Description

The present invention makes it possible to easily adjust the tension of the screen for insect repellent, shading, heat insulation, blindfolding, prevention of pollen invasion, etc., and also copes with fluctuations in the tension after the screen is stretched. The present invention relates to a screen device capable of adjusting the tension as uniformly as possible, and a method for adjusting the tension of the screen in the screen device.

A screen device capable of applying an appropriate tension force to the screen by a simple operation when mounting the screen in the opening frame of the building opening is disclosed in Patent Document 1 and the like and is already known. ..
However, even if the screen tension mechanism disclosed in Patent Document 1 can maintain the screen tension as a whole, the screen may be entirely distorted due to aged deformation of the building or partial distortion of the screen. It is difficult to even out the tension of the screen in case of partial or partial slack, and the screen may be re-tensioned after cleaning or maintenance. Even when a damaged screen is replaced with a new screen, it is very difficult to adjust the tension of the screen uniformly and without slack.

In addition, in general, the opening frame in a building opening is not always constructed accurately to a specified size, and even after construction, deformation over time or deformation due to various causes occurs, and these deformations occur. Has a great influence on the tension of the screen installed in the opening of the building. Therefore, it is difficult to put the screen in an appropriate tension state at the time of construction, but even if the screen can be in an appropriate tension state, the tension state is not always maintained, and the whole or part of the screen is not always maintained. Loosening often occurs, and in order to keep the screen in a clean and tense state, a means for easily removing the slack that has occurred entirely or partially in the opening frame to which the screen is attached. It is desirable to attach.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2015-11566

A technical object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily adjust the tension of the screen stretched in the opening frame of the opening of the building, and to change the tension after the screen is stretched. The guide surface of the tension adjusting member which guides the screen derived from the cover member and partially attaches to the inner engaging edge of the cover member according to the slack of the screen on the screen tensioning surface. A screen device is provided characterized in that the overall tension of the screen is adjustable by selecting the width, number, or mounting position.

In a preferred embodiment of the screen device according to the present invention, the guide surface of the tension adjusting member is configured to be brought into contact with the inner surface of the screen in an elastically curved state, and in that case, the tension adjusting member is used. It is assumed that the engaging portion that can be engaged with and detached from the tubular portion along the inner engaging edge of the cover member is formed symmetrically on both the front and back surfaces of the guide surface, and the guide surface is formed by both engaging portions. Can also be inverted and attached to the tubular portion to form a contact with the inner surface of the screen.
Further, in another preferred embodiment of the screen device according to the present invention, the tension adjusting member partially attached to the inner engaging edge is mixed with a member having a difference in elasticity of the material, and the tension of the screen is increased. Can be configured to be adjustable.

Further, in order to solve the above problems, according to the present invention, the screen device having the above-described configuration is used, and the cover member attached to the horizontal frame at the opening of the building is removed according to the slack of the screen on the screen upholstery surface. By changing the width, number, or mounting position of the guide surface of the tension adjusting member partially attached to the tubular portion provided on the inner engaging edge of the cover member, the overall tension of the screen is increased. A method of adjusting the tension of a screen, which comprises adjusting the degree, is provided.

According to the screen device of the present invention described above and the screen tension adjusting method in the screen device, it is possible to easily adjust the tension of the screen stretched in the opening frame of the building opening. In addition to making it possible, it is possible to adjust the degree of tension as uniformly and appropriately as possible in response to fluctuations in the degree of tension after the screen is stretched.

It is a vertical sectional front view which shows the 1st Example of the screen apparatus which concerns on this invention. It is sectional drawing at the AA position of FIG. It is a side sectional view of the same Example. It is a partially enlarged view of FIG. It is a side sectional view at the same position as FIG. 2 about the modification of the tension adjusting member. It is explanatory drawing about the adjustment of the tension degree of a screen when the opening frame in a building opening is deformed. It is explanatory drawing about the adjustment of the tension degree of a screen when the opening frame in a building opening is in another deformed state. It is a vertical sectional front view of the 2nd Example of the screen apparatus which concerns on this invention. It is a side sectional view of the same Example.

