Description

The present invention relates to a motor control device, and more particularly to a motor control device including a connector member into which wiring is inserted.

Conventionally, a motor control device including a connector member into which wiring is inserted is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Patent Document 1 discloses a motor control device including an electric wire-side connector member into which wiring for connecting a motor is inserted. In this motor control device, the electric wire side connector member is provided on the front side of the motor control device, and is configured to electrically connect the wiring for connecting the motor and the wiring board provided in the motor control device. There is. The electric wire side connector member includes a flat plate-shaped terminal that contacts the motor connection wiring, a connection member, and a square tubular (tube having a rectangular cross section) terminal accommodating chamber in which the terminal and the connection member are accommodated. including. Further, the connecting member is made of a coil spring or the like. Then, in the square tubular terminal accommodating chamber, a connecting member (coil spring), a flat plate-shaped terminal, and a motor connecting wiring are arranged in this order from below. Then, the elastic force of the coil spring presses the flat terminal and the motor connection wiring against the upper surface of the square tubular terminal storage chamber, so that the motor connection wiring and the flat terminal come into contact with each other for motor connection. The wiring and the flat terminal are electrically connected.

In addition, by pressing the flat plate-shaped terminal with a fine-tipped operation tool such as a screwdriver (screw fastening tool) to compress (contract) the coil spring, the flat plate-shaped terminal moves below the terminal storage chamber. To do. As a result, the pressure on the motor connection wiring by the urging force of the coil spring is released, and the motor connection wiring can be removed from the terminal accommodating chamber. Further, when the motor connection wiring is attached to the terminal accommodating chamber, the flat plate-shaped terminal is moved below the terminal accommodating chamber by compressing (contracting) the coil spring with an operating tool. Then, the motor connection wiring is inserted into the gap formed between the flat terminal and the upper surface of the square tubular terminal accommodating chamber. After that, by releasing the compressed state of the coil spring, the motor connection wiring is fixed between the flat terminal and the upper surface of the terminal accommodating chamber by the urging force (pressing pressure) of the coil spring.

The operation tool is provided separately from the motor control device. Therefore, there is a problem that the operation tool may be lost after the attachment (or removal) of the motor connection wiring is completed. Therefore, in the conventional motor control device as described in Patent Document 1, in the terminal accommodating chamber to which the motor connection wiring is not attached, the operation is performed between the terminal and the upper surface of the terminal accommodating portion by the urging force of the coil spring. By pressing (sandwiching) the tool, the operation tool is temporarily fixed in the terminal accommodating chamber (connector side hole). As a result, the loss of operating tools is suppressed.

Here, on the front side of the motor control device, other terminals to which the wiring such as the control line is connected are arranged in the vicinity of the terminal accommodating chamber in which the wiring for connecting the motor is accommodated. When the motor control device is miniaturized, the arrangement density of the terminal accommodating chamber and other terminals becomes high. That is, the terminal accommodating chamber and other terminals are arranged close to each other. Therefore, when the operation tool (wiring attachment / detachment member) is temporarily fixed to the terminal accommodation chamber, there is a problem that the operation tool interferes with other terminals in the vicinity of the terminal accommodation chamber (wire side connector member).

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and one object of the present invention is to prevent the wiring attachment / detachment member from being lost while the wiring attachment / detachment member is attached to another terminal in the vicinity of the connector member. It is an object of the present invention to provide a motor control device capable of suppressing interference with the wiring.

In order to achieve the above object, the motor control device according to one aspect of the present invention is a motor control device for controlling a motor, and an elastically deformable fixing member that presses and fixes the inserted wiring. The motor control device main body is provided with the connector member to be provided, and the cover member is provided to cover the motor control device main body. The connector member is provided with a connector side hole into which a wiring attachment / detachment member for elastically deforming the fixing member is inserted. The cover member is provided with a detachable member accommodating portion that is provided separately from the connector side hole portion and accommodates the wiring detachable member.

In the motor control device according to one aspect of the present invention, as described above, the cover member is provided separately from the connector side hole portion, and the detachable member accommodating the wiring detachable member after connecting the wiring to the connector member. A part is provided. As a result, after the wiring is connected to the connector member, the wiring attachment / detachment member is housed in the attachment / detachment member accommodating portion, so that the loss of the wiring attachment / detachment member can be suppressed. Further, since the detachable member accommodating portion is provided separately from the connector side hole portion, the wiring detachable member accommodated in the detachable member accommodating portion does not interfere with other terminals provided in the vicinity of the connector member. .. As a result, it is possible to prevent the wiring attachment / detachment member from interfering with other terminals in the vicinity of the connector member while suppressing the loss of the wiring attachment / detachment member.

