Description

The present invention relates to a narrow floor material attached to the side surface of a tile carpet and attached to the floor surface on which the tile carpet is laid. More specifically, it can be applied even when the tile carpet is thin, and it gives a "aesthetic function" that does not make the floor look monotonous and a "position display function" when changing the layout. Regarding materials. Further, the present invention relates to a narrow floor material that is easy to construct on the floor, is hard to peel off, and is easy to manage in both new construction and replacement work.

Tile carpets in which aligned fiber bundles are integrated with a base material have a soft touch and sound absorption, and are suitable for partial re-covering, and are used as interior flooring materials for offices and residential rooms. There is. Tile carpets include loop-pile tile carpets in which the fluff, which is a bundle of loop-shaped fibers, is aligned and planted on the base material, and cut-pile tile carpet, which is cut with the fluff aligned. There is.

Cut piles are soft to the touch, have long hair, are colored in a variety of colors, and the carpet itself is often aesthetically pleasing. On the other hand, the loop pile has short hair and the tip of the hair is not cut, so that it has high durability and is suitable for an office where people frequently pass.

Loop pile tile carpets are laid so that the floors form a plain pattern when the loops are arranged in the same direction, and the floors form a checkered pattern when the loops are arranged alternately. However, since loop tiles are mainly laid in a room with a large area, the floor design tends to be monotonous in any pattern, and it has been required to improve the aesthetic appearance of the floor.

In addition, tile carpet is used along with the floor base material of the free access floor on the floor of a large office where telecommunications wiring is laid under the floor, and the position of the partition wall is changed according to the change in the layout of the office. At the same time, the position where the telecommunications wiring is pulled out from the floor has been changed, and the tile carpet has been partially replaced.

Conventionally, when the floor material is vinyl floor tile or vinyl floor sheet, before changing the position of the desk, the position of the changed desk is displayed on the floor using a writing tool such as an easily erasable pencil. , The desk was moved with the displayed position as a clue. However, when the floor material is tile carpet, it is not easy to display the position of the desk after the change, and it has been required to give the floor a position display function.

Patent Document 1 discloses a technique having a function as a guide for guiding walking, clarifying a floor section, and providing a floor excellent in design. According to this document, a sheet body in which a guide member forming a storage recess for accommodating a light emitting member is attached along at least one side is a floor material having the same flat size as a standard tile carpet.

The guide member has a holding portion extending to the bottom surface side of the sheet body, the holding portion prevents the guide member from easily coming off from the sheet body, allows the sheet material to be peeled off by holding the guide member, and tile carpet. It is said that the replacement work will be facilitated.

However, according to this technology, in order to make the sheet material the same flat size as the standard tile carpet, it is necessary to cut the width of the guide member from the standard tile carpet, which is troublesome to manufacture. Since the height of the guide member is set to the height for accommodating the light emitting member, there is a problem that it can be applied only to tile carpets having long hair.

Patent Document 2 discloses a technique of a decorative display carpet that does not damage the display member, does not interfere with walking, etc., and can obtain excellent decorativeness and displayability. According to this technique, the display member comprises a base plate portion, a support portion penetrating the opening of the base cloth of the carpet, and a display plate portion mounted on the support portion, and the display plate portion is the base of the carpet. It is located between the top of the cloth and the tip of the pile.

However, according to this technology, since the support part penetrates the base cloth of the carpet, when replacing the display plate or replacing the carpet near the display plate, it is troublesome and a wide range of carpet replacement is required. There was a problem that it was necessary.

Patent Document 3 discloses a technique for a joint plate made of a soft vinyl chloride resin, which can be applied even in a place where the base has irregularities or steps. According to this technique, the width of the joint plate is as wide as 20 to 30 mm, and even if the base is uneven, it is easy to fit. However, since only the bottom surface of this wide joint plate is adhered to the floor base, there is a problem that the joint plate is easily lifted and peeled off when a repeated frictional force due to walking acts on the joint plate.

特開2009―121164号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2009-121164 特開2012−17547号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-17547 実開平04−94027号公報Jikkenhei 04-94027 Gazette

Therefore, the present invention can be applied even when the thickness of the tile carpet is thin, and a narrow width that imparts an "aesthetic function" that does not give the floor a monotonous appearance and a "position display function" when changing the layout. The challenge was to provide flooring materials. Further, it has been an object to provide a narrow floor material which is easy to perform floor construction, is hard to peel off, and is easy to manage in both new construction and replacement work.

