Claims (10)
- 三次元プリントシステムであって、
相変化インクの液滴を排出し、製造対象の三次元物体を画定するための、プリントヘッド;
前記相変化インクを、加熱インク搬送部品を含む前記プリントヘッドへ提供するためのインク供給サブシステム、
を備え、
前記加熱インク搬送部品はさらに、
前記相変化インクを接触および搬送するための内表面および外側管表面を有するインク管;
前記インク管の前記外側管表面の周りに螺旋状に巻きつけられ、それにより、断面の主軸が前記外側管表面に実質的に適合する、レジスタ;
前記レジスタの周りに巻きつけられ、前記レジスタよりも低い抵抗抵抗を有する、リターン・コンダクタ;および
前記レジスタおよび前記リターン・コンダクタを囲みかつ保護し、前記加熱インク搬送部品に断熱を提供する、外管、
を備える、三次元(3D)プリントシステム。 - 前記インク管の前記外側管表面が、外側導管直径を有し、前記レジスタが、該外側導管直径よりも大きい内径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元(3D)プリントシステム。
- 前記レジスタが第1のピッチで螺旋状に巻きつけられ、前記リターン・コンダクタが前記第1のピッチよりも大きい第2のピッチで螺旋状に巻きつけられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元(3D)プリントシステム。
- 前記リターン・コンダクタが、確固とした円形断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元(3D)プリントシステム。
- 前記リターン・コンダクタを被覆する管状の円柱インシュレータをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の三次元(3D)プリントシステム。
- 前記管状の円柱インシュレータが、前記レジスタと前記外管の内面との間に空隙を画定し、該空隙が、前記レジスタと周囲雰囲気との間に追加の層半径方向熱抵抗を提供することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の三次元(3D)プリントシステム。
- 前記レジスタが、細長い長方形の断面の形状因子を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元(3D)プリントシステム。
- 前記インク管が、温度が独立して制御される複数の導管ゾーンを画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元(3D)プリントシステム。
- 前記複数の導管ゾーンが、閉ループ制御システムを用いて独立して制御されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の三次元(3D)プリントシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの導管ゾーンの前記レジスタが、前記インク管の入口から伸長し、少なくとも1つの他の導管ゾーンの前記レジスタが、前記インク管の出口から伸長することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の三次元(3D)プリントシステム。
