Description
放射率は、ISO 18434-1に詳細に記載されている試験手順に従って測定される。試験方法では、既知の放射率を持つ標準物質を用いて、試料物質の未知の放射率を算出する。具体的には、標準物質を試料物質の一部の上に塗布し、両方の物質を100℃の温度まで加熱する。次いで、標準物質の表面温度を赤外線カメラを用いて測定し、カメラシステムを標準物質の既知の放射率を用いて較正する。適切な標準物質は、Scotch(登録商標)33 Black Electrical Tapeなどの黒色ポリ塩化ビニルの電気絶縁テープであり、その放射率値は0.95である。システムが標準物質を用いて較正されると、赤外線カメラが再配置されて試料物質の表面温度を測定する。測定された試料物質の表面温度が、標準物質の表面温度と同一である実際の試料物質の表面温度と一致するまで、システムの放射率値を調整する。測定された表面温度が実施の表面温度と一致する放射率値が、試料物質の真の放射率値である。

Claims (17)
- エアロゾル発生物品であって:
熱源と;
前記熱源と熱連通したエアロゾル形成基体であって、エアロゾル形成体および加熱に応答して揮発性化合物を発することができる材料を含む、前記エアロゾル形成基体と;
前記エアロゾル形成基体の少なくとも一部の周りにある熱伝導性の構成要素であって、前記エアロゾル発生物品の外部表面の少なくとも一部を形成する外部表面を備えた、前記熱伝導性の構成要素と;を含み、
前記熱伝導性の構成要素の前記外部表面の少なくとも一部が、表面処理を含み、および0.6未満の放射率を有する、前記エアロゾル発生物品。 - 前記熱源が可燃性熱源である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記熱伝導性の構成要素の前記外部表面の放射率が0.5より小さいかあるいは0.1より大きいかの少なくともいずれかである、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記表面処理は、エンボス加工、デボス加工、およびそれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記表面処理は表面被覆を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記表面被覆が、黒鉛、金属酸化物、および金属炭酸塩から選択される1つ以上の材料を備えたフィラー材料を含む、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記表面被覆の前記外部表面が、0.1マイクロメートル〜1マイクロメートルの、ISO 8791-4に従って測定されたパーカープリントサーフ粗さを有する、請求項5または6に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記表面被覆が不連続である、請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記表面被覆が、少なくとも1つの顔料または透明材料、または金属粒子、または金属フレーク、または金属粒子および金属フレークの両方、または金属箔を含む、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記熱伝導性の構成要素が、前記熱源の下流部分および隣接する前記エアロゾル形成基体の上流部分の周りにある、ならびにそれらと接触した第一の熱伝導性要素と、前記第一の熱伝導性要素の少なくとも一部の周りにあり、および前記エアロゾル発生物品の外部表面の少なくとも一部を形成する外部表面を備えた、第二の熱伝導性要素と、含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第二の熱伝導性要素が、前記第一の熱伝導性要素の少なくとも一部の周りを前記第一の熱伝導性要素と前記第二の熱伝導性要素との間に延びる断熱材料の少なくとも1つの層によって、前記第一の熱伝導性要素から半径方向に分離される、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第二の熱伝導性要素が、1つ以上の断熱層と組み合わせた前記第二の熱伝導性要素を含む、多層またはラミネート材料の一部を形成する、請求項10または11に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第二の熱伝導性要素が、前記第二の熱伝導性要素に積層された少なくとも1つの断熱層を含むラミネート材料として形成され、前記断熱層は、前記第一の熱伝導性要素に隣接した、前記ラミネート材料の内層を形成する、請求項10、11または12に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第二の熱伝導性要素が二重層ラミネートであって、アルミニウムの外層および紙の内層を含む、請求項10〜13のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第一の熱伝導性要素と前記第二の熱伝導性要素との間に、相互に画定された分離を維持するための1つ以上のスペーサー要素をさらに含む、請求項10〜14のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- エアロゾル発生物品の製造方法であって、熱源と、前記熱源と熱連通したエアロゾル形成基体と、前記エアロゾル形成基体の少なくとも一部の周りにあり、前記エアロゾル発生物品の外部表面の少なくとも一部を形成する外部表面を備えた、熱伝導性の構成要素と、を含む、前記方法が、
前記熱伝導性の構成要素の処理部分が0.6未満の放射率を有するように、前記熱伝導性の構成要素の前記外部表面の少なくとも一部に表面処理を適用する工程を含む、前記方法。 - 前記表面処理が被覆組成物を含み、前記被覆組成物が、フィラー材料、結合剤、および溶媒を含み、前記フィラー材料が、黒鉛、金属酸化物、および金属炭酸塩から選択される1つ以上の材料を含んでいてもよい、請求項16に記載の方法。
