Description
Claims (11)
- ハーメチックにシールされたマイクロ電池を形成するためのマイクロ電池構造体であって、
カソード材料を収容する領域を区画する少なくとも1つの凸部、および第一シーリング材料を収容する領域を区画する少なくとも1つの凹部を包含する第一シリコン基板と、
アノード材料 を収容する領域を区画する少なくとも1つの凸部、および第二シーリング材料を収容する領域を区画する少なくとも1つの凹部を包含する第二シリコン基板と、
前記第一シリコン基板上の少なくとも1つの凹部中に存在する前記第一シーリング材料に結合された絶縁センタピースであって、前記第一シリコン基板上に前記第二シリコン基板を、ほぞ穴結合方式で整列させ重ね合わせることによって前記絶縁センタピースの位置にインタロック構造が形成される、前記絶縁センタピースと、
を含む、マイクロ電池構造体。 - 前記第一シリコン基板上にさらにカソード電流コレクタを、前記第二シリコン基板上にさらにアノード電流コレクタを、それぞれ含み、
前記アノードおよびカソード電流コレクタは、前記第一シリコン基板と「前記第二シリコン基板との間に前記絶縁センタピースを介在させて存在し、
前記2つの電流コレクタの少なくとも1つは、前記絶縁センタピースの外側端部から延び出すはみ出た部分を具備するように配設される、請求項1に記載のマイクロ電池構造体。 - 前記第一および前記第二シーリング材料は100μm以下のシールの幅を有し、前記第一および前記第二シリコン基板の凹部において前記絶縁センタピース結合されるように設けられる、請求項1または2に記載のマイクロ電池構造体。
- 前記シールが10:1より大きいアスペクト比を有する、請求項3に記載のマイクロ電池構造体。
- 前記第一および第二シーリング材料が、水素分子だけの通過を可能にする、ガス状物質に対する選択的浸透性を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ電池構造体。
- 前記マイクロ電池が400μm以下の厚さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ電池構造体。
- 前記第一シリコン基板上の前記凸部によって区画されたカソード材料を収容する領域の表面が、前記領域に収納されるカソード材料と前記表面との接触面積が増加するように、テクスチャ付けされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ電池構造体。
- 前記絶縁センタピースの表面上に溝が存在し、前記溝は、前記第一および第二シリコン基板の前記凹部上に存在する突出構造体中に配置される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ電池構造体。
- 前記絶縁センタピースが、第一および第二シリコン基板の凹部上の突出構造体とほぞ穴結合方式でインタロックする溝を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ電池構造体。
- ハーメチックにシールされたマイクロ電池を形成するためのマイクロ電池構造体であって、
カソード材料をその内部に完全に収容する領域を区画する少なくとも1つの凸部を包含する第一シリコン基板と、
アノード材料を収容する領域を区画する少なくとも1つの凸部、およびシーリング材料を収納する領域を区画する少なくとも1つの凹部を包含する第二シリコン基板であって、前記第一シリコン基板の凸部は前記シーリング材料に結合され、前記第一シリコン基板上に前記第二シリコン基板を、ほぞ穴結合方式で前記第二シリコン基板の凸部を前記完全に収容された領域(凹部)のカソード材料上の端部に位置付け、整列させ重ね合わせることによって前記第一シリコンの凸部と前記第二シリコン基板の凹部との位置にインタロック構造が形成される、前記第二シリコン基板と、
を含む、マイクロ電池構造体。 - ハーメチックにシールされたマイクロ電池を形成するためのマイクロ電池構造体であって、
シーリング材料およびアノード材料を収容する少なくとも1つの凹部を包含する第一シリコン基板であって、シーリング材料が前記アノード材料の側壁を横方向に囲み、かつ、前記シーリング材料がアノード材料に直接に接触する前記第一シリコン基板と、
カソード材料を収容する少なくとも1つの凸部、および少なくとも1つの凹部を包含する第二シリコン基板であって、前記第二シリコン基板の凸部は前記シーリング材料に結合され、前記第一シリコン基板上に前記第二シリコン基板を、ほぞ穴結合方式で整列させ重ね合わせることによって前記第ニシリコン基板の凸部と前記第一シリコン基板の凹部との位置にインタロック構造が形成される、前記第二シリコン基板と、
を含む、マイクロ電池構造体。
