Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 to 6 illustrate a balustrade apparatus for a man conveyor according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the main part, FIG. 2 is a side view showing the overall configuration, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a relationship between the inner deck and the fixing portion when the packing base is mounted, and FIG. 5 illustrates a state when one of the inner decks is fixed to the man conveyor. FIG. 6 is a side view for explaining the attachment position of the packing cover to the packing base provided discontinuously in the longitudinal direction. 1 corresponds to a cross-sectional view taken along line II in FIG. Moreover, the same code | symbol shall show the same or an equivalent part through each figure, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the figure, the holding member 2 for fixing the lower end portion of the balustrade panel 1 has one end portion (left side in FIG. 1) fixed to the main frame 7 (FIG. 2) of the man conveyor, and vertically close to the other end portion. A holding main body 21 having a projecting support portion 21a, a packing 22 having a rubber elasticity having a U-shaped cross section formed so as to wrap the lower end portion of the balustrade panel 1, and a support portion 21a. The direction of the support portion 21a through the presser plate 23 and the support plate 24 having an inverted L-shaped cross section for fixing the presser plate 23 to the balustrade panel 1, the packing 22 and the end of the inner deck 3 on the balustrade panel 1 side It is comprised from the fixing bolt 25 fastened to. A moving handrail 8 made of a flexible material such as rubber is provided at the upper end of the balustrade panel 1 so as to move in the same direction in synchronization with the moving speed of step 6.

A plurality of inner decks 3 are arranged in the longitudinal direction between the balustrade panel 1 and the step 6 on which passengers are placed. The above-mentioned support metal 24 has a horizontal bent portion 24a formed in an inverted L-shaped cross-section at a predetermined portion in the longitudinal direction, and the inner deck 3 is formed on the side surface of the support metal 24 of the notched part. A bracket 26 having an inverted L-shaped cross section having a screw hole 26a for fixing the balustrade panel 1 side end is secured by a bolt 27 (FIG. 3). At the end of the inner deck 3 on the balustrade panel 1 side, through holes 3a made of round holes at positions corresponding to the screw holes 26a of the bracket 26 are provided in three places as shown in FIG. The end of the inner deck 3 on the balustrade panel 1 side is fixed to the bracket 26, that is, the holding member 2 by inserting the fixing screw 30 into the through hole 3 a and tightening the fixing screw 30 to the screw hole 26 a. The bracket 26, the bolt 27, the through hole 3a, and the fixing screw 30 constitute a fixing portion F.

Further, the end of the inner deck 3 on the balustrade panel 1 side has a groove 41a into which the end of the inner deck 3 is inserted, and the upper surface is provided with an engaging portion 41b composed of two rows of protrusions. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the packing base 41 made of is disposed discontinuously so as to avoid the bracket 26 in the longitudinal direction of the man conveyor. Above the packing base 41, there is disposed a packing cover 42 made of plastic in which engaging bodies 42a that engage with the engaging portions 41b of the packing base 41 are formed in two rows in the longitudinal direction. By being elastically engaged with the engaging portion 41b, the packing base 41 is detachably attached. The holding member 2 is attached at several places to one balustrade panel 1, but the support metal 24 is attached over the entire length. Further, the end of the inner deck 3 on the step 6 side is locked to the skirt panel 5 by a conventional technique, and a gap t is formed between the skirt panel 5 and the step 6. Further, the outer deck 9 is fixed to the holding member 2 (the fixing portion is not shown), the end on the balustrade panel 1 side is inserted into a plastic ornament 91, and the ornament 91 is fixed to the holding member 2.

Next, the operation of the first embodiment configured as described above will be described including the method of attaching the inner deck 3. First, the packing base 41 is locked to the end of the inner deck 3 so that the end of the inner deck 3 on the balustrade panel 1 side is inserted into the groove 41 a of the packing base 41. Note that the length of the packing base 41 is the length that fits inside the adjacent brackets 26, and the state at the time of mounting corresponds to the length of the bracket 26 around the through hole 3a as shown in FIG. Disposed discontinuously in the longitudinal direction with a gap in size.

Next, after the inner deck 3 is moved in the direction of arrow D shown in FIG. 5, the upper balustrade panel 1 side of the inner deck 3 is placed on the corresponding bracket 26 and the lower end is locked to the skirt panel 5. As shown in FIG. 3, the inner deck 3 is fixed to the bracket 26, that is, the holding member 2 with a fixing screw 30. Next, the packing cover 42 is disposed at a gap in the packing base 41, that is, at a position shifted from the fixing portion F so that a joint between the packing cover 42 and the adjacent packing cover 42 is located at the central portion of the packing base 41 as shown in FIG. 6. Then, from the direction of arrow E in FIG.

The packing base 41 is continuously engaged with the packing base 41 without any breaks in the longitudinal direction. 1 shows a state in which the packing cover 42 is fitted and engaged from above the packing base 41, and FIG. 3 shows a state in which the packing cover 42 covers the fixing screw 30 in the fixing portion F at that time. Is shown. Even if the fixing screw 30 is loosened, the packing cover 42 prevents the fixing screw 30 from falling off.