The drawings show a first embodiment of the screen apparatus according to the present invention. This screen device enables adjustment of the overall or partial tension of the screen for insect repellent, shading, heat insulation, blindfolding, pollen invasion prevention, etc., as described in detail below, and also screens. The tension level can be adjusted as uniformly as possible as a whole in response to fluctuations in the tension level after the installation.

To specifically explain the configuration of the basic first embodiment of the present invention with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, in this screen device, a pair of side frames 2 and 2 of the opening frame 1 in the building opening Each of the vertical rails 5 for holding the side ends of the screen 4 is provided, and a large number of engaging elements 4a are provided along the left and right side ends of the screen 4 stretched between the side frames 2 and 2, respectively. By engaging the joint 4a with the inside of the slit 5a provided in the vertical rail 5, the screen 4 is stretched between the side frames 2 and 2.

Further, in this screen device, in order to apply a tension force to the screen 4 in the vertical direction of the opening frame 1 in the building opening, the screen 4 is formed along the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 3 in the opening frame 1. Each of the screen 4 tension adjusting members 6 described below is provided, and the pair of tension adjusting members 6 are provided with cover members 7 for covering them. When the tension adjusting member 6 applies a tension force in the vertical direction described in detail below to the screen 4, the screen 4 as an elastic body that expands and contracts in the vertical and horizontal directions contracts in the horizontal direction. Predicting the amount of shrinkage, the difference between the length between the slits 5a and 5a of the vertical rails 5 provided in the side frames 2 and 2 and the length between the mounting portions of the engaging elements 4a provided along the left and right side ends of the screen 4. By setting so that the lateral tension applied to the screen 4 falls within an appropriate range, when the vertical tension is applied to the screen 4, the screen 4 is also moderately laterally tensioned. I will be nervous.

The cover member 7 is attached along the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 3, so that the cover member 7 has an outer engaging edge 7a formed on one of the opening edges 8 of the cover member 7. The inner engaging edge 7b formed on the other mouth edge is provided, and the outer engaging edge 7a is provided along the inner surfaces of the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 3 of the opening frame 1, respectively. Engagement portions 12a in brackets 12 and 12 provided with both ends of the inner engagement edge 7b at the upper and lower ends of the pair of side frames 2 and 2 of the opening frame 1 while engaging with the joint portions 1a and 1a. , 12a are engaged and held respectively.

Therefore, the arrangement space of the tension adjusting member 6 between the outer engaging edge 7a and the inner engaging edge 7b is covered with the cover members 7, 7, and the cover members 7, 7 are internally engaged. By pushing up both ends of the edge 7b to disengage the lower bracket 12, and then disengaging the outer engaging edge 7a to the engaging portion 1a, for maintenance of the screen 4 or the like. The cover member 7 can be removed.

As described above, the inner engaging edges 7b and 7b of the pair of cover members 7 and 7 are engaged and held only at both ends thereof by the brackets 12 and 12, respectively, so that a force for tension of the screen 4 is obtained. In consideration of the possibility that the inner engaging edges 7b and 7b act strongly on the inner engaging edges 7b and 7b, the inner engaging edges are provided by attaching the tubular portions 9 so as to be adjacent to the inner engaging edges 7b and 7b. The tubular portion 9 is provided with slits 10 for engaging a large number of engaging elements 4b provided along the vertically opposed ends of the screen 4 to be stretched. A locking piece 11a is provided on the tubular portion 9, and the tension adjusting member 6 is formed so as to be detachably attached by the engaging portion piece 11b provided therein.

