Description
Claims (15)
- 金属部材および/またはセラミック部材と、前記金属部材および/またはセラミック部材の表面上のオッセオインテグレーティブおよびオステオインダクティブな表面(多)層構造とを有するインプラントであって、前記表面(多)層構造が、アルミン酸ストロンチウムを含有する少なくとも1つのオッセオインテグレーティブおよびオステオインダクティブな層を含んでいる、前記インプラント。
- 前記アルミン酸ストロンチウムの含量が、前記表面(多)層構造の合計重量を基準として、1重量%〜50重量%の範囲である、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記アルミン酸ストロンチウムが小板の形態で存在する、請求項1または2記載のインプラント。
- 前記オッセオインテグレーティブおよびオステオインダクティブな表面(多)層構造が幾つかのオッセオインテグレーティブおよびオステオインダクティブな層を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のインプラント。
- 前記表面(多)層構造のオッセオインテグレーティブおよびオステオインダクティブな層が、異なるストロンチウム含量を有する、請求項4記載のインプラント。
- 前記ストロンチウム含量は、最も外側の層が最も高いストロンチウム含量を有するように、層数とともに増加する、請求項5記載のインプラント。
- 最も内側の層におけるアルミン酸ストロンチウムの量が、前記表面(多)層構造の合計重量を基準として、0重量%超〜5重量%未満である、請求項5または6記載のインプラント。
- 前記表面(多)層構造が、アルミナ系セラミックおよびジルコニア系セラミックからなる群から選択されるセラミック系材料を含有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記セラミック系材料が、ジルコニア小板で強化されたアルミナ系セラミックの群から選択される、請求項8記載のインプラント。
- 前記ジルコニア小板で強化されたアルミナ系セラミックにおけるジルコニア含量は、前記表面(多)層構造の合計重量を基準として、25重量%までである、請求項9記載のインプラント。
- 前記金属部材および/またはセラミック部材の表面が構造化されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のインプラント。
- 前記表面の構造化を、フライス加工、旋削加工、フライス加工と旋削加工との組み合わせ、セラミック射出成形、発泡剤添加による発泡プロセス、気孔形成剤添加による、焼結の間の気孔形成プロセス、研削プロセス、放電加工プロセスおよび付加製造から成る群より選択されるプロセスにより実施する、請求項11記載のインプラント。
- アルミン酸ストロンチウムを含有するセラミックスラリーを、未焼結状態にある金属部材および/またはセラミック部材の基材に適用する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のインプラントの製造方法。
- アルミン酸ストロンチウムを含有するオッセオインテグレーティブな表面(多)層構造を、焼結状態にある金属部材および/またはセラミック部材の基材に適用する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のインプラントの製造方法。
- 前記オッセオインテグレーティブな表面(多)層構造を、気相成長またはプラズマ蒸着で堆積させる、請求項14記載の製造方法。
