Description

The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of a sheet decorative board material for continuously adhering a decorative sheet to the surfaces of a plurality of base materials.

Conventionally, a sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method for continuously adhering a decorative sheet to the surface of a plurality of plate-shaped base materials have been used for manufacturing a sheet decorative board material used for a floor material or the like. In the conventional manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method, a long decorative sheet having an adhesive coated on the back surface is attached to the front surface of a plurality of base materials continuously conveyed in a predetermined direction, and then between the base materials. A sheet decorative board material is continuously manufactured by cutting a long decorative sheet and individualizing the decorative sheet for each base material (see, for example, Patent Document 1 below).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2011-88359

By the way, some of the above-mentioned manufacturing devices and manufacturing methods for sheet decorative board materials use a water-based adhesive. Although the sheet decorative board material can be manufactured at low cost by using the water-based adhesive, the base material easily warps because the base material absorbs the moisture of the adhesive. Further, in the water-based adhesive, after the hot melt adhesive is applied, it takes longer to develop the adhesive strength than the initial adhesive strength to which the decorative sheet does not peel off when cooled.

Therefore, when a water-based adhesive is used to attach the decorative sheet, the edge of the adjacent base material due to the warp of the base material before the long decorative sheet is cut between the base materials and separated into individual pieces for each base material. If there is a height difference between them, the decorative sheet may peel off at the edges of each base material. The decorative sheet adhered with the water-based adhesive cannot be adhered even if it is pressed against the base material once it is peeled off and the surface dries while being peeled off. Therefore, if a water-based adhesive is used for a base material such as a wood base material that absorbs the moisture of the water-based adhesive and causes warpage, a sheet decorative board material having poor adhesion may be produced. In particular, when cutting the decorative sheet, pressure from the blade acts on the decorative sheet, so that there is a high possibility that the decorative sheet will come off.

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and an object of the present invention is to prevent the decorative sheet from peeling off when the decorative sheet is cut.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, when cutting the decorative sheet, the parts before and after the cut portion of the decorative sheet are pressed against the base material by the sheet pressing portion.

Specifically, the first invention is a plurality of sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus for continuously manufacturing a sheet decorative board material in which a decorative sheet is adhered to the surface of a plate-shaped base material and laminated and integrated. The decorative sheet is coated with a water-based adhesive on the back surface of a transport unit that transports the base material from the rear side to the front side at predetermined intervals and a plurality of base materials that are sequentially transported by the transport unit. Sheet cutting that cuts the decorative sheet back and forth between two adjacent sheets while moving from the rear side to the front side at a speed equal to the transfer speed of the base material by the sheet bonding portion and the transfer portion. A front pressing member that presses the rear end portion of the base material on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet from above the decorative sheet when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet, and the sheet. When the cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet, a sheet pressing portion having a rear pressing member that presses the front end portion of the base material behind the cut portion of the decorative sheet from above the decorative sheet. It is characterized by having.

In the first invention, after the decorative sheet is adhered over the surfaces of a plurality of base materials sequentially conveyed by the transport portion, when the decorative sheet is cut between two adjacent base materials, the decorative sheet is used. The front and rear portions of the cut portion are pressed against the base material by the front pressing member and the rear pressing member of the sheet pressing portion. Therefore, the decorative sheet is less likely to be peeled off when the decorative sheet is cut, which is likely to be peeled off at the edge of each base material. Therefore, according to the first invention, it is possible to prevent the decorative sheet from peeling off when the decorative sheet is cut.

Further, according to the first invention, even if the base material warps and the decorative sheet peels off at the edge of each base material before cutting the decorative sheet, the front side of the sheet pressing portion before the water-based adhesive dries. The pressing member and the rear pressing member are pressed against the base material and are brought into close contact with each other again. Therefore, even when a water-based adhesive is used as the adhesive for adhering the decorative sheet to the surface of the base material, the decorative sheet can be adhered to the surface of the base material without peeling.

Further, in the first invention, in addition to the above configuration, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are attached to a plate-shaped member extending in the width direction of the decorative sheet and the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member. It is characterized by having a cushioning member that comes into contact with the decorative sheet in a non-airtight state when the base material is pressed from above the decorative sheet.

By the way, when the front pressing member and the rear pressing member made of a material having high hardness are used, a linear or planar pressing mark by each pressing member remains on the decorative sheet after pressing, or the decorative sheet is pressed during pressing. The adhesive applied to the portion may squeeze out from the pressed portion to the surrounding area, and the film pressure of the adhesive may be reduced only at the pressed portion of the decorative sheet. Further, if the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are composed of members that are in airtight contact with the decorative sheet, when the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are separated from the decorative sheet after cutting the decorative sheet, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are separated from the decorative sheet. The front pressing member and the rear pressing member may come into close contact with the decorative sheet and peel off the decorative sheet.

In the first invention, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are composed of a plate-shaped member and a cushioning member attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member. By forming the lower part of the front pressing member and the rear pressing member with the cushioning member in this way, when the front pressing member and the rear pressing member press the base material from above the decorative sheet, the decorative sheet is linear or linear or No planar pressing marks remain, and the film pressure of the adhesive does not partially decrease. Further, in the first invention, the cushioning member is composed of a member that comes into contact with the decorative sheet in a non-airtight state when the base material is pressed from above the decorative sheet. Therefore, when the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are separated from the decorative sheet after cutting the decorative sheet, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member do not adhere to the decorative sheet, and the decorative sheet does not come off. Therefore, according to the first invention, when the decorative sheet is cut, the decorative sheet can be pressed against the base material without causing pressure marks or a portion where the film pressure of the adhesive is thin on the decorative sheet. It is possible to prevent the decorative sheet from peeling off after cutting.

In the second invention, in the first invention, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet in the width direction of the decorative sheet, and the front base material is formed. It is characterized in that the rear end portion and the front end portion of the base material on the rear side are integrally pressed from one end to the other end in the width direction.

In the second invention, when the decorative sheet is cut, the front and rear portions of the cut portion of the decorative sheet are integrally pressed against the base material from one end to the other end in the width direction by the front pressing member and the rear pressing member. As a result, the decorative sheet is less likely to come off than when it is partially pressed.

