Description
Claims (12)
- 電気生理学的測定システムにおいて患者の電極/皮膚境界面のインピーダンスを測定するシステムであって、
各々がアナログ/デジタル変換器に電気的に結合された、前記患者に複数の位置において電気的に結合される少なくとも3つの電極を含む複数の電極と、
前記複数の電極の各々における電圧を表す信号を測定するために前記アナログ/デジタル変換器に電気的に結合された複数の入力部を有するプロセッサと、
前記複数の電極の各々に固有の周波数の電流信号を供給する複数の交流電流出力部と、
を有し、
前記複数の電極の何れか3つの電極について、前記交流電流出力部は前記3つの電極のうちの第1の電極及び第2の電極に電流を供給し、前記3つの電極のうちの第3の電極は前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極に注入される全電流に対する吸い込み電流が流れる出力電極として指定され、前記第1の電極における電圧は、前記第1の電極と前記第3の電極との電位差であり、前記第2の電極における電圧は、前記第2の電極と前記第3の電極との電位差である、
システム。 - 前記複数の電極の何れかにおける電圧を計算するためのデジタル信号処理システムを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル信号処理システムが皮膚/電極間インピーダンスを前記第1の電極における電圧に基づいて決定する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル信号処理システムが前記第2の電極における電圧を前記第1の電極における電圧から減算する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル信号処理システムがデジタルフィルタ処理を実行する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル信号処理システムが離散フーリエ変換を適用する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル信号処理システムが高速フーリエ変換を適用する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル信号処理システムがGoertzelアルゴリズムを適用する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の電極が心電図検査法のための3つの電極を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第3の電極である出力電極が前記患者のRL位置において皮膚に固定される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- ECGシステムのための入力電極として働く第4の電極を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者の皮膚に固定可能な少なくとも3つの電極を含む複数の電極を備えた電気生理学的測定システムにおいて皮膚/電極間インピーダンスを決定する方法であって、
前記複数の電極を前記患者に異なる位置において電気的に結合するステップと、
前記複数の電極の各々をアナログ/デジタル変換器に電気的に結合するステップと、
前記複数の電極の各々における電圧を表す信号を測定するために、前記アナログ/デジタル変換器を、存在する電極と少なくとも同数の入力部を有するプロセッサに電気的に結合するステップと、
前記複数の電極に、交流電流出力信号を、固有に割り当てられた周波数で供給するステップと、
前記複数の電極の何れか3つの電極について、前記3つの電極のうちの第1の電極及び第2の電極に電流を供給し、前記3つの電極のうちの第3の電極は前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極に注入される全電流に対する吸い込み電流が流れる出力電極として割り当てるステップであって、前記第1の電極における電圧は、前記第1の電極と前記第3の電極との電位差であり、前記第2の電極における電圧は、前記第2の電極と前記第3の電極との電位差である、ステップと、
前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極のうちの一方の電極における電極/皮膚間インピーダンスを、予め定められた電流信号に対する該電極における電圧を測定することにより決定するステップと、
を有する、方法。
