Description
The present invention relates to an attachment for a tissue paper dispenser and a tissue paper dispenser.
The tissue paper dispenser is installed in a washroom, a restroom, etc., and is designed so that the user can take out one by one from the outlet the sanitary tissue paper such as paper towels housed inside. In the conventional tissue paper dispenser, a large amount of tissue paper can be stored, and an outlet is provided at the bottom of the dispenser so that the tissue paper can reach the outlet even when the remaining amount is low.
Further, in a thin paper dispenser provided with an outlet at the bottom, when a large amount of thin paper is stored, the thin paper is pressed against the bottom of the dispenser by its own weight, and frictional force is generated when the thin paper is pulled out, making it difficult to take out. Therefore, the opening width of the outlet is widened, the bottom of the dispenser is V-shaped, and an auxiliary tool (attachment) is attached to the bottom of the dispenser to facilitate the removal of thin paper.
For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2016-30192 (Patent Document 1) discloses an attachment in which an opening having a width smaller than that of the outlet of the dispenser is formed at the bottom of the hand towel dispenser.
In recent years, the number of users who demand soft paper quality for paper towels used in tissue paper dispensers is increasing, and from the viewpoint of cost reduction, paper with a low basis weight is used, and paper towels with weak paper are used in tissue paper dispensers. It is becoming more and more popular. Paper towels with weak paper tend to bend in the dispenser, and the weight of the paper towel tends to concentrate on the outlet at the bottom of the dispenser. Therefore, when the weak tissue paper is set in the existing tissue paper dispenser, if the remaining amount of the tissue paper is large, resistance occurs when the tissue paper is pulled out, it is difficult to remove the tissue paper, and the remaining amount of the tissue paper is low. In this case, there is a problem that a plurality of bent thin papers are taken out together, and the thin papers cannot be taken out smoothly.
An object of the present invention is to provide an attachment for a thin paper dispenser capable of smoothly taking out the thin paper even when a thin paper having a weak waist is set in the thin paper dispenser.
The first aspect of the present invention is detachably attached to a thin paper dispenser having a bottom surface portion having an opening outlet on which the thin paper is placed and a wall portion extending from the bottom surface portion in the loading direction of the thin paper paper. An attachment for a tissue paper dispenser, which is formed of a flexible sheet and has a base portion arranged on the bottom surface portion and an extension portion extending from the base portion and arranged on the wall portion. A plurality of protrusions protruding in the direction of the thin paper to be placed are formed on the extending portion at intervals in the loading direction.
In the first aspect, when a sheet having an extension portion formed with a plurality of protrusions is attached to the thin paper dispenser, a plurality of protrusions arranged in the loading direction of the thin paper are arranged on the wall portion of the thin paper dispenser. When the tissue paper contained in the tissue paper dispenser is taken out from the outlet, it falls to the bottom surface while contacting the plurality of protrusions. Therefore, when the remaining amount of the thin paper is large, the weight of the thin paper is dispersed in the thin paper dispenser, and the weight of the thin paper concentrated on the bottom surface is reduced. As a result, the resistance when taking out the thin paper is reduced, and the thin paper can be smoothly taken out from the thin paper dispenser.
Further, since the sheet has flexibility, it can be deformed according to the shape inside the tissue paper dispenser. Therefore, the attachment of the first aspect can be easily attached to the thin paper dispenser.
Further, in the first aspect, the protrusion of the extending portion can be formed by bending the sheet. Therefore, a protrusion can be easily formed on the extending portion of the sheet. Further, since the extending portion is formed of a flexible sheet, elasticity can be imparted to the extending portion. Therefore, when the thin paper comes into contact with the protrusions of the extension portion in the thin paper dispenser, the entire extension portion can absorb the impact due to the contact of the paper towel through the protrusions, so that the thin paper is not damaged and the thin paper is not damaged. The load can be distributed.
In the second aspect, the pair of the sheets are opposed to each other, and the protrusions formed on the extension portion of one sheet and the protrusions formed on the extension portion of the other sheet. Are provided so as to face each other in the thin paper dispenser. In the second aspect, a pair of opposing protrusions are arranged at a plurality of positions in the loading direction of the thin paper. Therefore, when the remaining amount of the thin paper is large, the thin paper is dispersed while maintaining the loading direction, and the weight of the thin paper concentrated on the bottom surface is reduced. As a result, the resistance when taking out the thin paper is further reduced, and the thin paper can be taken out from the thin paper dispenser more smoothly.