The tension adjusting member 6 clearly shown in FIG. 4 includes a pair of engaging portion pieces 11b that can be engaged with and detached from the locking piece 11a provided in the tubular portion 9 of the cover member 7 on the front and back surfaces. The tubular portion 9 is formed integrally with the engaging portion piece 11b and is provided with a guide surface 6a made of a soft synthetic resin that elastically curves to guide the inner surface of the screen 4. A screen in which the engaging element 4b at the end is held by the slit 10 along the guide surface 6a by engaging the engaging portion piece 11b with the locking piece 11a to hold the tension adjusting member 6. 4 is led out from the cover member 7 through the opening portion 8.

It is desirable that the tension adjusting member 6 is formed as a long material having a constant cross-sectional shape, and is cut to a required width according to the slack of the screen to be removed, and the width is increased. Then, it becomes possible to apply a large tension force to the portion where the tension force is arranged, and conversely, it is not necessary to dispose the tension force to the portion where the tension adjusting member 6 does not need to apply the tension force. The tension adjusting member 6 can be used by molding a plurality of appropriate lengths without cutting the long material as described above.

It should be noted that it is not always easy to determine how wide the tension adjusting member 6 should be to give a tension force because there is a difference depending on the material of the tension adjusting member 6 to be used. Therefore, how much tension adjustment member 6 should be arranged at what kind of slack and how much tension can be given to the screen 4 can be judged by repeating some trial and error. Need to get.

As the material for forming the guide surface 6a, a plurality of types of synthetic resins having different elasticity can be used, and the engaging portion piece 11b is provided on the front and back of the tension adjusting member 6 as described above. When the elasticity of the guide surface 6a is used as the tension force of the screen 4, if the engaging portion piece 11b is damaged or the elasticity of the guide surface 6a is changed due to long-term use, the elasticity of the guide surface 6a is used. The tension adjusting member 6 is turned upside down so that it can be reused.
Further, although the tension adjusting member 6 is considered to use the elasticity of the guide surface 6a as the tension force of the screen 4, the elasticity generated when the screen 4 itself is extended may be the main tension force. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, a hard tension adjusting member 6 ′ having a shape having a relatively hard synthetic resin material and having a shape having few elastically deformed portions can also be used.

When the screen 4 is stretched on the opening frame 1, the engaging elements 4b at the vertically opposed ends of the screen 4 whose side ends are guided by the vertical rail 5 in advance are attached to the tubular shapes of the pair of cover members 7 and 7. The tubular portions of both cover members 7 and 7 are engaged with the slits 10 of the portions 9 and 9 and the screen 4 is led out from the cover members 7 not attached to the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 3, respectively. The tension adjusting member 6 is attached to 9, but when attaching the tension adjusting member 6, the slack of the screen 4 on the screen tensioning surface is known or predicted in advance, and the screen is attached. Depending on the slack of 4, the width and number of the guide surfaces 6a, or the mounting position of the tension adjusting member 6 is selected, and the cover member 7 is engaged with the locking piece 11a at the required position on the inner engaging edge 7b. The tension adjusting member 6 is partially attached by the portion piece 11b, and the guide surface 6a of the tension adjusting member 6 is arranged so that the overall tension of the screen 4 can be adjusted.

More specifically, in order to apply a tension force to the slack region of the screen 4, the position and width of the guide surface 6a on which tubular portion 9 is used, and the guide surface 6a is used. When the screen 4 is divided into several parts and arranged, the arrangement state of the tension adjusting members 6 is determined, and the screen 4 is led out from the inside of the cover member 7 through the opening portion 8 according to the arrangement state. The tension adjusting member 6 is attached so that the guide surface 6a of the tension adjusting member 6 is brought into contact with the inner surface surface of the tension adjusting member 6.

6 and 7 show the horizontal frames 3 and 3 of the opening frame 1 which were originally indicated by the alternate long and short dash line to the positions indicated by the solid lines due to the deformation of the opening of the building over time or for some other reason. The purpose is to schematically show the case where the slack region S is deformed and as a result is surrounded by a dotted line in the figure, and to explain the outline of the work of removing the slack. Of course, the same operation may be performed when the screen 4 is cleaned or replaced due to damage, or when the slack region S of the screen 4 is moved due to the distortion of the opening frame 1.