In the third invention, in the first or second invention, the distance between the rear end of the front pressing member and the front end of the rear pressing member of the front pressing member and the rear pressing member is adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction. It is characterized in that it is provided so as to be shorter than the distance between the two base materials.

The fourth invention is a sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus for continuously manufacturing a sheet decorative board material in which a decorative sheet is adhered to the surface of a plate-shaped base material and laminated and integrated, and a plurality of the above-mentioned base materials are used. Sheet bonding that adheres the decorative sheet coated with a water-based adhesive on the back surface of the transport unit that transports from the rear side to the front side at predetermined intervals and the surfaces of the plurality of base materials that are sequentially transported by the transport unit. A sheet cutting portion that cuts the decorative sheet back and forth between two adjacent base materials while moving from the rear side to the front side at a speed equal to the transport speed of the base material by the transport portion, and the sheet. When the cut portion cuts the decorative sheet, the front pressing member that presses the rear end portion of the base material on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet from above the decorative sheet, and the sheet cutting portion are the decorative portion. When the sheet is cut, the sheet pressing portion having the rear pressing member for pressing the front end portion of the base material on the rear side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet from above the decorative sheet is provided, and the front pressing portion is provided. The member and the rear pressing member are provided so that the distance between the rear end of the front pressing member and the front end of the rear pressing member is shorter than the distance between two substrates adjacent to each other in the front and rear. It is characterized by being present.

In the third and fourth inventions, when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet, the front pressing member presses the front and rear portions of the front base material of the decorative sheet from above and presses the rear side. The member presses the portion extending from above to the front and back of the front end of the base material on the rear side of the decorative sheet. That is, when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member press the decorative sheet against the base material to the ends of the two adjacent base materials facing each other, and both bases. The decorative sheet protruding from the edge of the material is also pressed downward. In this way, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member press the decorative sheet protruding from the edges of the two adjacent base materials, so that the cut portions before and after the decorative sheet are upward during cutting of the decorative sheet. It is possible to prevent it from rolling up and peeling off from the base material.

A fifth invention, in any one invention of the first to fourth, the buffer member, open cell foam, and is characterized in that it is formed by a nonwoven fabric or felt.

According to the fifth invention, when the base material is pressed from above the decorative sheet, a cushioning member that comes into contact with the decorative sheet in a non-airtight state can be easily configured.

In the sixth invention, in any one of the first to fifth inventions, the sheet pressing portion comprises the front pressing member and the rear pressing member when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet. The movement of moving the front pressing member and the rear pressing member in the front-rear direction so that the rear end portion of the front substrate and the front end portion of the rear substrate are arranged at positions where they can be pressed, respectively. The mechanism, the upper position where the front pressing member and the rear pressing member do not abut on the decorative sheet, and the lower position where the front pressing member and the rear pressing member press the base material from above the decorative sheet. It has an elevating mechanism for moving the front pressing member and the rear pressing member up and down, and the elevating mechanism has the front pressing member when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet. And the rear pressing member is moved to the lower position, and when the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are retracted by the moving mechanism, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are moved to the upper position. It is characterized in that it is configured to be moved.

In the sixth invention, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are moved in the front-rear direction by the moving mechanism in accordance with the transport of the base material by the transport portion, and the decorative sheet is cut between the two adjacent base materials. At that time, the rear end portion of the front base material and the front end portion of the rear base material are arranged at positions where they can be pressed. Therefore, after cutting the decorative sheet, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member move in the direction opposite to the transport direction of the base material and move between the next base materials. At that time, the front pressing member and the rear pressing member are moved to the upper position by the elevating mechanism and do not come into contact with the decorative sheet. Therefore, according to the sixth invention, it is possible to prevent the decorative sheet from peeling off when the front pressing member and the rear pressing member move (retract) in the direction opposite to the transport direction of the base material.

In the sixth invention, the seventh invention is provided below the plurality of base materials, and when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet, the rear end portion of the front base material and the rear side thereof. It is characterized in that it is provided with a support member that supports the front end portion of the base material from below.

In the seventh invention, when the front pressing member and the rear pressing member press the decorative sheet against the rear end portion of the front base material and the front end portion of the rear base material, the rear end portion of the front base material is used. A support member for supporting the front end portion of the base material on the rear side from below is provided. Therefore, for example, even when the base material is conveyed by a belt conveyor or the like, when the front side pressing member and the rear side pressing member press the decorative sheet against the base material, the base material does not sink and the support member. Will be supported from below. Therefore, according to the seventh invention, the decorative sheet can be reliably pressed against the base material.

In the eighth aspect of the invention, in the seventh invention, when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet, the support member is the rear end portion of the base material on the front side and the base on the rear side. It is characterized in that it is connected to the moving mechanism so that the front end portion of the material is arranged at a position that can be supported from below.

In the eighth invention, the support member is connected to a moving mechanism that moves the front pressing member and the rear pressing member in the front-rear direction. Therefore, when the sheet cutting portion cuts the decorative sheet, the support member moves in the front-rear direction together with the front pressing member and the rear pressing member, and the rear end portion of the front base material and the front end portion of the rear base material. Is placed in a position that can be supported from below. That is, the support member moves in the transport direction of the base material together with the front side pressing member and the rear side pressing member in a state where the base material transported by the transport portion is sandwiched in the vertical direction. Therefore, according to the eighth invention, when the position of the support member is fixed, a force acts on the base material transported by the transport portion in the direction opposite to the transport direction due to friction with the support member. As the material moves in the transport direction of the base material, such frictional force does not act, so that the transport of the base material is not hindered.

A ninth invention is a method for manufacturing a sheet decorative board material in which a decorative sheet is adhered to the surface of a plate-shaped base material to continuously produce a sheet decorative board material which is laminated and integrated, and is used on the back surface of the decorative sheet. An adhesive application step of applying a water-based adhesive, and a portion of the decorative sheet coated with the water-based adhesive on the surface of a plurality of the base materials sequentially conveyed from the rear side to the front side at predetermined intervals. A sheet bonding step of pressing to bond the decorative sheet over the surfaces of the plurality of base materials and a sheet cutting step of cutting the decorative sheet back and forth between each of the two adjacent base materials are provided. In the sheet cutting step, the rear end portion of the base material on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet and the front end portion of the base material on the rear side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet are pressed by a pressing member. It is characterized in that the decorative sheet is cut while being pressed from above.

