Claims (15)
- 3D印刷システムであって、
3Dオブジェクトを印刷するように動作可能な3D印刷装置と、
赤外線カメラによって取り込まれた画像を分析して、印刷されるオブジェクトの状態を検出するように動作可能な処理ユニットと、
3D印刷プロセスの間に3D印刷オブジェクトが付着される基板と、
前記3Dオブジェクトが前記基板に付着されていない場合に赤外光の全内部反射を前記基板に生じさせるように、前記基板を照明するように構成された赤外線光源とを備え、前記基板は、前記赤外線光源によって放射される赤外光の少なくとも特定の周波数に対して透明または半透明であり、
前記赤外線カメラは、前記3Dオブジェクトが印刷される面とは反対の前記基板の表面を観察して前記3Dオブジェクトが前記基板に正しく付着された場合に前記3Dオブジェクトの画像を取り込むことができるように構成されており、
前記処理ユニットは、前記3Dオブジェクトが前記基板に正しく付着されているかどうかを検出するために、前記取り込まれた画像を分析するように動作可能である、3D印刷システム。 - 前記3D印刷装置によって印刷される前記3Dオブジェクトの画像を取り込むように動作可能な赤外線カメラアレイを含む、請求項1に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記赤外線カメラアレイによって取り込まれた前記3Dオブジェクトの画像の分析を利用して、前記3D印刷プロセスにおけるエラーを識別するように構成される、請求項2に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記赤外線カメラアレイによって取り込まれた前記3Dオブジェクトの画像の分析を利用して、前記3D印刷プロセスの完了を識別するように構成される、請求項2に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 前記赤外線カメラは、立体画像を取り込むように構成される、請求項2に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 前記取り込まれた画像の分析は、取り込まれた画像と前記3Dオブジェクトのモデルとの比較を含む、請求項2に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 前記3Dオブジェクトのモデルは、部分的に完成した3Dオブジェクトのモデルである、請求項6に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 前記取り込まれた画像の分析は、取り込まれた画像と前記3Dオブジェクトを印刷するための印刷命令とを比較することを含む、請求項6に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 前記3D印刷プロセスにおけるエラーが識別された場合、前記3D印刷プロセスがやり直される、請求項1に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 前記3D印刷装置の動作パラメータは、前記取り込まれた画像の分析に応答して調整される、請求項2に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 3D印刷システムで使用するための3D印刷方法であって、
3Dプリンタを使用して3Dオブジェクトの一部を印刷するステップと、
3D印刷プロセスの間に3D印刷オブジェクトが付着される基板を提供するステップと、
前記3Dオブジェクトが基板に付着されていない場合に赤外光の全内部反射を前記基板に生じさせるように、前記基板を照明する赤外線光源を配置するステップであって、前記基板は、前記赤外線光源によって放射される赤外光の少なくとも特定の周波数に対して透明または半透明である、配置するステップと、
赤外線カメラを用いて前記3Dオブジェクトが印刷される面とは反対の前記基板の表面を観察して前記3Dオブジェクトが前記基板に正しく付着された場合に前記カメラが前記3Dオブジェクトの画像を取り込むことができるようにするステップと、
前記3Dオブジェクトが前記基板に正しく付着されているかどうかを検出するために、前記取り込まれた画像を分析するステップとを含む、3D印刷方法。 - 赤外線カメラアレイを使用して印刷される前記3Dオブジェクトの画像を取り込むステップと、
前記3Dオブジェクトの取り込まれた画像を分析して前記3Dオブジェクトの状態を検出するステップとを含む、請求項11に記載の3D印刷方法。 - 前記取り込まれた画像の分析に応答して前記3Dプリンタの動作パラメータを調整するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の3D印刷方法。
- コンピュータによって実行されると、請求項11から13のいずれかに記載の方法を前記コンピュータに実行させるコンピュータソフトウェア。
- 請求項14に記載のコンピュータソフトウェアを格納した機械読み取り可能な非一過性記憶媒体。
