工程フローチャートの代わりに、図2に図示された工程フローチャートを利用したことを除いて、上記実施例1と同じ条件で工程をシミュレーションし、各ストリームの位置別圧力を下記表2に示す。
図1に図示された工程フローチャートに対し、AspenTech社のAspen Plusシミューレーターを利用して工程をシミュレーションし、各ストリームの位置別に圧力を下記表3に示す。圧力はゲージ圧力(bar(g))に大気圧を足した絶対圧力(bar(a))で示す。
上記実施例2において、図1に図示された工程フローチャートの代わりに、図2に図示された工程フローチャートを利用したことを除いて、上記実施例2と同じ条件で工程をシミュレーションし、各ストリームの位置別圧力を下記表4に示す。
Claims (10)
- 液相分解炉排出ストリームを第1急冷塔に供給する段階;及び
第1急冷塔上部排出ストリームを第2急冷塔に供給する段階と、
第1気相分解炉排出ストリームを第2急冷塔に供給する段階と、
第2気相分解炉排出ストリームを第2急冷塔に供給する段階を含む熱分解生成物の冷却方法。 - 前記液相分解炉の供給原料はナフサを含む請求項1に記載の熱分解生成物の冷却方法。
- 前記第1気相分解炉の供給原料は、再循環C2炭化水素化合物及び再循環C3炭化水素化合物からなる群から選択された1種以上を含む請求項1または2に記載の熱分解生成物の冷却方法。
- 前記第2気相分解炉の供給原料は、炭素数2ないし4の炭化水素化合物を含む請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱分解生成物の冷却方法。
- 前記第2気相分解炉の供給原料は、プロパン及びブタンからなる群から選択された1種以上である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱分解生成物の冷却方法。
- 前記第1気相分解炉排出ストリーム及び前記第2気相分解炉排出ストリームは、それぞれ前記第1急冷塔上部排出ストリームに合流されて第2急冷塔に供給される請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の熱分解生成物の冷却方法。
- 前記第2急冷塔上部排出ストリームは圧縮機に供給される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱分解生成物の冷却方法。
- 前記液相分解炉排出ストリームの液相分解炉排出口での圧力と、前記第2急冷塔上部排出ストリームの圧縮機流入口での圧力の間の差圧は0.28bar以下である請求項7に記載の熱分解生成物の冷却方法。
- 前記第1気相分解炉排出ストリームの第1気相分解炉排出口での圧力と、前記第2急冷塔上部排出ストリームの圧縮機流入口での圧力の間の差圧は0.26bar以下である請求項7または8に記載の熱分解生成物の冷却方法。
- 前記第2気相分解炉排出ストリームの第2気相分解炉排出口での圧力と、前記第2急冷塔上部排出ストリームの圧縮機流入口での圧力の間の差圧は0.26bar以下である請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の熱分解生成物の冷却方法。
