Description
以上の実験結果から、本発明の耐土砂摩耗部品およびその製造方法によれば、耐土砂摩耗性に優れた耐土砂摩耗部品を提供できることが確認される。
Claims (4)
- ベース部と、
前記ベース部の表面の一部である被覆領域を覆うように前記ベース部に接触して配置される第1肉盛層と、
前記第1肉盛層上に配置される第2肉盛層と、を備え、
前記第1肉盛層および前記第2肉盛層のそれぞれは、
鉄または鋼からなる母相と、
前記母相中に分散し、サーメットからなる硬質粒子と、を含む、耐土砂摩耗部品。 - 前記第1肉盛層と前記第2肉盛層との界面を含む領域において、前記母相のビッカース硬度は、前記硬質粒子のビッカース硬度の1/2以下である、請求項1に記載の耐土砂摩耗部品。
- 前記土砂摩耗部品はツースであり、
前記被覆領域は、前記ベース部において前記ツースの先端部に対応する領域に位置する、請求項1または2に記載の耐土砂摩耗部品。 - ベース部を準備する工程と、
前記ベース部の表面の一部である被覆領域を覆うように第1肉盛層を形成する工程と、
前記第1肉盛層上に第2肉盛層を形成する工程と、を備え、
前記第1肉盛層を形成する工程および前記第2肉盛層を形成する工程では、鉄または鋼からなる母相と、前記母相中に分散し、サーメットからなる硬質粒子とを含む前記第1肉盛層および前記第2肉盛層が肉盛溶接によって形成される、耐土砂摩耗部品の製造方法。
