The present invention relates to a device for preventing the spread of fire in a building or a forest fire.

Compared with the explanation of the conventional technique and the device for preventing the spread of fire, the device of the present invention has an advantage that it can be easily dealt with in an emergency and can be assembled with a minimum of equipment and personnel.

特開平10−15098号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-15598 特開2001−340478号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-340478 特開2003−190310号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-190310

In a fire scene in a residential area where buildings are densely packed, if you want to prevent the spread of fire to the neighboring house around the fire source, you can make it harder to burn by spraying a large amount of water on the fire source building or by spraying water on the neighboring house and getting it wet. However, depending on the location, the water may not reach the fire source and the fire may not be completely prevented from spreading, or the building may be flooded or damaged due to the water discharge, or unfortunately it may be destroyed just by being next to the fire source. There is also. In addition, once a forest fire (wildfire, etc.) occurs, it is difficult to digest and may cause widespread damage.

The present invention is a device that solves the above problems and prevents the spread of fire by installing a heat-resistant sheet around a wooden house, a structure such as a cultural property building, or a house at the foot of a mountain in an emergency.

In the device of the present invention, the heat-resistant sheet has a cut (slit), and the cut allows the wind to escape, and the long cut sheet surface can prevent sparks and flames.

Basically, this device installs a heat-resistant sheet on the windward side of the structure, but there are two methods, fixed type and mobile type, both of which can be stored in a small space because they are disassembled in normal times.

The major difference between the present invention and the conventional device is that the set heat-resistant sheet has a plurality of cuts, and these cuts parry the wind pressure in a strong wind, and a firefighter or a resident discharges water to the heat-resistant sheet. This is an epoch-making invention that can prevent the spread of fire caused by sparks and the like.

In the present invention, a metal pipe is used to assemble a rectangular shape, and a heat-resistant sheet having a vertical cut in the center is fixed and allowed to stand on its own.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1-8. FIG. 1 shows a fixed type fire spread prevention device fixed at a predetermined place, FIGS. 2 and 3 show a mobile fire spread prevention device, and FIGS. 4 and 5 show a fixed type fixed at a place other than a predetermined place. A fire spread prevention device is shown, and FIGS. 6 to 8 show a mobile fire spread prevention device having a fall prevention mechanism.

The outline of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The two vertical frame members 1, the horizontal frame member 6, and the horizontal frame member 7 are connected to form a rectangular (substantially rectangular) frame having legs. At the upper part of the frame body, the vertical frame member 1 and the horizontal frame member 6 are connected via an L-shaped reinforcing member 8, and at the lower part of the frame body, the vertical frame member 1 and the horizontal frame member 7 are connected via a T-shaped reinforcing member 9. And connect. A leg portion made of the vertical frame member 1 is formed below the connecting portion at the lower part of the frame body. The legs at the lower end of the vertical frame member 1 are fixed to the ground by being inserted into the support support base 3 embedded in the ground. A heat-resistant sheet 2 is stretched between the horizontal frame member 6 and the horizontal frame member 7 on the opening surface of the frame body. The heat-resistant sheet 2 is provided with a plurality of slits 5 continuous from the vicinity of the upper end portion to the vicinity of the lower end portion at predetermined intervals in the lateral direction. By providing the slit 5, it is possible to effectively cope with a strong wind by allowing the wind power to escape appropriately without directly receiving the wind power. Further, the sheet surface other than the slit portion can block flames and sparks.
Further, FIGS. 2 and 3 show that the installation location can be freely moved by mounting the legs on a rear car-shaped mobile trolley (rear car 10 for weight). As a result, it can be used not only around existing houses but also as a fire spread prevention device by moving it to a place where a forest fire or the like occurs.
Further, FIGS. 4 and 5 show that the legs (reinforcing bar 15) of the frame body are directly embedded and fixed in the ground other than the existing support support base 3.
Further, FIGS. 6, 7, and 8 show a mobile fire spread prevention device having a fall prevention mechanism. An auxiliary leg guide 22 composed of a pipe in the direction perpendicular to the opening surface (heat resistant sheet surface) of the frame is provided below the mobile carriage 21. Auxiliary legs 25 are provided so as to be stretchable or retractable along the auxiliary leg guides 22. The auxiliary leg 25 may be provided as a part of the mobile carriage 21, or may be attached to the auxiliary leg guide 22 as needed at the site. Since the auxiliary leg 25 can be grounded at a distance perpendicular to the seat surface of the heat-resistant sheet 2, it is possible to counter the wind force acting on the heat-resistant sheet surface and prevent the fire spread prevention device from tipping over. Can be done.

The present invention is manufactured by using a SUS pipe, an aluminum pipe, and a heat-resistant sheet, which are refractory material parts. The present invention includes a fixed type, a mobile type, and a wildfire type (pile driving type). In the fixed type, basically, this device having a width of 4 m and a height of 8 m is made into one set with respect to the width of the structure, and two sets are manufactured on the left and right.