The first invention of the present invention is a narrow floor material to be attached to a floor surface on which a tile carpet is laid, wherein the narrow floor material is an elongated body composed of a narrow floor material main body and a thin plate body. The narrow floor material main body is made of a vinyl floor material cut into narrow widths, and the thin plate body is fixed to the bottom surface of the narrow floor material main body, and one of the elongated side edges in the longitudinal direction is fixed. Only the portion has a plurality of projecting pieces that are intermittently projected, the elongated body is arranged between adjacent tile carpets, and each side surface of the narrow floor material body is next to each other. It is characterized in that it is in contact with the side surface of the tile carpet and only the plurality of projecting pieces are sandwiched between the floor surface and one adjacent tile carpet.

The narrow floor material body may be cut out in a narrow width from a vinyl floor tile or a vinyl floor sheet. As vinyl flooring materials, vinyl floor tiles with a thickness of 2.5 mm to 5.0 mm and vinyl floor sheets with a thickness of 1.8 mm to 2.5 mm are on the market, and both are wood-like. Various designs such as stone tone are given. By selecting the base material of the narrow floor material body from vinyl floor materials of various designs, it is possible to give "aesthetic function" that does not make the floor look monotonous and "position display function" when changing the layout. It has an unprecedented advantageous effect of being able to do it.

The vinyl floor tile may be either a single layer or a multi-layer, but if durability is prioritized, a single layer that is resistant to wear may be selected, and if design is prioritized, a photo layer may be selected. A multi-layer having the above may be selected. Vinyl floor sheets are thinner than vinyl floor tiles and are rolled up and stored, so they tend to bend in the unfolded state. However, the height can be adjusted by stacking multiple layers to eliminate curl.

Since many square-shaped tile carpets with a side of 50 cm are on the market, the width of the narrow floor material body is preferably about 1 cm, but is not limited, and if it is 2 cm or less, the frictional force associated with walking is high. Even if there is, it is hard to peel off. The length of the narrow flooring material is not limited, and a square vinyl floor tile with a side of 50 cm may be cut to a length of 50 cm, and a long vinyl floor tile or a long length longer than one side of the tile carpet. It may be cut longer than 50 cm from the sheet.

A plurality of projecting pieces of the thin plate body are intermittently projected. The mode of fixing the thin plate body may be adhesion, heat welding, or mechanical fixing by a tacker needle, and is not limited. The thin plate body is preferably a resin plate body having a thickness of about 0.5 mm, but the thickness is not limited.

A tile carpet is stacked on the protruding piece from above to prevent the narrow floor material from floating, and the narrow floor material is hard to peel off. In the portion where the projecting piece is not formed on the thin plate body, the tile carpet is directly attached to the floor surface. Since the tile carpet is attached to the floor surface up to the position of the edge of the narrow floor material, the tile carpet is also hard to peel off.

Since the protruding pieces are only projected from one side edge of the narrow flooring material, the sides of the tile carpet pasted in a row should be lined up with the sides of the narrow flooring material without protruding pieces. do it. On the side where the protruding pieces are protruding, the tile carpets in the next row can be laid out and attached to the floor surface so that the protruding pieces can be sandwiched between the tile carpet and the floor surface. It's easy.

Further, it is easy to insert the spatula tool vertically along the side surface of the narrow floor material to the floor surface, and it is easy to float the edge of the tile carpet or the narrow floor material. In order to add the narrow floor material together with the tile carpet, first, the side surface of the narrow floor material having no protruding pieces may be attached to the tile carpet that has not been peeled off. After that, the tile carpet to be laid may be laid so that the protruding piece is sandwiched between the tile carpet and the floor surface, and the floor construction is easy even in the replacement work.

The second invention of the present invention is characterized in that, in the narrow floor material of the first invention, the protruding dimension of the protruding piece is smaller than the width of the narrow floor material main body. According to the second invention, in a state where two narrow flooring materials are stacked and stored with the top and bottom turned upside down, only the protruding pieces are not in a protruding state, so that the protruding pieces are less likely to be damaged. ..