In the third aspect, the protrusions formed on the extension portion of the one sheet and the protrusions formed on the extension portion of the other sheet are alternately arranged in the tissue paper dispenser. It is provided so as to face each other. Then, the pair of facing protrusions are arranged so as to be displaced in the loading direction of the thin paper. Therefore, since one end side and the other end side of the thin paper alternately descend downward, when the remaining amount of the thin paper is large, the weight of the thin paper is well-balanced in the loading direction and is concentrated on the bottom surface. The weight of the paper is further reduced. As a result, the resistance when taking out the thin paper is further reduced, and the thin paper can be taken out from the thin paper dispenser more smoothly.
In the fourth aspect, at least one protrusion is formed that protrudes in the direction of the thin paper to be placed on the base. In the fourth aspect, even when the contained thin paper has a weak waist and is easily bent, the thin paper can hit the protrusions formed at the base to soften the bending of the thin paper. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the weight of the paper towel from concentrating on the outlet on the bottom surface, and it is possible to further facilitate the removal of the thin paper from the thin paper dispenser.
Further, in the fourth aspect, the protrusion at the base can be formed by bending the sheet. Therefore, the protrusion can be easily formed on the base. Further, the protrusion of the base portion can be formed at the same time as the protrusion of the extension portion.
Further, in the fourth aspect, since the base portion can also be formed of a flexible sheet, elasticity can be imparted to the base portion. Therefore, when the tissue paper is pressed against the protrusions on the base in the tissue paper dispenser, the load of the paper towel can be absorbed by the entire base through the protrusions, so that the paper towels can be softened without being damaged. ..
In a fifth aspect, a gap is formed between the end of the base of the one sheet and the end of the base of the other sheet, and the width dimension of the gap is the outlet of the thin paper dispenser. Is smaller than the width dimension of. In the fifth aspect, since such a gap functions as an outlet for thin paper, the thin paper that is weak and easily bent is accommodated, and even when the remaining amount is low, a plurality of thin papers are taken out together. Can be prevented.
A sixth aspect is a tissue paper dispenser having the attachment of any of the first to fifth aspects. In the sixth aspect, since the attachment of any one of the first to fifth aspects is attached to the thin paper dispenser, the effect obtained by any of the first to fifth aspects can be obtained as it is.
According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide an attachment for a thin paper dispenser capable of smoothly taking out the thin paper even when the thin paper dispenser contains the thin paper having a weak waist.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, unless otherwise specified, the same or corresponding configurations are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the thin paper dispenser attachment (first embodiment) according to the present embodiment installed on the tissue paper dispenser. FIG. 3 is a view of the inside of the thin paper dispenser viewed from above with the attachment for the thin paper dispenser (first embodiment) according to the present embodiment installed on the thin paper dispenser.
In FIGS. 1 to 3,
The
The
The
The
The
The
The extending
In FIG. 1, the extending
Two
The
Further, two
The
In the first embodiment, when the
As a result, when the remaining amount of the paper towel is large, the weight of the paper towel is dispersed in the
The
Further, in the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
In such a configuration, a pair of
Further, in the extending
The extending
Further, since the extending portion of such a structure is formed of a flexible sheet, the extending portion can exhibit elasticity. Therefore, when the paper towel comes into contact with the
A gap E is formed between the
In such a configuration, the gap E can function as an outlet for the paper towel. Therefore, even if the paper towels that are weak and easily bend are housed in the
Further, since the
In the first embodiment, the
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an attachment for a thin paper dispenser (second embodiment) according to the present embodiment. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the thin paper dispenser attachment (second embodiment) according to the present embodiment installed on the tissue paper dispenser.
In the second embodiment, in addition to the configuration of the first embodiment,
The
Further,
The
In the second embodiment, a paper towel having a weak waist and being easily bent is set in the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, in the
The
Further, since the
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an attachment for a thin paper dispenser (third embodiment) according to the present embodiment. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the thin paper dispenser attachment (third embodiment) according to the present embodiment installed on the thin paper dispenser.
In the third embodiment, with the
In such a configuration, the four
In the third embodiment, the
In the first to third embodiments, two
Further, in the first to third embodiments, the two
Further, the
Hereinafter, this embodiment will be specifically described with reference to Examples. The present embodiment is not limited to these examples. The measurement and evaluation of each Example and Comparative Example were carried out as follows.