In the ninth invention, after the decorative sheet is adhered over the surfaces of a plurality of base materials that are sequentially conveyed from the rear side to the front side, when the decorative sheet is cut between two adjacent base materials, the makeup is applied. The front and rear portions of the cut portion of the sheet are pressed against the base material by the pressing member. Therefore, the decorative sheet is less likely to be peeled off when the decorative sheet is cut, which is likely to be peeled off at the edge of each base material. Therefore, according to the ninth invention, it is possible to prevent the decorative sheet from peeling off when the decorative sheet is cut.

Further, according to the ninth invention, even if the base material warps and the decorative sheet peels off at the end of each base material before cutting the decorative sheet, the base material is pressed by the pressing member before the water-based adhesive dries. It will be pressed against and will be in close contact again. Therefore, even when a water-based adhesive is used as the adhesive for adhering the decorative sheet to the surface of the base material, the decorative sheet can be adhered to the surface of the base material without peeling.

Further, in the ninth invention, in addition to the above configuration, the pressing member is attached to a plate-shaped member extending in the width direction of the decorative sheet and the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member, and the base material is attached to the decorative sheet. It is characterized by having a cushioning member that comes into contact with the decorative sheet in a non-airtight state when pressed from above.

By the way, when a pressing member made of a material having high hardness is used, a linear or planar pressing mark by the pressing member remains on the decorative sheet after pressing, or an adhesive applied to the pressing portion of the decorative sheet at the time of pressing. May squeeze out from the pressed portion to the surrounding area, and the film pressure of the adhesive may become thin only at the pressed portion of the decorative sheet. Further, if the pressing member is composed of a member that comes into contact with the decorative sheet in an airtight state, the pressing member adheres to the decorative sheet when the pressing member is separated from the decorative sheet after cutting the decorative sheet. There is a risk of peeling off.

In the ninth invention, the pressing member is composed of a plate-shaped member and a cushioning member attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member. By forming the lower part of the pressing member with the cushioning member in this way, when the pressing member presses the base material from above the decorative sheet, linear or planar pressing marks may remain on the decorative sheet, or the adhesive may be used. The membrane pressure does not become partially thin. Further, in the ninth invention, the cushioning member is composed of a member that comes into contact with the decorative sheet in a non-airtight state when the base material is pressed from above the decorative sheet. Therefore, when the pressing member is separated from the decorative sheet after cutting the decorative sheet, the pressing member does not adhere to the decorative sheet and the decorative sheet does not come off. Therefore, according to the ninth invention, when the decorative sheet is cut, the decorative sheet can be pressed against the base material without causing pressure marks or a portion where the film pressure of the adhesive is thin on the decorative sheet, and the decorative sheet can be pressed. It is possible to prevent the decorative sheet from peeling off after cutting.

A tenth aspect of the present invention is the ninth aspect of the present invention, wherein the pressing member is formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet in the width direction of the decorative sheet, and in the sheet cutting step, the pressing member is formed. It is characterized in that the rear end portion of the base material on the front side and the front end portion of the base material on the rear side are integrally pressed from one end to the other end in the width direction.

In the tenth invention, when the decorative sheet is cut, the front and rear portions of the cut portion of the decorative sheet are integrally pressed by the pressing member from one end to the other end in the width direction, thereby partially pressing the decorative sheet. The decorative sheet is less likely to come off than when it is done.

According to the eleventh invention, in the ninth or tenth invention, two pressing members are provided in the front-rear direction, and in the sheet cutting step, the pressing member on the front side is a base material on the front side of the decorative sheet. The rear end pressing member presses the front and rear portions of the rear end from above, and the rear pressing member presses the front and rear portions of the rear base material of the decorative sheet from above. is there.

In the eleventh invention, when the decorative sheet is cut, the two pressing members press the decorative sheet against the base material to the ends of the two adjacent base materials facing each other, and protrude from the ends of both base materials. The decorative sheet is also pressed downward. In this way, the two pressing members press the decorative sheet protruding from the edges of the two adjacent base materials, so that during cutting of the decorative sheet, the cut portions before and after the decorative sheet are rolled up upward. It is possible to prevent the material from peeling off from the base material.

In the twelfth invention, in any one of the ninth to eleventh inventions, in the sheet cutting step, the rear end portion of the front base material and the front end portion of the rear base material form the front base. It is characterized in that it is supported from below by a support member provided below the material and the base material on the rear side.

A thirteenth invention is a method for manufacturing a sheet decorative board material for continuously producing a sheet decorative board material in which a decorative sheet is adhered to the surface of a plate-shaped base material and laminated and integrated, and is formed on the back surface of the decorative sheet. An adhesive application step of applying a water-based adhesive, and a portion of the decorative sheet coated with the water-based adhesive on the surface of a plurality of the base materials sequentially conveyed from the rear side to the front side at predetermined intervals. A sheet bonding step of pressing and adhering the decorative sheet over the surfaces of the plurality of base materials and a sheet cutting step of cutting the decorative sheet back and forth between each of the two adjacent base materials are provided. In the sheet cutting step, the rear end portion of the base material on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet and the front end portion of the base material on the rear side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet are pressed by a pressing member. The decorative sheet is cut while pressing from above, and in the sheet cutting step, the rear end portion of the front base material and the front end portion of the rear base material are formed on the front base material and the rear side. It is characterized in that it is supported from below by a support member provided below the base material.

In the twelfth and thirteenth inventions, when the pressing member presses the decorative sheet against the rear end portion of the front base material and the front end portion of the rear base material, the rear end portion and the rear side of the front base material are used. The front end portion of the base material is supported from below by the support member. Therefore, for example, even when the base material is conveyed by a belt conveyor or the like, when the pressing member presses the decorative sheet against the base material, the base material is supported from below by the support member without sinking. It will be. Therefore, according to the twelfth and thirteenth inventions, the decorative sheet can be reliably pressed against the base material.

In the fourteenth invention, in any one of the ninth to thirteenth inventions, after the sheet cutting step, a plurality of the base materials to which the decorative sheet cut for each base material is attached to the surface are provided. It is characterized by including a flat plate pressing process of flat plate pressing for a predetermined time in a stacked state.

