Claims (29)
- 付加製造(AM)システムによって堆積された1層の材料層をスキミングするように構成されたローラと、ローラに蓄積された材料を掻き取るように構成されたブレードと、ブレードによって掻き取られた材料を回収するように構成された槽と、槽内に回収された材料を、ローラの長さを超えて延在する槽の部分に移送するように構成されたオーガとを含む装置。

- オーガは、オーガを長手軸線に沿って回転させるように構成されたモータと係合されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ブレードはローラの全長にわたって延在する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ブレードの幅はローラからオーガまで延在する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ローラの長さを超えて延在する槽の部分は、槽のその部分を密閉するように構成された蓋を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 槽は、ローラの長さを超えて延在する槽の部分と、ローラの長さに沿って延在する槽の第2部分との間に、圧力差が生じるように構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- オーガは可変ピッチねじ山を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 槽の部分は、逆流がローラに向かって放出されるのを防止するように構成された逆流チャネルを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 槽の筐体は、逆流がローラに向かって放出されるのを防止するように構成されたウィッキングチャネルを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- AMシステムは回転式3Dインクジェットプリンタである、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ローラは回転構築トレイから層をスキミングして落とすように構成される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- ローラは回転構築トレイの半径方向に延在する、請求項12又は13に記載の装置。
- ローラは、トレイの印刷ゾーン全体にわたって半径方向に延在する、請求項14に記載の装置。
- ローラは、トレイの印刷ゾーンの一部分だけで半径方向に延在する、請求項14に記載の装置。
- ローラは半径方向に静止している、請求項15又は16に記載の装置。
- ローラは、半径方向に移動するように構成されたステージに取り付けられている、請求項16に記載の装置。

- 構築材料を1層ずつ吐出して物体を製造するように構成された吐出ユニットと、
吐出される構築材料を受け取るように配置された構築トレイであって、吐出ユニットが構築材料を吐出する間、回転するように構成される構築トレイと、
トレイ上に吐出された材料を平準化するように構成されたレベリングアセンブリであって、吐出された構築材料をスキミングするように構成され、構築トレイの半径方向に整列するローラと、ローラに蓄積された材料を掻き取るように構成されたブレードと、ブレードによって掻き取られた材料を回収するように構成された槽と、槽内に回収された材料をローラの長さを超えて延在する槽の部分に移送するように構成されたオーガとを含むレベリングアセンブリとを備えた、付加製造(AM)システム。 - オーガは槽の全長にわたって延び、かつ槽内に収容される、請求項22に記載の付加製造(AM)システム。
- オーガは、オーガを長手軸線に沿って回転させるように構成されたモータと係合されている、請求項22又は23に記載の付加製造(AM)システム。
- ローラは、トレイの印刷ゾーン全体にわたって半径方向に延在する、請求項22〜24のいずれかに記載の付加製造(AM)システム。
- ローラは、トレイの印刷ゾーンの一部分だけで半径方向に延在する、請求項22〜24のいずれかに記載の付加製造(AM)システム。
- ローラは半径方向に静止している、請求項25又は26に記載の付加製造(AM)システム。
- ローラは、半径方向に移動するように構成されたステージ上に取り付けられている、請求項26に記載の付加製造(AM)システム。
- 各々がトレイの印刷ゾーンの異なる部分で半径方向に延在する、複数のローラを含む、請求項26に記載の付加製造(AM)システム。