It should be noted that there is no problem in appearance even if the joints between the adjacent packing covers 42 and the cut positions of the packing base 41 coincide with each other. However, in that case, the packing base 41 is located below the end of the packing cover 42. Since it does not exist, the packing cover 42 can be easily removed, so that it is desirable to displace it as shown in FIG. 6, for example. Further, by making the length of the packing cover 42 equal to or longer than the length of the inner deck 3, for example, the seam of the packing cover 42 is reduced, so that the appearance of the man conveyor is improved. Furthermore, when it becomes necessary to remove the inner deck 3 at the time of maintenance inspection, etc., the inner deck 3 at an arbitrary position can be attached and detached by the operation in the opposite direction of FIG. 5 by removing the packing cover 42 against the engaging force. .

As described above, according to the first embodiment, since the inner deck 3 at an arbitrary position can be attached and detached, the workability at the time of maintenance and inspection can be improved. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the fixing screw 30 in the fixing portion F of the inner deck 3 is covered with the packing cover 42, so that it cannot be seen from the outside, and the aesthetic appearance of the design is not impaired. Further, even if the fixing screw 30 is loosened during operation, the packing cover 42 extends immediately above the head of the fixing screw 30 and can be prevented from falling off. By being covered, there is no possibility of getting caught in passenger luggage or clothes.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
7 is a perspective view showing a main part of a balustrade apparatus for a man conveyor according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. In the second embodiment, a through hole (corresponding to 3a in FIG. 1) for inserting a fixing screw constituting a fixing portion of the inner deck 3 is formed in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the man conveyor. This is a hole 3b. The skirt panel 5 is separately fixed to the main frame 7 so that the horizontal position in FIG. 1 can be adjusted by fixing means (not shown). Since other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.

The gap t between the step 6 and the skirt panel 5 shown in FIG. 1 causes wear of equipment (not shown) depending on the operating years of the man conveyor, and as a result, the step 6 runs meandering and the gap t becomes narrower. The panel 5 may be touched. In this case, it is necessary to adjust and move the skirt panel 5 to the balustrade panel 1 side. According to the second embodiment, the through hole for inserting the fixing screw 30 (FIG. 3) of the inner deck 3 is a long hole 3b formed in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the man conveyor. Adjustment movement of the skirt panel 5 and the inner deck 3 is facilitated. Further, since the elongated hole 3b is formed by cutting out the balustrade panel side end of the skirt panel 5, there is an advantage that the inner deck 3 can be attached and detached without removing the fixing screw 30 (FIG. 3).

Embodiment 3 FIG.
8 is a view for explaining a balustrade apparatus for a man conveyor according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. FIG. 8 (a) is a cross-sectional view showing the main part, and FIG. 8 (b) is used in FIG. 8 (a). It is sectional drawing of a packing base. In this third embodiment, the packing base 41 is moved in the direction of step 6 (the right direction in FIG. 8A) by fitting into the gap between the balustrade panel 1 and the brace 24 at the lower side of 41. The latching | locking part 41c which prevents is formed. Since other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.

In the third embodiment configured as described above, the locking portion 41c provided on the lower side portion of the packing base 41 is locked to the holding member 2 via the support metal 24, so that the man It is possible to prevent the packing base 41 from moving in the direction of step 6 due to vibrations caused by the operation of the conveyor. Therefore, the packing cover 42 attached to the upper surface of the packing base 41 moves in the direction of step 6 and the balustrade It is possible to eliminate a concern that a gap is generated between the panel 1 and the packing cover 42, or that dust or the like is accumulated in the gap and the appearance is impaired.

Note that the shape or the installation position of the locking portion 41c is not limited to the one illustrated in FIG. 8, and for example, a through hole or a recess is provided in the bent portion 24a of the support metal 24, and the through hole is provided. In other words, it is only necessary that the protrusions that fit into the recesses are formed on the lower surface of the packing base 41 so that they can be directly or indirectly locked to the holding member 2 that is a fixed portion, and the same effect can be expected.

In the description of the above embodiment, the engaging portions 41b of the packing base 41 are formed by two rows of protrusions, and the engaging bodies 42a of the packing cover 42 are formed by recesses that receive the protruding engaging portions 41b. However, it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to this. In short, any structure may be used as long as it can be detachably engaged with each other, and known techniques such as shape, number, and material can be appropriately selected and used. Further, the structure of the fixing portion F, the engagement means between the inner deck 3 and the skirt panel 5 are not limited to the above embodiment, and it is needless to say that various modifications and changes can be made.

It is sectional drawing which shows the principal part of the balustrade apparatus of the man conveyor by Embodiment 1 of this invention. It is a side view which shows the whole structure of the balustrade apparatus of the man conveyor shown in FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows the fixing | fixed part of the inner deck in the balustrade apparatus of the man conveyor shown in FIG. It is a perspective view which shows the relationship between an inner deck when a packing base is mounted | worn in the balustrade apparatus of the man conveyor shown in FIG. It is a side view explaining the state when fixing one of the inner decks to the man conveyor shown in FIG. It is a side view explaining the attachment position of the packing cover with respect to the packing base provided discontinuously in the longitudinal direction of the man conveyor shown in FIG. It is a perspective view which shows the principal part of the balustrade apparatus of the man conveyor by Embodiment 2 of this invention. It is a figure explaining the balustrade apparatus of the man conveyor by Embodiment 3 of this invention, Fig.8 (a) is sectional drawing which shows the principal part, FIG.8 (b) is the packing base used for Fig.8 (a).