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the narrow floor material of the first or second invention, the projecting piece is provided in each of the lateral edges in contact with the adjacent tile carpet in a range divided into three equal parts. It is characterized by being carpeted. According to the third invention, even if the narrow floor material is divided into half-finished materials, the long half-finished material having a length of one half or more has at least two protruding pieces. As a result, even if it is a half-finished material, at least two projecting pieces can be sandwiched between the tile carpet and the floor surface, and the narrow floor material is less likely to come off.

A fourth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the narrow flooring materials of the first to third inventions, the projecting piece has a triangular shape having an acute angle to the outside. According to the fourth invention, even when the narrow floor material is temporarily placed on the floor before the floor construction, there is an effect that the protruding pieces are not easily damaged.

A fifth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the narrow flooring materials of the first to fourth inventions, the vinyl flooring material is made of vinyl floor tile and has a thickness of 3 mm or more. According to the fifth invention, the narrow floor material is hard to warp, and the position of the top of the narrow floor material is between the top of the base material of the thin tile carpet having a thickness of 5 mm and the top of the fiber bundle. Because it is located in, the narrow floor material is less likely to interfere with walking and is less likely to come off.

A sixth aspect of the present invention is the narrow flooring material of the first to fourth inventions, wherein the vinyl flooring material is formed by stacking a plurality of vinyl flooring materials. According to the sixth invention, there is an effect that a narrow floor material having various appearances applicable to the tile carpet can be provided without being limited to the thickness of the tile carpet.

The narrow floor material 1 is a standard member obtained by cutting a rectangular vinyl floor tile having a side of 50 cm with a width of 1 cm along an edge and making the length of each side of the tile carpet 100 the same as the standard size of 50 cm. A rectangular vinyl floor tile with a side of 17 cm and a long side of 100 cm is cut with a width of 1 cm along the long side to form two types of long members longer than the standard size of the tile carpet 100.

The thin plate body 20 is preferably made of a resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene, but is not limited to the thin plate body 20, and may be formed in a flat plate shape with a thickness of about 0.5 mm. The thin plate body 20 is composed of an elongated portion 21 (diagonal line pattern range) bonded to the bottom surface of the narrow floor material main body 10 with double-sided adhesive tape, and a protruding piece formed only on one lateral edge portion in the longitudinal direction. ing. When the narrow floor material 1 is arranged in two orthogonal directions, the elongated portion 21 projects the protruding pieces 22 from both ends of the long side so that the projecting pieces 22 of the orthogonal narrow floor materials do not overlap. The corresponding portion 23 does not form the elongated portion 21 (see FIG. 3).

The projecting pieces are a plurality of projecting pieces 22 that are intermittently projected. In the narrow floor material 1, the projecting piece 22 has an equilateral triangular shape with a side length of 2 cm, but the shape and size of the projecting piece 22 are not limited. The total thickness of the tile carpet 100 is about 6 mm, and the height of the narrow floor material 1 is 5 mm, but the height of the narrow floor material 1 is larger than the thickness of the base material 101 of the tile carpet. , It is better to make it lower than the total thickness of the tile carpet.

With reference to FIG. 2, a method of constructing the tile carpet 100 in a row together with the narrow floor material 1 will be briefly described. In the tile carpet 100, the base treatment material 102 is applied to the concave portion of the floor surface to make the floor surface horizontally leveled, and a weak adhesive adhesive is spread thinly on the entire floor surface to form a weak adhesive layer 103 in advance. The tile carpet of the reference row is laid on the weak adhesive layer 103 along the set allocation reference line. The entire bottom surface of the thin plate body 20 including the protruding pieces is adhered to the weak adhesive layer 103 by pressing the edge portion 14 having no protruding pieces of the narrow floor material against the side edges of the tile carpet of the reference row.

Next, the tile carpet 104 forming an adjacent row is laid on the weak adhesive layer 103 along the side edge of the tile carpet 104 on the side on which the projecting piece 22 of the narrow floor material is formed. Then, the side edges of the tile carpet 104 forming the adjacent row laid afterwards hold down the protruding piece 22 for the portion where the protruding piece of the narrow floor material is formed, and for the portion where the protruding piece 22 is not formed. Is in a state of being directly adhered to the weak adhesive layer 103 of the floor. Because the tile carpet 104 laid afterwards is adhered to the weak adhesive layer 103 up to the side edge, and the narrow floor material 10 is held in a state where the edge of the tile carpet 104 forming the adjacent row does not rise. The narrow floor material 10 is also hard to lift and peel off together with the tile carpet 104 forming the adjacent row.