For example, when the screen 4 to be stretched on the screen stretched surface has a slack region S surrounded by a dotted line on the screen 4 to be stretched as illustrated in FIG. 6 or 7, the cover member As the guide surface 6a that is partially attached to the inner engaging edge 7b of 7 to guide the screen 4, a tension adjusting member 6 having an outer shape guide surface 6a as shown by reference numeral A in the drawing is suitable. If you can think of it, you can remove the cover member 7 and try it, and even if the guide surface is inappropriate, the appropriate guide will be taken from the slack of the screen 4 when it is used. The shape of the surface 6a can be easily known. Further, when the movement of the slack region S of the screen 4 is in the finding direction, it is sufficient to simply move the tension adjusting member 6 in that direction along the inner engaging edge 7b of the cover member 7.

8 and 9 show a second embodiment of the screen apparatus according to the present invention. In this second embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the tension adjusting member 6 and the cover member 7 for tensioning the screen 4 are arranged symmetrically in the vertical direction, and the screen is relatively complicatedly slackened. The tension adjusting member 6 and the like are provided only at either the upper and lower ends of the screen 4 to remove the relatively simple slack of the screen 4.

To specifically explain the configuration of the second embodiment, a pair of side frames in the building opening are provided with engaging elements (not shown) provided along the left and right side edges of the screen 4 stretched in the building opening. The basic configuration in which the screen 4 is stretched between the side frames 2 and 2 by engaging with the inside of the slit 5a of the vertical rail 5 provided in each of the 2 and 2 is the same as that in the first embodiment. However, in the second embodiment, in the screen device in which one of the upper and lower ends of the screen 4 is attached to the horizontal frame 3 by using an arbitrary connecting member 15, in the first embodiment, the other end of the screen 4 is attached. By disposing the tension adjusting member 6 and the cover member 7 described in detail, the tension of the screen can be adjusted.

In FIG. 9, the connecting member 15 connecting the lower end of the screen 4 to the lower horizontal frame 3 has a flexible holding portion 16 in which the engaging element 4b connected to the lower end of the screen 4 is made of synthetic resin. The sandwiching portion piece 16 which has an elastic tendency to expand while sandwiching the engaging element 4b is press-fitted into the receiving groove 17 fixed to the lower horizontal frame 3. Therefore, the screen is held together with the holding portion piece 16, but the fixing of the screen is not limited to such a configuration, and various structures can be adopted. Further, in the second embodiment, the lower end of the screen 4 is attached to the lower horizontal frame 3, but the upper end of the screen 4 is attached to the upper horizontal frame 3, and the tension adjusting member 6 and the cover member 7 and the like are attached. Can also be arranged along the lower horizontal frame 3.

The configuration for removing the slack of the screen, such as the screen tension adjusting member 6 and the cover member 7 covering the screen tension adjusting member 6, which is used in the second embodiment, is different from the configuration of the first embodiment as described above. However, there is no difference in the method of using them to remove the slack generated in the screen and adjusting the tension state as in the case of the first embodiment.
Therefore, the description of the configuration and the action for removing the slack of the screen, which has been described in detail above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, is incorporated, and the description thereof will be omitted here.

In the above, the configuration of the screen device according to the embodiment of the present invention and the method example of adjusting the tension of the screen in the screen device have been described, but the method example, that is, the slack of the screen 4 on the screen upholstery surface is described. The tension adjustment is partially attached to the tubular portion 9 provided on the inner engaging edge 7b of the cover member by removing the cover member 7 attached to the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 at the opening of the building. The method of adjusting the overall tension of the screen 4 by changing the width, number, or mounting position of the guide surfaces 6a of the member 6 is the "method of adjusting the tension of the screen in the screen device" itself of the present invention. Therefore, the tension adjusting method of the present invention will be omitted to avoid duplication of description.