In the fourteenth invention, a long decorative sheet is cut into individual pieces (shortened) for each base material, and then a plurality of base materials having a short decorative sheet attached to the surface are stacked. Press the flat plate for hours. As a result, the water-based adhesive dries and hardens between each base material and the decorative sheet to form an adhesive layer. By curing the water-based adhesive between each base material and the decorative sheet in this way, the decorative sheet is laminated and integrated on the surface of each base material via the adhesive layer. By stacking a plurality of base materials and pressing the flat plate in this way, the decorative sheet can be easily laminated and integrated on the surface of the base materials.

As described above, according to the sheet decorative board material manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method of the present invention, when cutting the decorative sheet, the front and rear parts of the cut portion of the decorative sheet are pressed against the base material by the sheet pressing portion. It is possible to prevent the decorative sheet from peeling off when the decorative sheet is cut.

The base material 51 may be a plate material made of an inorganic material such as a volcanic vitreous multi-layer plate, a calcium silicate plate, or a gypsum board, as long as it has water absorption.

The decorative sheet 52 is made of resin, and is formed of, for example, a resin film having a thickness of about 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm, such as an olefin resin, a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin, and a vinyl chloride resin, which contains almost no water. .. In addition to the resin sheet, the decorative sheet 52 may be a decorative paper such as coated paper or resin impregnated paper, a non-woven fabric, a woven fabric, a thin wooden veneer, or a thin sheet material such as a tatami mat. The thickness of the decorative sheet 52 may be determined in consideration of the unwinding roll 22 for unwinding the long decorative sheet 52, which will be described later. In the case of paper, for example, it is about 0.05 mm to 0.3 mm. As for the resin sheet, for example, one having a thickness of about 0.15 mm to 0.3 mm is preferably used. The backup roll 21e is provided so that the adhesive 53 from the T die 21a is applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52 to be conveyed.

The unwinding roll 22 unwinds a long decorative sheet 52 wound in a roll shape by being rotationally driven by a driving device (not shown). The unwinding roll 22 is provided so that the unwound decorative sheet 52 is supplied to the peripheral surface of the backup roll 21e of the die coater 21.

The sticking roll 23 is rotationally driven by a driving device (not shown), so that the back surface coated with the adhesive 53 of the decorative sheet 52 sent from the backup roll 21e is sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 51. It is attached to the surface 51a of. The drive shaft of the motor 31a3 is connected to the central portion of the blade 31a1 so as to rotationally drive the blade 31a1. The cutting mechanism 31a cuts the decorative sheet 52 back and forth by the blade 31a1 rotationally driven by the motor 31a3 moving in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52 along with the slider 31c.

The elevating mechanism 31b is connected to a cutting mechanism 31a (motor 31a3 in the first embodiment) and is configured to move the blade 31a1 up and down. Specifically, in the first embodiment, the elevating mechanism 31b is composed of a rod whose lower end is connected to the motor 31a3 and a motor (not shown) that moves the rod up and down. The elevating mechanism 31b is configured to move the blade 31a1 to a predetermined upper position away from the decorative sheet 52 and a predetermined lower position where the decorative sheet 52 can be cut. Further, the elevating mechanism 31b positions the blade 31a1 in the lower position during cutting of the decorative sheet 52, and positions the blade 31a1 in the upper position when retracting the blade 31a1 to the next cutting position after cutting the decorative sheet 52. It is configured as follows.

The slider 31c is connected to the elevating mechanism 31b and is configured to move the blade 31a together with the elevating mechanism 31b in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. In the first embodiment, the slider 31c includes the motor of the elevating mechanism 31b and is configured to accommodate the upper end of the rod of the elevating mechanism 31b. Further, the slider 31c has an engaging portion (in the first embodiment, a groove portion extending in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52) that slidably engages with the guide member 31d. The slider 31c is driven by a motor (not shown) and is configured to slide and move in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52.

The guide member 31d is composed of a rod-shaped member that is long in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52, and is an engaging portion in which the slider 31c is slidably engaged (in the first embodiment, a ridge portion extending in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52). have. The slider 31c moves in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52 by sliding and moving along the front surface of the guide member 31d.

The two columns 31e are composed of rod-shaped members extending in the vertical direction and are erected on the base 31f. A guide member 31d is connected to the upper end of the two columns 31e to support the guide member 31d.

The base 31f is provided at a position below the upper ends of the plurality of drive rollers 12, and two columns 31e and four elevating mechanisms 36 of the seat pressing portion 32 are erected on the base 31f. The base 31f is adjusted to the transport speed of the transport unit 10 so that the blades 31a1 are sequentially arranged between each of the plurality of base materials 51 that are sequentially transported from the rear side to the front side to cut the decorative sheet 52 back and forth. It is configured to move in the front-back direction.

In the first embodiment, the base 31f reciprocates between a predetermined sheet cutting start position and a predetermined sheet cutting end position on the front side of the sheet cutting start position. The sheet cutting start position and the sheet cutting end position are set between the two drive rollers 12 and 12 for feeding out the three belts 11, 11 and 11 arranged in the width direction. That is, the base 31f reciprocates between each of the two drive rollers 12, 12 that drive the three belts 11, 11, 11. The sheet cutting start position is the rearmost position of the sheet cutting portion 31 that reciprocates in the front-rear direction, and the sheet cutting portion 31 has two adjacent base materials after the blade 31a1 has passed through the sheet bonding unit 20. It is a position to wait until it is arranged between 51 and 51.

Specifically, the base 31f moves to the sheet cutting start position before cutting the decorative sheet 52, and the blade 31a1 corresponds to the decorative sheet 52 between the two base materials 51 and 51 to be cut. Wait at the cutting start position. When the blades 31a1 are arranged between the base materials 51 and 51, the base 31f has a base material 51 at a speed equal to the transport speed of the base material 51 so that the relative positions of the blades 31a1 and the decorative sheet 52 do not change. Moves to the sheet cutting end position in the transport direction (forward) of. When the sheet cutting end position is reached, the base 31f moves to the sheet cutting start position in the direction opposite to the transport direction (rearward) of the base material 51.

The base 31f is formed in a shape that does not interfere with the three belts 11 when moving in the front-rear direction. Further, the base 31f can be erected by two columns 31e and four elevating mechanisms 36 of the seat pressing portion 32, and moves in the front-rear direction as described above without interfering with the three belts 11. Any shape may be used as long as it is used.

