Claims (5)
- 管路に接続されるバルブボディと、
前記バルブボディ内に両端が結合される回転軸と、
前記回転軸に結合され、一定の間隔をおいて互いに平行に配置され、前記回転軸の中心を基準に互いに反対の方向に偏心する一対のブレードと、
多数の小片からなり、前記ブレードに、その周りに沿って一側が重なるように装着され、前記回転軸を基準に回転方向の前面に取り付けられるシート片と、
前記回転軸がなす回転中心線を基準にして配置されるようにして前記バルブボディの内面に備えられ、前記回転軸の回転に伴って前記シート片が接するように配置され、互いに異なる高さに形成されて回転による干渉を防止する一対のボディリムと、
前記管路が閉鎖された状態で、前記一対のブレード同士の間に空気を供給して、排気ガスを遮断する空気供給装置とを含むことを特徴とする、高温用エアシールバタフライバルブ。 - 前記シート片の前方に重ね当てて装着され、前記シート片が高圧の排気ガスにより変形することを防止する複数のクリップが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高温用エアシールバタフライバルブ。
- 前記クリップは、前記シート片の一面に接触し、前記ブレードとのボルト締結によって結合できるように備えられる平面部と、
前記平面部から延びて前記シート片を前記ボディリムに密着させて、密着度をさらに向上させることができるように備えられ、予め定められた角度で折り曲げられている折曲部とから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高温用エアシールバタフライバルブ。 - 前記平面部の前方に備えられ、前記クリップが前記シート片にさらに密着して結合できるようにするための支持板が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の高温用エアシールバタフライバルブ。
- 前記ボディリムには、内部を貫通するホールが設けられ、前記ホールに間隔調整部が挿入され、前記間隔調整部の長さに応じて、前記ボディリムと前記シート片との間に、離隔空間が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高温用エアシールバタフライバルブ。
