Description

The present invention relates to a rescue boat, and more particularly to a rescue boat capable of easily rescuing and recovering a distressed object including a person on the surface of the water.

Japan is one of the most earthquake-prone countries in the world, and many lives have been lost due to the earthquake.
Many of the victims of the earthquake die due to the earthquake itself, such as the collapse of buildings, but many of them lose their lives due to the tsunami caused by the earthquake. A large amount of rubble and wood washed away by the tsunami floats on the surface of the water after the tsunami occurs, and a small rescue boat that can run between these floats is preferable.

As a conventional rescue boat, a small jet propulsion boat capable of traveling on water, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, is known. The small jet propulsion boat disclosed in Patent Document 1 is for two to three people, and is configured so that a rescue worker can ride on the upper part of the boat body and operate it.

However, even in such a rescue boat, it is not possible to easily rescue the victim because it requires skill and labor to lift the victim from the surface of the water to the rescue boat.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 3-266792

The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a rescue boat capable of easily rescuing and recovering a distressed object including a victim. ..

The rescue boat is provided with a scooping portion for scooping the distressed object at the front portion of the rescue boat. Protruding forward from the boat, the base of the scooping portion is attached to the fulcrum of the rescue boat and has a net and a holding frame for holding the net from the surroundings, the holding frame of the rescue boat. It has a pair of side sides along both sides, and each of the side sides is connected to a push-pull drive unit that pushes and pulls the side side, and the scooping part is the push-pull drive unit other than the cylinder. The present invention relates to a rescue boat characterized in that it can be rotated up and down by a portion and can be rotated upward to just above the inside of the boat.

The invention according to claim 2 relates to the rescue boat of claim 1 Symbol mounting, characterized in that the steering and the operation of the scooping portion of the rescue boat is performed manually or wirelessly.

The invention according to claim 3 relates to the rescue boat according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the rescue boat has a balancer that balances the rescue boat in conjunction with the inclination of the rescue boat in the front-rear direction.

The invention according to claim 4 is described in any one of claims 1 to 3 , wherein the tip of the scooping portion is below the water surface when the scooping portion is rotated downward in still water. Regarding rescue boats.

According to the rescue boat of the invention according to claim 1, a scooping portion for scooping a distressed object is provided at the front portion of the rescue boat, and the scooping portion rotates up and down. With this structure, when scooping a distressed object on the surface of the water, the rescue boat is steered so that the head of the rescue boat faces the distressed object, and the rescue boat is advanced with the scooping part rotated downward to scoop the distressed object. The scooping part can be rotated upward to rescue and collect the distressed object. In this way, the rescue and recovery of the distressed object can be easily performed. Further, the scooping portion has a net and a holding frame for holding the net from the surroundings. As a result, the distressed object can be flexibly held by the net, so that there is little risk of damaging the distressed object. Furthermore, since the pair of side sides along both sides of the rescue boat are pushed and pulled, the left-right balance of the rescue boat is not easily lost.
Moreover, since the structure of the rescue boat is simple, the cost of the rescue boat can be reduced.

According to the rescue boat of the invention according to claim 2 , the rescue boat is operated and the scooping portion is operated manually or wirelessly. By performing it manually, it is possible to perform maneuvering and operation according to the situation, and also to manually rescue and recover the distressed object, so that the distressed object can be appropriately rescued and recovered. In addition, by performing wirelessly, the person who rescues and collects the distressed item is not endangered.

According to the rescue boat of the invention according to claim 3 , the rescue boat has a balancer that balances the rescue boat in conjunction with the inclination of the rescue boat in the front-rear direction.
When a distressed object is placed on the scooping part of the rescue boat, the weight of the distressed object may cause the rescue boat to lose its balance in the front-rear direction, and the rescue boat may tilt and allow water to enter. By having a balancer, the balance of the rescue boat is not easily lost, so it is possible to drive safely after collecting the distressed object.

According to the rescue boat of the invention according to claim 4 , when the scooping portion is rotated downward during still water, the tip of the scooping portion is below the water surface. As a result, the distressed object can be easily placed on the net simply by rotating the scooping portion downward and advancing the rescue boat toward the distressed object.

