Claims (2)
- 内側パイプ部材と、前記内側パイプ部材の端部に外側から固定される外側パイプ部材とにより形成されるパイプと、前記パイプにおいて、前記内側パイプ部材及び前記外側パイプ部材の嵌合部に外側から固定されるパイプ被固定部材とを備える被固定部材付パイプの製造方法であって、
前記内側パイプ部材は、前記外側パイプ部材より厚みが小さくなっており、
前記内側パイプ部材の端部の外側に前記外側パイプ部材を嵌合状態で配置するとともに、前記内側パイプ部材及び前記外側パイプ部材の嵌合部の外側に前記パイプ被固定部材を配置した状態で、前記内側パイプ部材の前記外側パイプ部材及び前記パイプ被固定部材の固定位置における前記内側パイプ部材の内側に電磁コイルを配置し、前記電磁コイルにパルス通電することにより、前記内側パイプ部材における前記電磁コイルと前記内側パイプ部材の軸方向に一致する部分のうち、少なくとも一部を拡径させ、前記内側パイプ部材が拡径するときに前記外側パイプ部材に加わる力により前記外側パイプ部材のうち、少なくとも一部を、前記外側パイプ部材を挿通した前記パイプ被固定部材の孔の内周面よりも径方向外側まで拡径させることにより、前記内側パイプ部材、前記外側パイプ部材及び前記パイプ被固定部材を同時にかしめ固定し、
前記内側パイプ部材の前記外側パイプ部材及び前記パイプ被固定部材の固定位置における前記内側パイプ部材の内側に前記電磁コイルを配置するときに、第1軸部材を前記外側パイプ部材の前記嵌合部とは反対側端から挿入し、一端部の内部に前記電磁コイルが包埋された第2軸部材を、前記一端部を先にして前記内側パイプ部材の前記嵌合部とは反対側端から挿入し、前記第1軸部材の端面に形成された凹部に前記第2軸部材の一端を挿入し前記凹部の底面に突き当てる、被固定部材付パイプの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の被固定部材付パイプの製造方法において、
前記外側パイプ部材の厚みに対する前記内側パイプ部材の厚みの比率は、0.6〜0.8である、被固定部材付パイプの製造方法。