Here, the number and arrangement positions of the protruding pieces 22 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 (A) shows a plan view, and FIG. 3 (B) shows a cross-sectional view. In the narrow floor material 1 of the standard length member, when the narrow floor material 1 is arranged in the orthogonal direction, the projecting pieces 22 are projected from both ends of the long side so that the thin plate bodies 20 do not overlap. The thin plate body 20 is attached to the position excluding the portion 23 corresponding to the protruding height with the double-sided adhesive tape. The projecting piece 22 has a triangular shape, and a double-sided adhesive tape 24 (intersection pattern range) is extended on the upper surface on the bottom side thereof to serve as a temporary holding layer for stacking and storing (see FIG. 5 (A)). The thin plate body 20 is formed with three projecting pieces 22 at equal intervals in a range obtained by dividing the long side direction into three equal parts (see FIG. 3 alternate long and short dash line).

The tile carpet 100 is cut so that the width of the tile carpet to be laid is halved or more, and a member halved or more is used in order to improve the appearance of the finish and prevent peeling. Even if the standard-sized member of the narrow floor material 1 is cut to a half length (broken line position) from the upper part of the figure, at least five protruding pieces are adjacent tiles to the standard-sized member. Since it is sandwiched between the carpet and the floor, it is difficult to lift.

The narrow floor material 1 was placed in order on the top surface of the protruding piece 22 on which the double-sided adhesive tape 24 was extended (see FIG. 5 (A)), and a plurality of narrow floor materials 1, 1, ... If managed in a state, a plurality of narrow floor materials are managed integrally, and it is suitable that they are not easily dissipated. In addition, since the pattern on the top surface of the narrow floor materials 1, 1, ... Lined up is widely visible, the narrow floor materials themselves are easy to identify and easy to store and manage.

Here, the thin floor member 2 of the second embodiment in which the thin plate body is divided into a plurality of projecting pieces 25 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 (A) shows a plan view, and FIG. 4 (B) shows a cross-sectional view. The thin plate body of the narrow floor member 2 has a circular shape having a radius equal to the width of the narrow floor material main body 10. Each of the circular thin plate bodies is fixed by being driven by a tacker needle 26 in each of the ranges in which the long side direction of the narrow floor material main body 10 is divided into three equal parts (see FIG. 4 one dash-dotted line).

Even if the narrow floor material 2 is cut in the longitudinal direction according to the allocation of the tile carpet, at least 2 is in the range of more than half of the cut length in the longitudinal direction (see the broken line in FIG. 4). The protruding pieces 25, 25 will be formed. At least two projecting pieces 25, 25 are sandwiched between the tile carpet to be laid later and the floor surface, so that they are difficult to lift. If a thin plate body is driven into the tucker needle 26 to form a narrow floor material, the narrow floor material can be easily formed.

The narrow floor material 2 of the second embodiment is placed on the top surface of the projecting piece 25 in order (see FIG. 5 (A)), and a plurality of narrow floor materials 2, 2, ... Are managed in a state of being arranged side by side. However, the narrow floor material 2 may be stored upside down and stacked (see FIG. 5 (B)). A part of the pattern of the print layer 12 of the narrow floor material is hidden by the projecting piece 25, but the pattern on the top surface is visible because most of the pattern is exposed. Further, since the end portion of the protruding piece 25 does not protrude from the overlapped narrow floor material main body 10, the protruding piece 25 is not damaged.

The process of laying the tile carpet 100 and the narrow floor material 1 on the floor surface will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 (A) shows an example of the configuration of the members when the narrow floor material 1 is laid in the orthogonal directions, and FIG. 6 (B) shows the tile carpet 100 and the narrow floor material 1 in the corners of the room. FIG. 6C shows a construction method in which tile carpets 100 are laid in order from both sides of the room, and finally tile carpet 105 in the central portion is laid.

When laying the tile carpet 100 and the narrow floor material 1 in the orthogonal directions, the square-shaped tile carpet 100 having a side of 50 cm, the standard member 15 having a length of 50 cm, and the length of 76.5 cm in advance are used. A cut long member 16 is used (see FIG. 6 (A)).