(A) is a plan view of the rescue boat according to the present embodiment, and (b) is a side view. (A) is a side view of the rescue boat in which the scooping portion is rotated downward before scooping the distressed object, and (b) is a side view in which the scooping portion is rotated upward to lift the distressed object above the water surface. It is a side view of the state in which the scooping portion is further rotated upward to move the distressed object into the rescue boat. It is a side view of the rescue boat equipped with a balancer in the rescue boat. It is a side view of the rescue boat when a person gets on and manually operates it.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the rescue boat according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings as appropriate.
A plan view of the rescue boat is shown in FIG. 1 (a), and a side view is shown in FIG. 1 (b).
The rescue boat 1 according to the present embodiment is a rescue boat 1 that rescues and collects a distressed object including a person on the surface of the water, and includes a scooping portion 2 for scooping the distressed object in the front portion of the rescue boat 1. The portion 2 is projected forward from the rescue boat 1, and the base portion 21 of the scooping portion 2 is attached to the fulcrum 11 of the rescue boat 1 so as to be rotatable up and down.

The fulcrum 11 is the center of rotation of the scooping portion 2. In the example of FIG. 1, the fulcrum 11 is arranged on the upper surface of the front portion of the rescue boat 1, but the arrangement position is not particularly limited, and a position where a person on the water surface can be easily scooped by the scooping portion 2 is preferable. ..
The scooping portion 2 includes a base portion 21 attached to a fulcrum 11 of the rescue boat 1, a net 22 on which a distressed object is placed, a holding frame 23 for holding the net 22 from the surroundings, and a cylinder 24 for rotating the scooping portion 2. Have.
The material of the net 22 is not particularly limited, and it is sufficient that the net 22 has the strength to carry the distressed object and does not damage the distressed object. For example, a wire made of metal, natural fiber, chemical fiber or the like can be used.
The holding frame 23 holds the net 22 from the surroundings, and the base portion 21 at the base is attached to the fulcrum 11 of the rescue boat 1. The holding frame 23 is rotated up and down by the cylinder 24 about the base 21. The material of the holding frame 23 is not particularly limited as long as it has the strength to rotate with the distressed object placed on the net 22. For example, various metals can be used.
By using the net 22 in this way, the distressed object can be flexibly held, so that there is little risk of damaging the distressed object.

The holding frame 23 has a pair of side sides 23a along both sides of the rescue boat 1. Each side side 23a is connected to a cylinder 24 which is a push-pull drive unit that pushes and pulls the side side 23a via a connecting member 25. The holding frame 23 rotates downward as the cylinder 24 is stretched, and the holding frame 23 rotates upward as the cylinder 24 contracts.
The cylinder 24 may be either a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder. Further, a motor or the like may be used instead of using a cylinder for the imprint drive unit that rotates the holding frame 23.

By making the rescue boat 1 have such a structure, when scooping a distressed object on the surface of the water, the rescue boat 1 is steered so that the head of the rescue boat 1 faces the distressed object, and the scooping portion 2 is rotated downward for rescue. The boat 1 can be advanced to place the distressed object on the scooping portion 2, and the scooping portion 2 can be rotated upward to be easily rescued and recovered. Further, since the pair of side sides 23a along both sides of the rescue boat 1 are pushed and pulled, the left-right balance of the rescue boat 1 is not easily lost.
In this way, the rescue and recovery of the distressed object can be easily performed. Moreover, since the structure of the rescue boat is simple, the cost of the rescue boat can be reduced.

The rotation position of the scooping portion 2 will be described with reference to FIG. 2 (distressed objects are not shown).
FIG. 2A shows a state in which the scooping portion 2 is rotated downward. When scooping a distressed object, the rescue boat 1 is advanced toward the distressed object with the scooping portion 2 rotated downward in this way, and the distressed object is placed on the net 22.
The depth at which the scooping portion 2 rotates downward is such that the tip of the scooping portion 2 is below the water surface in still water, preferably the tip of the scooping portion 2 is below 50 cm below the water surface, and more preferably. It is a depth below 1 m.
By making the tip of the scooping portion 2 below the surface of the water, the distressed object can be easily placed on the net 22 simply by advancing the rescue boat 1 toward the distressed object.
FIG. 2B shows a state in which the scooping portion 2 is rotated upward and the distressed object is lifted above the water surface after FIG. 2A in which the distressed object is placed on the net 22. In this way, the rescue boat 1 is driven to a destination such as an evacuation center with the distressed object lifted above the water surface.
FIG. 2C is a state in which the scooping portion 2 is rotated upward more than in the state shown in FIG. 2B, and the distressed object is moved into the rescue boat 1. With the distressed object moved into the boat, the rescue boat 1 is driven to a destination such as an evacuation center. Since the distressed object is moved into the boat, there is little risk that the distressed object will enter the water again. As a result, the distressed item can be safely collected.