In the motor control device according to the above one aspect, the detachable member accommodating portion is preferably provided at a position separated from the connector member. The “separation” is a position where the wiring attachment / detachment member does not interfere with the wiring or other terminals in a state where the wiring attachment / detachment member is housed in the attachment / detachment member accommodating portion. With this configuration, the wiring attachment / detachment member housed in the attachment / detachment member accommodating portion does not interfere with other terminals provided in the vicinity of the connector member.

In the motor control device according to the above one aspect, the detachable member accommodating portion is preferably provided near the end portion of the cover member. With this configuration, the wiring attachment / detachment member can be easily accommodated in the attachment / detachment member accommodating portion provided near the end portion of the cover member. Further, since at least a part of the wiring attachment / detachment member is housed in the attachment / detachment member accommodating portion, the amount of protrusion of the wiring attachment / detachment member from the cover member can be reduced.

In the motor control device according to the above one aspect, preferably, the detachable member accommodating portion has a hole portion capable of accommodating the wiring detachable member, and the hole portion includes a first engaging portion with which the wiring detachable member engages. The wiring attachment / detachment member is provided with a second engaging portion that engages with the first engaging portion. With this configuration, the wiring attachment / detachment member engages with the hole, so that it is possible to prevent the wiring attachment / detachment member from falling out of the hole.

In this case, preferably, the first engaging portion of the hole includes a protrusion, and the second engaging portion of the wiring attachment / detachment member includes a groove that engages with the protrusion. With this configuration, the groove portion of the wiring attachment / detachment member can be easily engaged with the protrusion portion of the hole portion.

In the motor control device in which the first engaging portion is provided in the hole portion, the wiring attachment / detachment member preferably has a hook shape on one end side and is provided with a protruding portion protruding from the root portion of the hook shape. The hole is between the first hole into which one end side of the hook shape is inserted, the second hole into which the other end side of the wiring attachment / detachment member is inserted, and the first hole and the second hole. Has a beam portion and is arranged in. With this configuration, the user engages the groove (point of action) of the wiring attachment / detachment member with the protrusion of the hole with a relatively weak force, with the beam portion as the fulcrum and the other end side of the wiring attachment / detachment member as the force point. Can match.

In a motor control device in which the hole portion includes a first hole portion, a second hole portion, and a beam portion, the size of the other end side of the wiring attachment / detachment member is preferably larger than the size of the second hole portion. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the wiring attachment / detachment member from entering (falling) into the hole portion by the other end side of the wiring attachment / detachment member.

In the motor control device according to the above one aspect, preferably, the cover member covers the front side of the motor control device main body, and the detachable member accommodating portion is provided on the front side of the motor control main body. With this configuration, the user can easily access the detachable member accommodating portion to accommodate the wiring detachable member in the detachable member accommodating portion (or take out the wiring detachable member from the detachable member accommodating portion). it can.

According to the present invention, as described above, it is possible to suppress the interference of the wiring attachment / detachment member while suppressing the loss of the wiring attachment / detachment member.

(Structure of wiring attachment / detachment member)
First, with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, the structure of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 for attaching / detaching the wiring 200 to / from the connector member 20 of the motor control device 100 will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is made of resin or the like. The other end 212 side having a rod-like shape includes a portion 212a having a width W11 and a portion 212b having a width W13 larger than the width W12 of the hook shape and smaller than the width W11 of the portion 212a. Further, the portion 212a includes an inclined portion 212d which is arranged on the side surface 212c of the portion 212b and whose thickness t gradually decreases. The groove portion 214 is formed by the side surface 212c and the inclined portion 212d. As shown in FIG. 3, the groove portions 214 are provided on the side surfaces 212c on both sides of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210. The groove portion 214 engages with the protrusion 45 of the hole portion 41 described later. The groove portion 214 is an example of the "second engaging portion" in the claims.

(Structure of motor control device)
Next, the structure of the motor control device 100 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the motor control device 100 includes a motor control device main body 10. A connector member 20 into which wiring 200 such as a power line is inserted is provided on the front side (Y1 direction side) of the motor control device main body 10. Further, on the front side of the motor control device main body 10, a terminal 31 to which a signal line based on the RS-485 standard is connected is provided. Further, on the front side of the motor control device main body 10, a terminal 32 to which a signal line based on a USB (Universal Serial Bus) standard is connected is provided. Further, on the front side of the motor control device main body 10, a terminal 33 for inputting an analog command or the like, a terminal 34 for encoder feedback, and a terminal 35 for a backup battery are provided. The "front side" of the motor control device 100 means the front side of the motor control device 100 in a state where the motor control device 100 is attached to a control panel (not shown) or the like. That is, the front side of the motor control device 100 is a surface that can be accessed by the user with the motor control device 100 attached to a control panel (not shown) or the like.