When laying narrow flooring materials in orthogonal directions between the tile carpets 100, draw a diagram in which the tile carpets and elongated flooring materials are arranged in advance on the floor plan drawing of the building, and 2 minutes at the end of the room. Let's decide the allocation of the tile carpet and the narrow floor material so that the tile carpet narrower than 1 is not laid.

From the center of the room to the periphery, the tile carpet 100 and the end of the standard member 15 are aligned, and first, the tile carpet 100 and the standard member 15 are laid in a horizontal row in order in the horizontal direction ( FIG. 6 (see arrow A). The standard length member 15 is attached to the tile carpet 100 laid earlier so that the protruding piece 22 protrudes.

Next to the row laid earlier (upper side in FIG. 6B), 76.5 cm in advance so that two tiles touch the width formed by the three sets of tile carpets and the narrow floor material. The long members 16 and 16 cut to the length of are laid. Then, the periphery of the three tile carpets 100, the three standard member 15s in the vertical direction, and the two long members 16 in the horizontal direction is a unit unit having a rectangular shape (diagonal range in FIG. 6B). By repeatedly arranging the unit units on the floor surface, the appearance of the floor surface exhibits the aesthetic appearance of laying a narrow floor material having a wood grain pattern in the orthogonal direction between the tile carpets 100.

At the lateral end of the room, a tile carpet 106 with a width of more than half cut to the width of the earlier allocation is laid so as to be placed on the protruding piece 22 of the narrow floor material laid earlier. At the same time, the standard member 15 cut to the width of the tile carpet is attached to the upper edge of the tile carpet.

At the vertical end of the room, the tile carpet and the standard member in the row at the vertical end are cut to a predetermined length determined in advance by allocation, and the long member in the row laid earlier protrudes. The tile carpet 107 cut to a predetermined length and the narrow floor material 17 cut to a predetermined length are laid so as to be placed on the piece 22.

The tile carpet 108 to be laid in the corner of the room is laid so as to be placed on the projecting pieces 22 and 22 of the narrow flooring materials laid in two intersecting directions. In this example, the tile carpet has a width of more than half in the vertical and horizontal directions (see the broken line in FIG. 6B), and the protruding pieces 22 of the narrow floor material have 6 horizontal directions and 5 vertical directions. Since the tile carpet 108 to be laid in the corner and the narrow floor material are hard to lift up and peel off easily.

Here, with reference to FIG. 6C, a case where the tile carpet is finally laid in the central portion of the room will be briefly described. When the tile carpet 100 is laid in order from both sides of the room, the protruding piece 22 of the narrow floor material is laid so as to face the central portion. Therefore, the tile carpet 105 cut to a predetermined width laid in the central portion is laid so as to hold down the protruding pieces 22 protruding from both sides.

As a third embodiment, referring to FIG. 7, a narrow floor material 18 having a width of 1 cm and a narrow floor material 19 having a width of 2 cm are used to form a set of two tile carpets in the vertical direction between them. An example in which two types of narrow flooring materials having different widths are arranged is shown. Since the method of laying the tile carpet is the same as that of the above-described embodiment, the details are omitted. According to the third embodiment, the floor surface on which the two types of narrow floor materials are arranged has an aesthetic appearance as if the edges of tatami mats are lined up, and the floor surface of the room of 8 tatami mats is reduced. It becomes the floor surface that presents.

Further, if the vertical position 301 and the horizontal position 302 of the position of the desk 300 after the layout change are displayed on each narrow floor material with ink that can be erased by friction, the position can be displayed even by moving work or the like. Can be added to the narrow floor material with a position display function without disappearing.

As a fourth embodiment, a narrow floor material 4 that can be applied to a tile carpet 110 having long hairs will be briefly described with reference to FIG. In the narrow floor material 4, the vinyl floor tile 42, which is excellent in aesthetics, is adhered to the base member 41 which forms the base of the narrow floor material body to form the narrow floor material body, and the height of the slender body is long. The height is slightly lower than the tile carpet.

The base member 41 is preferably, but is not limited to, a resin material such as a vinyl floor sheet. Since a plurality of members are stacked to form an elongated body, it can be applied regardless of the thickness of the tile carpet. For example, if the narrow floor material 4 is arranged around a room on which a carpet with long hair is laid, it is possible to keep the surroundings of the room, which is difficult to clean and easily adheres to dirt, clean and beautiful.