As the support base 3, a SUS pipe with a length of 1.5 m and 67.3 φ is taken out 50 cm from the ground surface at a place 60 cm away from the structure, and concrete is wound 4 to a depth of 1 m into the ground, and two pairs on the left and right are formed. As one set, two sets are embedded and fixed side by side.

The heat-resistant sheet 2 is made of Kikuchi Kogyo's single-sided organic resin-coated silica cloth (passed JIS A2323A class) and has a heat resistance of 1000 degrees. Leave 10 cm and make 14 cuts 5 (bend so that the cuts are not unraveled).

The upper aluminum pipe 6 and the lower aluminum pipe 7 of 60φ are processed so that 67.3φ SUS aluminum angles 8 and 9 can be screwed together, and the upper and lower ends are processed into a heat-resistant sheet 2 with bag stitching on the upper and lower ends. Insert the 60φ aluminum pipes 6 and 7.

The upper and lower 60φ aluminum pipes 6.7 into which the heat-resistant sheet 2 is inserted and the 60φ SUS pipe 1 that is the support are connected with a 67.3φ SUS aluminum angle (upper quadrangle: L-shaped 8 and lower quadrangle: T-shaped 9). Fix each with thumbscrews in two places to make a quadrangle.

The 60φ SUS pipe 1 which is a quadrangular strut is inserted into a 67.3φ SUS pipe embedded in the ground as a strut receiving base 3 and used independently.

For the mobile type, a commercially available heavy-duty rear car 10 (Tosei vehicle H3500KG) made of steel is used and fixed with a steel pipe pile 11 for use.

A water tank 12 (removable) is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm according to the loading platform of the heavy rear car 10 so that water can be put in it so that it can be used as a heavy stone. When the water is full, it weighs 500 kg per vehicle.

A punching metal 13 having a thickness of 3 mm is put on and welded so as to cover the upper part of the stainless steel water tank 12.

A triangular prism support base 14 is also welded to the upper center of the welded punching metal 13.

The water tank 12, punching metal 13, and triangular prism support base 14 of the heavy rear car 10 are manufactured and welded for 2 units, 1 set x 2 sets = 4 units, respectively.

The support 1 of the 60φ SUS pipe, which is formed into a quadrangle by inserting the heat-resistant sheet 2 described in the fixed type, is inserted into the support base 14 of the triangular prism for use.

For wildfires, a SUS pin with a length of 2 m and a height of 3 cm is welded to a reinforced rod 15 with a pointed tip of 2 m and 25 φ at a position 50 cm above the ground.

A 25φ rebar rod 15 welded with a 15φ SUS pin is driven and fixed in the ground with a 1m hammer or the like so as to leave 1m on the ground at two or two places side by side.

Make a 20φ hole in the center of the 30φ SUS pipe 16 with a length of 1.5m.

The 60φ SUS pipe 1, which is the support of the heat-resistant sheet 2 described in the fixed type, is inserted into the 25φ reinforcing bar 15 so as to cover it from above.

According to the present invention, the SUS pipes 1, 6 and 7 can be disassembled and the heat-resistant sheet 2 can be folded and stored when not in use. After the forest fire is extinguished, the 30φ SUS pipe 16 is inserted into the 15φ SUS pin welded to the 25φ rebar rod 15 and pulled out by tilting according to the principle of leverage.

6 to 8 show a mobile fire spread prevention device having a fall prevention mechanism. The legs, the rectangular frame that stands up from the legs, the heat-resistant sheet provided at the opening of the frame, and the continuous slits from the vicinity of the upper end to the vicinity of the lower end of the heat-resistant sheet, which are the basics of the fire spread prevention device of the present application. The structure in which a plurality of the above is provided is the same as in the previous description. In FIG. 6, the description of the continuous slit 5 from the vicinity of the upper end to the vicinity of the lower end of the heat-resistant sheet is omitted. Auxiliary leg guides 22 are provided in the lower portion of the mobile carriage 21 in the direction perpendicular to the opening surface of the frame, and the auxiliary legs 25 are provided so as to be expandable and contractible along the auxiliary leg guides 22. Since the auxiliary legs 25 are provided in the direction perpendicular to the seat surface of the heat-resistant sheet 2, it is possible to counter the wind force acting on the seat surface and prevent the fire spread prevention device from tipping over. Further, the mobile trolley 21 is provided with a water tank 12, and water for fire extinguishing can be stored. Further, the heat-resistant sheet 2 is attached between the horizontal frame member 6 and the horizontal frame member 7 via a hanger 23. Further, a drawstring 24 is tied to the hanger 23, and by pulling the drawstring 24, the heat-resistant sheet 2 can be pulled to one side like a curtain for a window. As a result, when there is a risk of falling due to strong winds or the like, it is possible to create an opening that serves as a path for the wind.