When the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52, the sheet pressing portion 32 views the front and rear end portions of the base materials 51 and 51 before and after the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to press. Specifically, the seat pressing portion 32 has a front pressing member 34 (pressing member), a rear pressing member 35 (pressing member), and four elevating mechanisms 36, ..., 36.

The front pressing member 34 is provided above the transport unit 10, and when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52, the rear end portion of the base material 51 on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 is used as the decorative sheet. It is configured to press from above the 52. Specifically, the front pressing member 34 has a plate-shaped member 34a and a cushioning member 34b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 34a. The plate-shaped member 34a is composed of a metal plate long in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The plate-shaped member 34a is formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet 52 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The cushioning member 34b is formed in a shape equal to the plate-shaped member 34a in a plan view. In the first embodiment, the cushioning member 34b is made of a non-woven fabric. Although the details will be described later, when the base material 51 is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52, the cushioning member 34b comes into contact with the decorative sheet 52 in a non-airtight state.

The rear pressing member 35 is provided above the transport unit 10, and when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52, the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 is decorated. It is configured to be pressed from above the sheet 52. Specifically, the rear pressing member 35 has a plate-shaped member 35a and a cushioning member 35b attached to the lower end surface of the plate-shaped member 35a. The plate-shaped member 35a is composed of a metal plate long in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The plate-shaped member 35a is formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet 52 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52. The cushioning member 35b is formed in a shape equal to the plate-shaped member 35a in a plan view. In the first embodiment, the cushioning member 35b is made of a non-woven fabric. Although the details will be described later, when the base material 51 is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52, the cushioning member 35b comes into contact with the decorative sheet 52 in a non-airtight state.

The front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 have a plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 in which the distance between the rear end of the front pressing member 34 and the front end of the rear pressing member 35 is sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10. It is provided so as to be shorter than the distance between the two base materials 51, 51 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction. The distance between the rear end of the front pressing member 34 and the front end of the rear pressing member 35 does not hinder the cutting of the decorative sheet 52 by the sheet cutting portion 31 (in the first embodiment, the rear end and the rear pressing of the front pressing member 34). It is preferable that the front end of the member 35 is as narrow as (the front end does not interfere with the blade 31a1).

With such a configuration, when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52, the front pressing member 34 presses the front and rear portions of the base material 51 on the front side of the decorative sheet 52 from above, and rear. The side pressing member 35 presses the front and rear portions of the base material 51 on the rear side of the decorative sheet 52 from above. That is, when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 push the decorative sheet 52 to the ends of the two adjacent base materials 51, 51 facing each other. While pressing against the base material 51, the decorative sheet 52 protruding from the edges of both base materials 51 and 51 is also pressed downward. In this way, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 press the decorative sheet 52 protruding from the edges of the two adjacent base materials 51 and 51, so that the decorative sheet 52 is being cut while the decorative sheet 52 is being cut. It is possible to prevent the portion cut back and forth from being rolled up upward and peeling off from the base material 51.

Further, even if the base material 51 warps and the decorative sheet 52 peels off at the end of each base material 51 before the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the water-based adhesive 53 and the front pressing member 34 before the water-based adhesive 53 dries. It is pressed against the base material 51 by the rear pressing member 35 and comes into close contact again.

The four elevating mechanisms 36, ..., 36 are provided at both ends of the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 in the longitudinal direction. The four elevating mechanisms 36, ..., 36 move up and down at the same height position at the same time, so that the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 do not abut on the decorative sheet 52, and the front pressing member 34 and the front pressing member 34 The rear pressing member 35 is configured to move the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 up and down between the lower position where the rear pressing member 35 presses the base material 51 from above the decorative sheet 52.

Specifically, the two elevating mechanisms 36, 36 (front elevating mechanisms 36, 36) provided at both ends of the front pressing member 34 in the longitudinal direction are connected to the end portions of the front pressing member 34 in the longitudinal direction, respectively. The front pressing member 34 is placed at the upper position where the front pressing member 34 does not abut on the decorative sheet 52 separated from the decorative sheet 52, and at the lower position where the base material 51 is pressed against the decorative sheet 52 from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to move. Further, the elevating mechanisms 36, 36 on the front side position the front pressing member 34 in the lower position during cutting of the decorative sheet 52, and in the upper position when the front pressing member 34 retracts after cutting the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to be located in.

The two elevating mechanisms 36, 36 (rear elevating mechanisms 36, 36) provided at both ends of the rear pressing member 35 in the longitudinal direction are connected to the end portions of the rear pressing member 35 in the longitudinal direction, respectively. The rear pressing member 35 is moved to the upper position where the rear pressing member 35 does not abut on the decorative sheet 52 separated from the decorative sheet 52 and the lower position where the base material 51 abuts on the decorative sheet 52 and presses the substrate 51 from above the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to let you. Further, the rear elevating mechanisms 36, 36 position the rear pressing member 35 at a lower position during cutting of the decorative sheet 52, and when the rear pressing member 35 retracts after cutting the decorative sheet 52. , Is configured to be positioned above.

With the above configuration, the four elevating mechanisms 36, ..., 36 move the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 to the lower position when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52. When the decorative sheet 52 is pressed against the ends of the base materials 51 and 51 and the base 31f (moving mechanism) retracts to retract the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 34 By moving the rear pressing member 35 to the upper position, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are configured so as not to come into contact with the decorative sheet 52.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the support member 33 is a rear end portion of the base material 51 on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 when the sheet cutting portion 31 cuts the decorative sheet 52. And the front end on the rear side are configured to support from below. In the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the support member 33 is provided between each of the three belts 11, 11 and 11 arranged in the width direction, and is composed of a plate-shaped member. The height of the upper surface of each support member 33 is substantially the height of the upper surface of the feed portions (upper portions in FIG. 1 in the transport direction) of the three belts 11, 11, 11 arranged in the width direction of the transport unit 10. They are installed so that they are equal. Further, each of the support members 33 is at least at the position of the rear end of the rear pressing member 35 at the sheet cutting start position in the conveying direction by the conveying unit 10 (the left end of the rear pressing member 35 shown by the alternate long and short dash line on the left side of FIG. 3). ) To the position of the front end of the front pressing member 34 (the right end of the front pressing member 34 shown by the alternate long and short dash line on the right side of FIG. 3) at the sheet cutting end position. That is, while the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 move from the sheet cutting start position to the sheet cutting end position while pressing the decorative sheet 52 against the base materials 51 and 51, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 34 are constantly pressed. It is formed to have a length in the front-rear direction facing the member 35 in the vertical direction.