Further, the front surface side of the motor control device main body 10 is covered with a cover member 40. The cover member 40 is made of resin or the like. Further, the connector member 20 and the terminals 31 to 35 are configured to be exposed to the front side with the cover member 40 attached to the front side of the motor control device main body 10.

Further, the connector member 20 is arranged along the Z direction on the X1 direction side of the front side (Y1 direction side) of the motor control device main body 10. Further, the terminals 31 to 35 are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other along the Z direction on the X2 direction side of the front side (Y1 direction side) of the motor control device main body 10. Further, the connector member 20 and the terminals 31 to 35 are arranged in a state of being close to each other along the X direction. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the other end of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is viewed from the Y1 direction side in a state where the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is inserted into the hole portion 23 (hole portion 24) of the connector member 20 described later. The 212 side overlaps (interferes) with any of terminals 31 to 35. The hole 23 and the hole 24 are examples of the “connector-side hole” in the claims.

(Structure of connector member)
Next, the structure of the connector member 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the connector member 20 is provided with a hole 21 into which the wiring 200 is inserted. The hole portion 21 has a substantially circular shape when viewed from the front surface side of the motor control device main body portion 10. Further, a plurality of hole portions 21 are provided along the Z direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the connector member 20 is provided with an elastically deformable spring member 22 that presses and fixes the wiring 200 inserted into the hole 21. The spring member 22 is composed of a leaf spring member that is curved in a substantially annular shape. Further, the spring member 22 is provided with a hole portion 22a. The spring member 22 is an example of a “fixing member” within the scope of the claims.

Further, a hole portion 23 is provided on the X2 direction side of the connector member 20. The hole portion 23 has a substantially rectangular shape (see FIG. 4) when viewed from the Y1 direction side. Further, a hole portion 24 is provided on the X2 direction side of the connector member 20. The hole portion 24 has a substantially rectangular shape (see FIG. 4) when viewed from the X2 direction side. Further, the spring member 22 is configured to be exposed from the hole portion 23 and the hole portion 24. Further, a plurality of hole portions 23 and 24 are provided so as to correspond to the plurality of hole portions 21. Further, the plurality of hole portions 23 and the hole portions 24 are arranged along the Z direction. A wiring attachment / detachment member 210 that elastically deforms the spring member 22 to attach / detach the wiring 200 to / from the connector member 20 is inserted into the hole portion 23 and the hole portion 24.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the wiring is attached / detached by the user in a state where the one end 211 side and the protruding portion 213 of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 are inserted into the hole 23 and the hole 24 of the connector member 20, respectively. The other end 212 side of the member 210 is pressed toward the X1 direction. As a result, the hole portion 22a of the spring member 22 is configured to communicate with the hole portion 21. In this state, after the wiring 200 is inserted into the hole 22a of the spring member 22, the pressure on the spring member 22 by the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is released. As a result, the wiring 200 is hooked on the hole 22a by the elastic force of the spring member 22, and the wiring 200 is fixed to the connector member 20.

(Structure of hole for accommodating wiring attachment / detachment member)

The "separation" is a position where the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 does not interfere with the wiring 200 or other terminals 31 to 35 in a state where the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is inserted into the hole 41.

Further, in the present embodiment, the hole portion 41 includes the hole portion 42, the hole portion 43, and the beam portion 44 arranged between the hole portion 42 and the hole portion 43. The hole portion 42 includes a substantially rectangular portion 42a in a plan view provided at the corner portion 40a of the cover member 40, and a substantially rectangular portion 42b provided on the surface 40c of the cover member 40 when viewed from the Z1 direction side. .. The width W1 of the portion 42a in the direction along the X direction is larger than the width W2 of the portion 42b in the direction along the X direction. The hole 42 and the hole 43 are examples of the “second hole” and the “first hole” in the claims, respectively.

Further, the hole portion 43 has a substantially rectangular shape. The width W3 of the hole 43 in the direction along the X direction is smaller than the width W2 of the portion 42b in the direction along the X direction. Further, the beam portion 44 is provided so as to separate the hole portion 42 and the hole portion 43. Further, the beam portion 44 has a substantially columnar shape.

Then, in the present embodiment, the size of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 (see FIG. 2) on the other end 212 side is configured to be larger than the size of the hole portion 42. Specifically, the width W11 on the other end 212 side of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 (the width in the direction in which the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 intersects in the extending direction) is larger than the width W1 of the portion 42a of the hole portion 42.

