Claims (4)
- 第1のγ線を測定対象物に照射するγ線発生源と、前記第1のγ線が透過するとともに前記測定対象物において散乱角度θで散乱した散乱γ線に関する情報を測定する第1の測定部と、を備え、前記第1の測定部は、前記γ線発生源と前記測定対象物との間に配置されている反射型断層撮影装置。
- 測定対象物の方向に第1のγ線を出射し、前記測定対象物の反対側に第2のγ線を出射するγ線発生源と、前記γ線発生源から出射した前記第1のγ線が透過するとともに前記測定対象物において散乱角度θで散乱した散乱γ線に関する情報を測定する第1の測定部と、前記γ線発生源から出射した前記第2のγ線に関する情報を測定する第2の測定部と、前記第1の測定部が測定した物理量と前記第2の測定部が測定した物理量とに基づき前記測定対象物の物質密度分布を算出する物質密度分布算出部とを備え、前記第1の測定部は、前記γ線発生源と前記測定対象物との間に配置されている反射型断層撮影装置。
- 前記γ線発生源を取り囲むように配置され、前記γ線発生源から前記第1のγ線及び前記第2のγ線と同時に出射する第3のγ線の発生時刻を測定することで前記第1のγ線の発生時刻を特定できる第3の測定部を有する請求項1又は2に記載の反射型断層撮影装置。
- 前記第1の測定部、前記第2の測定部又は前記第3の測定部が、少なくともγ線が入射して発光するシンチレーターと、前記シンチレーターの側面に設けた測定素子とで構成された請求項3に記載の反射型断層撮影装置。