-Manufacturing method-
Next, a method for manufacturing the sheet decorative board material 50 will be described. This manufacturing method includes (1) an adhesive coating step, (2) a sheet bonding step, (3) a sheet cutting step, and (4) a flat plate pressing step. The order of the steps described below is only an example, and the manufacturing method according to the present invention is not limited to this.

(1) Adhesive coating step In the adhesive coating step, the adhesive 53 (water-based adhesive 53) is applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52. In the first embodiment, the adhesive application step is performed by the die coater 21.

Specifically, the unwinding roll 22, the backup roll 21e, and the sticking roll 23 are driven, and the pump 21d of the die coater 21 is operated. As a result, the roll-shaped decorative sheet 52 is unwound from the unwinding roll 22 and sent to the backup roll 21e and the sticking roll 23 in order. In the die coater 21, the adhesive 53 stored in the tank 21b is conveyed to the T die 21a by the pump 21d via the filter 21c, and is quantitatively discharged from the gap of the T die 21a toward the backup roll 21e. .. The adhesive 53 discharged from the gap of the T-die 21a toward the backup roll 21e is applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52 sent to the sticking roll 23 by the backup roll 21e on the outer peripheral surface of the backup roll 21e. In this way, the adhesive 53 is sequentially applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52.

The coating amount of the adhesive 53 is, for example, 50g / m 2 ~150g / m 2 about (preferably, 50g / m 2 ~100g / m 2) is. The coating amount (film thickness) of the adhesive 53 is measured based on the amount of water contained in the adhesive 53 by irradiating infrared rays from the non-contact type film thickness meter 25. If the coating amount (film thickness) of the adhesive 53 does not fall within the predetermined range, the production line is temporarily stopped, and the gap between the T-die 21a and the feed amount of the pump 21d are checked and adjusted.

(2) Sheet Adhesive Step In the sheet adhesive step, a plurality of base materials 51, ..., In which the decorative sheet 52 coated with the adhesive 53 on the back surface is sequentially conveyed from the rear side to the front side at predetermined intervals by the conveying unit 10. It is supplied over the surfaces 51a, ..., 51a of 51 and adhered. Specifically, the decorative sheet 52 coated with the adhesive 53 on the back surface is sequentially sent out by the sticking roll 23 to the front surfaces 51a, ..., 51a of the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially conveyed by the conveying unit 10. As a result, the decorative sheet 52 is supplied over the surfaces 51a, ..., 51a of the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51. After that, the decorative sheet 52 is pressed against the surface 51a of each base material 51 by the pressing roll 24 provided on the front side of the sticking roll 23 in the conveying direction by the conveying unit 10. In this way, the decorative sheet 52 is adhered to the surface 51a of each base material 51.

(3) Sheet cutting step In the sheet cutting step, the decorative sheet 52 is placed between the two adjacent base materials 51, 51 of the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially transported from the rear side to the front side by the transport unit 10. Cut back and forth. The decorative sheet 52 is cut by the sheet cutting portion 31 of the sheet cutting unit 30 that moves from the rear side to the front side at a speed equal to the transport speed of the base material 51 by the transport unit 10.

Specifically, as shown in the upper part of FIG. 5, the sheet cutting portion 31 moves to a predetermined sheet cutting start position by moving (retracting) the base 31f (moving mechanism) of the sheet cutting portion 31. .. The sheet cutting start position is the rearmost position of the sheet cutting portion 31 that reciprocates in the front-rear direction. In the first embodiment, the sheet cutting portion 31 waits at the sheet cutting start position until the blade 31a1 is arranged between the two adjacent base materials 51 and 51 after passing through the sheet bonding unit 20. Then, when the blades 31a1 are arranged between the base materials 51 and 51, the base 31f (movement mechanism) moves (advances) at a speed equal to the transfer speed of the base material 51 by the transfer unit 10, thereby cutting the sheet. The portion 31 advances together with the base materials 51 and 51 while the blades 31a1 are arranged between the base materials 51 and 51.

Further, when the sheet cutting portion 31 reaches the sheet cutting start position, the blade 31a1 is lowered from the upper position to the lower position by the elevating mechanism 31b. Specifically, the blade 31a1 is lowered at the timing of being arranged between the base materials 51 and 51 at the lower position. As a result, the blade 31a1 is arranged at a position where the decorative sheet 52 can be cut. At the same time, the seat pressing portion 32 lowers the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 from the upper position to the lower position by the four elevating mechanisms 36, 36, 36, 36. As a result, the rear end portion of the base material 51 on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 and the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 are formed by the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member. It is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52 by the 35.

In the first embodiment, each support member 33 has a sheet cutting portion from the position of the rear end of the rear pressing member 35 at least when the sheet cutting portion 31 is in the sheet cutting start position in the transport direction by the transport unit 10. 31 is formed to have a length extending over the position of the front end of the front pressing member 34 when the sheet cutting end position is reached. Therefore, when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are driven by the four elevating mechanisms 36, 36, 36, 36 and descend to the lower position, after the base material 51 on the front side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52. The end portion and the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 are vertically sandwiched by the front pressing member 34, the rear pressing member 35, and the support member 33.

When the blade 31a1 and the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 reach the lower positions, the blade 31a1 of the sheet cutting portion 31 is rotationally driven by the motor 31a3, and the slider 31c is driven by a motor (not shown). It moves in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52 along the guide member 31d. As a result, the blade 31a1 moves from one end side to the other end side in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52 while rotating at a position where the decorative sheet 52 can be cut, so that the decorative sheet 52 is cut back and forth. As a result, the long decorative sheet 52 is individualized for each base material 51.

