Description
Claims (14)
- プラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法であって、
プラズマを形成すべきアノード(12)とカソード(13)との間に維持電圧(UA)を印加する、前記方法において、
プラズマを点火するために、前記アノード(12)と前記カソード(13)との間に点火電圧(UZ)を印加し、
前記プラズマが点火したかどうかを点火プロセスの間連続して検査を行い、
前記点火電圧(UZ)を開始点火電圧(UZA)から単調に増大させて、
前記プラズマの点火を確認した後、前記アノード(12)と前記カソード(13)との間の電圧を前記維持電圧(UA)まで低下させることを特徴とする、プラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。 - 前記プラズマが点火されたかどうか検査するために、前記アノード(12)と前記カソード(13)との間に流れる電流を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 前記開始点火電圧(UZA)が0Vであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 前記点火電圧(UZ)を一定の傾きで増加させることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 前記点火電圧(UZ)を点火装置(15)により印加し、該点火装置(15)を、点火後に前記アノード(12)及び/又は前記カソード(13)から分離することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 使用するアノード・カソード対(11)に識別パラメータが関連付けられ、前記識別パラメータに基づいて前記プラズマの点火を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 前記点火電圧(UZ)の過程の少なくとも1つのパラメータを、前記プラズマの点火まで検出し記憶することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 前記プラズマの点火を確認した最終点火電圧(UZE)を検出して記憶し、且つ評価することを特徴とする請求項7に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 使用するアノード・カソード対(11)に識別パラメータが関連付けられ、前記識別パラメータに基づいて前記プラズマの点火を行い、
前記識別パラメータを前記パラメータと一緒に記憶することを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。 - 前記プラズマの点火に先立って、前記使用するアノード・カソード対(11)の前記識別パラメータを決定し、前記アノード・カソード対に関連する前記記憶されたパラメータに基づいて点火を行うことを特徴とする請求項9に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 前記記憶されたパラメータの時間履歴を評価することを特徴とする請求項7から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 現在の決定されたパラメータが関連する比較値から所定の度合いだけ逸脱しているかどうかを監視することを特徴とする請求項11に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- 前記比較値を、記憶されたパラメータから決定して記憶することを特徴とする請求項12に記載されたプラズマ発生装置を作動させる方法。
- プラズマ発生装置を作動させるための制御装置であって、
プラズマを形成すべきアノード(12)とカソード(13)との間に維持電圧(UA)を印加するための制御装置において、
プラズマを点火するために、前記アノード(12)と前記カソード(13)との間に点火電圧(UZ)を印加し、
前記プラズマが点火されたかどうかを点火プロセスの間、連続的に検査を行い、
前記点火電圧(UZ)を開始点火電圧(UZA)から単調に増大させて、
前記プラズマの点火を確認した後、前記アノード(12)と前記カソード(13)との間の電圧を前記維持電圧(UA)まで低下させることを特徴とする制御装置。