In the present embodiment, a balancer that adjusts the balance of the rescue boat 1 in the front-rear direction may be provided. FIG. 3 shows an example of a rescue boat 1 equipped with a balancer.
In the rescue boat 1, when a distressed object is placed on the scooping portion 2, the balance of the rescue boat 1 in the front-rear direction may be lost due to the weight of the distressed object, and the rescue boat 1 may tilt and water may enter.
For this purpose, a balancer 3 for adjusting the balance of the rescue boat 1 in the front-rear direction is provided.
There are no restrictions on the structure of the balancer 3. For example, the balancer 3 moves a tilt sensor (not shown) that detects the tilt of the rescue boat 1 in the front-rear direction, a weight 31 that can move in the front-rear direction, and a weight 31 that moves according to the tilt detected by the tilt sensor. It has a control unit (not shown) and balances according to the inclination of the rescue boat 1.
In the rescue and recovery operation of the distressed object, the rescue boat 1 tilts forward when the distressed object is placed on the net 22 and lifted above the water surface as shown in FIG. 2B described above. Then, the inclination sensor detects the inclination and moves the weight 31 backward. After FIG. 2B, when the scooping portion 2 is further rotated upward as shown in FIG. 2C and the distressed object is moved into the boat, the center of gravity moves to the rear of the rescue boat 1, so that the rescue boat 1 leans backwards. Then, the inclination sensor detects the inclination and moves the weight 31 forward.
In this way, since the balance of the rescue boat 1 in the front-rear direction is adjusted, it is possible to safely rescue and recover the distressed object.

The operation of the rescue boat 1 and the operation of the scooping portion 2 may be performed manually by a person on the rescue boat 1, or may be performed wirelessly without a person on the rescue boat 1.
As shown in FIG. 4, if a person gets on the rescue boat 1 and manually performs the operation, the maneuvering and operation can be performed according to the situation, and the rescue and recovery can be performed manually. Therefore, the distressed object can be appropriately rescued and recovered. be able to.
However, a large amount of rubble and wood washed away by the tsunami are floating on the surface of the water after the tsunami, and combustibles such as gasoline, toxic substances and other dangerous substances are floating, so people are rescue boats. It can be dangerous to ride on 1 and do it manually. In such a case, if the rescue boat 1 can be operated and the scooping portion 2 can be operated wirelessly, a person does not have to get on the rescue boat 1 and is not endangered.

It is preferable that the rescue boat 1 is provided with a camera for photographing the surroundings. When maneuvering and operating wirelessly, rescue and recovery can be easily performed even if the rescue site is far from the maneuvering location.
Further, when maneuvering and operating wirelessly, it is preferable that the rescue boat 1 is provided with a communication device connected to the maneuvering place so that the rescuer can talk with the rescued person.
The propulsion device of the rescue boat 1 is not particularly limited, and a conventional device such as a screw can be used.

To rescue and recover a distressed object using the rescue boat 1, for example, the following is performed.
(1) With the cylinder 24 contracted and the scooping portion 2 rotated upward, the rescue boat 1 is run toward the distressed object to be rescued and recovered.
(2) Run to the front of the distressed object and stop the rescue boat 1 at the position where the head is facing the distressed object.
(3) The cylinder 24 is stretched to rotate the scooping portion 2 downward, and the tip of the scooping portion 2 is submerged under the water surface.
(4) The rescue boat 1 is slowly advanced, the distressed object is placed on the net 22, and then the rescue boat 1 is stopped.
(5) The cylinder 24 is contracted to rotate the scooping portion 2 upward, and the scooped distressed object is moved into the rescue boat 1. When the balancer 3 is provided, the balancer 3 adjusts the balance in the front-rear direction when scooping a distressed object.
(6) Run the rescue boat 1 to an evacuation center or the like.

The rescue boat of the present invention can be used not only in the event of a tsunami but also for rescue of a water-stricken person and recovery of suspended matter.