Here, as described above, in the first embodiment, the front and rear portions of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 are formed of the base material 51 on the front side of the cut portion by the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35. It is pressed against the rear end portion and the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side of the cut portion. Therefore, when the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the decorative sheet 52 is easily peeled off from the base material 51 by the force acting on the decorative sheet 52 by the blade 31a1, and the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 end the edges of each base material 51. By pressing the decorative sheet 52 against the portion, the decorative sheet 52 is less likely to be peeled off at the end portion of each base material 51. Further, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 make it difficult for each base material 51 to warp, thereby preventing the decorative sheet 52 from peeling off.

As shown in the lower part of FIG. 5, when the sheet cutting portion 31 finishes cutting the decorative sheet 52 at the sheet cutting end position (the blade 31a1 reaches the other end in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52), the blade The rotation of 31a1 is stopped, and the blade 31a1 is raised from the lower position to the upper position by the elevating mechanism 31b. As a result, the blade 31a1 does not come into contact with the decorative sheet 52. The sheet cutting end position is the frontmost position of the sheet cutting portion 31 that reciprocates in the front-rear direction. At the same time, the seat pressing portion 32 raises the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 from the lower position to the upper position by the four elevating mechanisms 36, 36, 36, 36. As a result, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 do not come into contact with the decorative sheet 52.

When the sheet cutting end position reaches the sheet cutting end position, the sheet cutting portion 31 reverses the moving direction of the base 31f (moving mechanism) and retracts to the sheet cutting start position (position in the upper part of FIG. 5). Then, the sheet cutting portion 31 waits until the blade 31a1 is arranged between the next base materials 51 and 51 at the sheet cutting start position, and by the same operation, the decorative sheet is placed between the next base materials 51 and 51. 52 is cut.
(4) Flat plate pressing step In the flat plate pressing step, after the sheet cutting step, a plurality of base materials 51 having a short decorative sheet 52 individualized for each base material 51 attached to the surface are stacked and in that state. , Flat plate press for a predetermined time. As a result, the water-based adhesive 53 dries and hardens between each base material 51 and the decorative sheet 52 to form an adhesive layer. By curing the water-based adhesive 53 between each base material 51 and the decorative sheet 52 in this way, the decorative sheet 52 is laminated and integrated on the surface 51a of each base material 51 via the adhesive layer. When stacking a plurality of base materials 51, the decorative sheets 52 and 52 of the upper and lower base materials 51 and 51 may be stacked so as to be in contact with each other, and the upper base material 51 and the lower base material 51 may be stacked. You may stack them so that they come into contact with each other.

By going through the above steps, the sheet decorative board material 50 in which the decorative sheet 52 is adhered to the surface 51a of the base material 51 and laminated and integrated is continuously manufactured in the manufacturing apparatus 1.

-Effect of Embodiment 1-
In the first embodiment, after the decorative sheet 52 is adhered over the surfaces 51a, ..., 51a of the plurality of base materials 51, ..., 51 which are sequentially conveyed by the transport unit 10, the two adjacent base materials 51 When the decorative sheet 52 is cut between the sheets 51, the front and rear portions of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 are pressed against the base materials 51 and 51 by the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 of the sheet pressing portion 32. To. Therefore, when the decorative sheet 52 is likely to be peeled off at the edges of the base materials 51 and 51, the decorative sheet 52 is less likely to be peeled off. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, it is possible to prevent the decorative sheet 52 from peeling off when the decorative sheet 52 is cut.

Further, according to the manufacturing apparatus 1 and the manufacturing method of the sheet decorative board material 50, the base material 51 is warped and the decorative sheet 52 is peeled off at the end of each base material 51 by any chance before the decorative sheet 52 is cut. However, before the water-based adhesive 53 dries, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 press against the base material 51 and bring them into close contact with each other again. Therefore, even when the water-based adhesive 53 is used as the adhesive for adhering the decorative sheet 52 to the surface 51a of the base material 51, the decorative sheet 52 can be adhered to the surface 51a of the base material 51 without peeling off.

By the way, when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 made of a material having high hardness are used, the linear or planar pressing marks by the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are applied to the decorative sheet 52 after pressing. May remain, or the adhesive 53 applied to the pressed portion of the decorative sheet 52 may squeeze out from the pressed portion to the surrounding area, and the film pressure of the adhesive 53 may become thin only at the pressed portion of the decorative sheet 52. is there. Further, if the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are composed of members that abut with the decorative sheet 52 in an airtight state, after cutting the decorative sheet 52, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are placed on the decorative sheet. When separated from the 52, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 may come into close contact with the decorative sheet 52 and peel off the decorative sheet 52.

In the first embodiment, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are composed of plate-shaped members 34a, 35a and cushioning members 34b, 35b attached to the lower end surfaces of the plate-shaped members 34a, 35a. .. The cushioning members 34b and 35b are compressed between the plate-shaped members 34a and 35a and the decorative sheet 52 when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 press the base material 51 from above the decorative sheet 52. It is composed of deformable members. Therefore, when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 press the base material 51 from above the decorative sheet 52, linear or planar pressing marks remain on the decorative sheet 52, or the film pressure of the adhesive 53 is applied. Does not become partially thin. Further, in the first embodiment, the cushioning members 34b and 35b are composed of members that come into contact with the decorative sheet 52 in a non-airtight state when the base material 51 is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52. Therefore, when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are separated from the decorative sheet 52 after cutting the decorative sheet 52, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 do not adhere to the decorative sheet 52, and the decorative sheet 52 does not come off. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, when the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the decorative sheet 52 can be pressed against the base material 51 without causing pressure marks or a portion where the film pressure of the adhesive 53 is thin on the decorative sheet 52. In addition, it is possible to prevent the decorative sheet 52 from peeling off after cutting the decorative sheet 52.

Further, in the first embodiment, the cushioning members 34b and 35b of the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are formed of a non-woven fabric. According to the first embodiment, with such a configuration, when the base material 51 is pressed from above the decorative sheet 52, the buffer members 34b and 35b that come into contact with the decorative sheet 52 in a non-airtight state can be easily configured. Can be done.

Further, in the first embodiment, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are formed to have a length longer than the width of the decorative sheet 52 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52, and are longer than the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52. It is configured to integrally press the rear end portion of the front base material 51 and the front end portion of the rear base material 51 from one end to the other end in the width direction. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, when the decorative sheet 52 is cut, the front and rear portions of the cut portion of the decorative sheet 52 are integrated from one end to the other end in the width direction by the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35. By being pressed against the base materials 51 and 51, the decorative sheet 52 is less likely to be peeled off than when it is partially pressed.