Further, in the present embodiment, the hole 41 (the portion 42a of the hole 42) has a protrusion 45 with which the groove 214 of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is engaged with the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 housed in the hole 41. It is provided. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the protrusion 45 has a protrusion 45a protruding from the inner surface of the hole 42a in the X1 direction and a protrusion 45a protruding from the inner side surface of the portion 42a in the X2 direction. Includes a protrusion 45b. The protrusions 45a and 45b are provided in a stepped portion 46 near the boundary between the portion 42a and the portion 42a (a portion where the portion 42a having the width W1 and the portion 42b having the width W2 are connected, see FIG. 6). .. Further, the protrusions 45a and 45b have a substantially columnar shape with chamfered corners. The protrusions 45, 45a and 45b are examples of the "first engaging portion" in the claims.

Next, a method of accommodating (taking out) the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.

In the present embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. 8, the wiring attachment / detachment member is hooked on the beam portion 44 of the hole portion 41 so as to hook the vicinity of the boundary between the hook-shaped root portion of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 and the protrusion 213. The 210 is housed in the hole 41. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, in this state, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is rotated in the C1 direction around the beam portion 44. As a result, one end 211 side of the hook shape of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is inserted into the hole 43. Further, the other end 212 side of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is arranged in the hole 42. Then, the groove portion 214 of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 engages with the protrusion portion 45 of the hole portion 41. Specifically, as the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is rotated, the inclined portion 212d of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 moves to the back side of the hole portion 42 so as to get over the protrusion portion 45. As a result, the surface of the inclined portion 212d on the Z1 direction side abuts (engages) with the surface of the protrusion 45 on the Z2 direction side. As a result, the inclined portion 212d of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is sandwiched between the protrusion 45 and the surface 421a of the portion 42a on the Z1 direction side. As a result, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is fixed (temporarily fixed) to the hole 41. In the state where the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is housed in the hole portion 41, a part of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is arranged inside the hole portion 41, while one end 211 side and the other end 212 side of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210. , And the protruding portion 213 partially protrudes outward from the hole portion 41.

Further, when the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is taken out from the hole portion 41, by rotating the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 toward the C2 direction, the inclined portion 212d gets over the protrusion portion 45 and is moved to the outside of the hole portion 41. As a result, the engagement between the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 and the protrusion 45 is released, and the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 can be taken out.

(Effect of this embodiment)
In this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

In the present embodiment, as described above, the cover member 40 is provided with the hole portion 23 (hole portion 24) separately, and the hole portion for accommodating the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 after connecting the wiring 200 to the connector member 20. 41 is provided. As a result, after the wiring 200 is connected to the connector member 20, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is accommodated in the hole 41, so that the loss of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 can be suppressed. Further, since the hole portion 41 is provided separately from the hole portion 23 (hole portion 24), the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 housed in the hole portion 41 interferes with other terminals provided in the vicinity of the connector member 20 or the like. There is nothing to do. As a result, it is possible to prevent the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 from interfering with other terminals in the vicinity of the connector member 20 while suppressing the loss of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210.

Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the hole portion 41 is provided at a position separated from the connector member 20. As a result, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 housed in the hole 41 does not interfere with other terminals provided in the vicinity of the connector member 20.

Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is housed in the hole portion 41 provided near the end portion of the cover member 40. As a result, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 can be easily accommodated in the hole 41. Further, since at least a part of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is housed in the hole 41, the amount of protrusion of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 from the cover member 40 can be reduced.

Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the hole portion 41 is provided with a protrusion 45 in which the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is engaged with the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 housed in the hole portion 41. The detachable member 210 is provided with a groove portion 214 that engages with the protrusion portion 45. As a result, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 engages with the hole 41, so that the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 can be prevented from falling out of the hole 41.

Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 has a hook shape on one end 211 side and is provided with a protruding portion 213 protruding from the base portion of the hook shape, and the hole portion 41 is provided. , A hole 43 into which one end side of the hook shape is inserted, a hole 42 into which the other end 212 side of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 is inserted, and a beam portion 44 arranged between the hole 43 and the hole 42. Has. As a result, the user can use the beam portion 44 as a fulcrum, the other end 212 side of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 as a force point, and the groove portion 214 (action point) of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 as a protrusion of the hole portion 41 with a relatively weak force. 45 can be engaged.

Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the size of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 on the other end 212 side is larger than the size of the hole portion 42. As a result, the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 can be prevented from entering (falling) into the hole 41 by the other end 212 side of the wiring attachment / detachment member 210.

Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the cover member 40 covers the front side of the motor control device main body 10, and the hole 41 is provided on the front side of the motor control main body 10. As a result, the user can easily access the hole 41 to accommodate the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 in the hole 41 (or take out the wiring attachment / detachment member 210 from the hole 41).
