Claims (14)
- a)流体搬送可能な流体ホース(2)を備え、
b)前記流体ホース(2)の外面(7)の周囲に円形状に延び、互いに間隔をあけて前記流体ホース(2)の長手方向(L)に設けられた複数のよじれ防止突出部(3,11)を有し、
c)隣り合う2つのよじれ防止突出部(3,11)間に、いずれの場合も、該隣り合うよじれ防止突出部(3,11)を相互接続する複数の接続ウェブ(4,10)からなる群(9)が設けられ、
d)前記群(9)は前記流体ホース(2)の前記長手方向(L)において交互に山形となるパターンで配置され、
e)前記接続ウェブ(4,10)は高抗張力繊維(6)からなる人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。 - 前記群(9)は、互いに180°ずれるように配置された2つの接続ウェブ(4,10)からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記群(9)は、いずれの場合も、角度的に90°ずれるように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記群(9)は、互いに360°/nずれるように配置されたn個の接続ウェブ(4,10)からなり、nは3以上の自然数であることを特徴する請求項1記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記群(9)は、いずれの場合も、角度的に360°/2nずれるように配置され、nは3以上の自然数であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記よじれ防止突出部(3,11)及び/又は前記接続ウェブ(4,10)は、前記流体ホース(2)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記よじれ防止突出部(3,11)は、等間隔かつ平行となるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記よじれ防止突出部(3,11)と前記接続ウェブ(4,10)とが、前記流体ホース(2)の前記外面(7)から同じ高さで延びることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記流体ホース(2)は、熱可塑性物質、例えばTPE−sで作られるプラスチック材料射出成形部品であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記流体ホース(2)の内側(5)は、実質的に平面状になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記高抗張力繊維(6)は、プラスチック材料で形成される、或いは、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、セラミック繊維又は炭素繊維で作られることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記流体ホース(2)は第1プラスチック材料で形成され、前記よじれ防止突出部(3,11)及び前記接続ウェブ(4,10)は、前記第1プラスチック材料とは異なる第2プラスチック材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- 前記よじれ防止突出部(3,11)及び/又は前記接続ウェブ(4,10)は丸みを帯びた外面を有することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
- CPAP呼吸器に用いられる請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の人工呼吸器用流体ホース装置(1)。