Further, in the first embodiment, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are moved in the front-rear direction by the base 31f (moving mechanism) in accordance with the transport of the base material 51 by the transport unit 10, and are adjacent to each other. When the decorative sheet 52 is cut between the base materials 51 and 51, the rear end portion of the front base material 51 and the front end portion of the rear base material 51 are arranged at positions where they can be pressed. Therefore, after cutting the decorative sheet 52, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 move in the direction opposite to the transport direction of the base material 51 and move between the next base materials 51 and 51. At that time, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are moved upward by the elevating mechanisms 36, ..., 36 and do not come into contact with the decorative sheet 52. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 move (retract) in the direction opposite to the transport direction of the base material 51, the decorative sheet 52 is prevented from peeling off. Can be done.

Further, in the first embodiment, when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 press the decorative sheet 52 against the rear end portion of the front base material 51 and the front end portion of the rear base material 51, the front side A support member 33 is provided to support the rear end portion of the base material 51 and the front end portion of the base material 51 on the rear side from below. Therefore, for example, even when the base material 51 is conveyed by a belt conveyor or the like, the base material 51 sinks when the front side pressing member 34 and the rear side pressing member 35 press the decorative sheet 52 against the base material 51. It will be supported from below by the support member 33 without getting stuck. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, the decorative sheet 52 can be reliably pressed against the base material 51.

Further, in the first embodiment, the long decorative sheet 52 is cut into individual pieces (shortened) for each base material 51, and then the base material 51 on which the short decorative sheet 52 is attached is attached to the surface 51a. A flat plate pressing process is performed in which a plurality of sheets are stacked and flat plate pressed for a predetermined time. By stacking the plurality of base materials 51 and pressing the flat plate in this way, the decorative sheet 52 can be easily laminated and integrated on the surface 51a of the base material 51.

<< Other Embodiments >>
In the first embodiment, the sheet pressing portion 32 is provided on the base 31f of the sheet cutting portion 31, and is configured to move in the front-rear direction together with the sheet cutting portion 31 by the base 31f. , A moving mechanism for moving in the front-rear direction may be provided separately from the sheet cutting portion 31. Even in that case, the sheet pressing portion 32 may be configured to operate in the same manner as the operation of the sheet cutting portion 31.

Further, in the first embodiment, the installation positions of the support members 33 are fixed, and the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 use the decorative sheet 52 as the base material 51, 51 from the sheet cutting start position to the sheet end position. While moving while pressing against the front pressing member 34, the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are always formed to have a length in the front-rear direction facing each other in the vertical direction. However, each support member 33 is not limited to that of the first embodiment. Each support member 33 may be provided on the base 31f of the sheet cutting portion 31 and may be configured to move in the front-rear direction together with the sheet cutting portion 31 by the base 31f. Further, each support member 33 has a moving mechanism for moving in the front-rear direction separately from the sheet cutting portion 31, and may move in the front-rear direction in the same manner as the sheet cutting portion 31. When each support member 33 is configured to be movable in the front-rear direction like the sheet cutting portion 31, each support member 33 has a length in the front-rear direction at least from the front end of the front pressing member 34 when stationary. Since it is sufficient to secure the length to the rear end of the rear pressing member 35, the length in the front-rear direction can be made shorter than that of the first embodiment.

Further, in the case where each support member 33 is connected to a base 31f (moving mechanism) that moves the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 in the front-rear direction, the support member 33 is the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 34. It moves in the front-rear direction together with the member 35. That is, the support member 33 moves in the transport direction of the base material 51 together with the front side pressing member 34 and the rear side pressing member 35 in a state where the base material 51 transported by the transport unit 10 is sandwiched in the vertical direction. Therefore, according to such a form, when the position of the support member 33 is fixed as in the first embodiment, the transfer direction is caused by friction with the support member 33 on the base material 51 conveyed by the transfer unit 10. When a force acts in the opposite direction, the support member 33 moves in the transport direction of the base material 51, so that such a frictional force does not act, so that the transport of the base material 51 is not hindered.

Further, in the first embodiment, the sheet cutting portion 31 has a cutting mechanism 31a, an elevating mechanism 31b, a slider 31c, a guide member 31d, two columns 31e, and a base 31f (moving mechanism). However, the configuration of the sheet cutting portion 31 is not limited to the configuration of the first embodiment. The sheet cutting portion 31 is configured to be able to cut the decorative sheet 52 back and forth between two adjacent base materials 51 and 51 while moving from the rear side to the front side at a speed equal to the transport speed of the base material 51 by the transport unit 10. Any configuration may be used as long as it is used. The sheet cutting portion 31 may, for example, have no blade 31a1 and cut the decorative sheet 52 with a laser.

Further, in the first embodiment, the cutting mechanism 31a is configured to have a blade 31a1 made of a circular blade member that moves in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52, but the cutting mechanism 31a cuts the decorative sheet 52. Anything that can be cut may be used. For example, the cutting mechanism 31a has a blade made of a blade member long in the width direction extending from one end to the other end in the width direction of the decorative sheet 52, and moves from the upper position to the lower position to once move the decorative sheet 52. It may be the one that cuts.

Further, in the first embodiment, the cushioning members 34b and 35b of the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 are formed of a non-woven fabric, but the cushioning members 34b and 35b according to the present invention are not limited to the non-woven fabric. .. The cushioning members 34b and 35b are non-airtight with the decorative sheet 52 when the front pressing member 34 and the rear pressing member 35 press the base materials 51 and 51 from above the decorative sheet 52, such as an open cell foam or felt. Any material may be used as long as it abuts in a state and is configured to be compressed and deformed between the plate-shaped members 34a and 35a and the decorative sheet 52.

Further, in the first embodiment, the die coater 21 is exemplified as a coating device for applying the adhesive 53 to the back surface of the decorative sheet 52, but the coating device may be a knife coater, a comma coater, or the like. When a knife coater or a comma coater is used as the coating device, a pump other than the positive displacement type may be used.

The present invention is useful for a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of a sheet decorative board material for continuously adhering a decorative sheet to the surfaces of a plurality of base materials.
