手術を受ける眼の検査から得られた情報を手術システムの中に受信するステップと、
前記情報を使って、計画による、または実際のフラップ位置のグラフィカル表現に、計画による、または実際の切除領域のグラフィカル表現を重ねたものを同時に提示する単独画像を生成するステップと、
前記計画による、または実際のフラップ位置と前記計画による、または実際の切除領域との不一致が特定された場合に、計画によるフラップ位置パラメータまたは計画による切除領域パラメータを調整し、新しい単独画像を生成するステップと、
前記計画による、または実際のフラップ位置と前記計画による、または実際の切除領域とが一致していれば、前記角膜の内部へのアクセスを可能にする前記眼の角膜のフラップを作製するステップと、
前記計画による、または実際の切除領域における前記角膜の前記内部組織の切除を行うステップと
を含む方法。
[参考態様12]
前記眼科手術は屈折矯正眼科手術であり、前記フラップを作製するステップ、切除を実行するステップ、またはその両方はレーザにより行われる、参考態様11に記載の方法。
[参考態様13]
切除中に病変角膜組織が除去される、参考態様11に記載の方法。
[参考態様14]
前記単独画像において前記フラップ、前記切除、またはその両方に関する追加の画像情報が提示される、参考態様11に記載の方法。
Claims (10)
- 眼科手術を行うための手術システムであって、
眼科手術を受ける眼の角膜にフラップを作製するための切開装置と、
前記角膜の内部組織の切除を行うための成形装置と、
計画による、または実際のフラップ位置のグラフィカル表現に、計画による、または実際の切除領域のグラフィカル表現を重ねたものを同時に提示する単独画像を表示するための少なくとも1つのディスプレイとを含み、
前記単独画像は、前記計画されたフラップ位置と前記計画された切除領域との間の不一致の可能性が特定された場合に、警告をさらに含む、
手術システム。 - 前記切開装置はフェムト秒レーザを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記成形装置はエキシマレーザを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 単独画像は、前記フラップに関する追加の画像情報をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フラップに関する前記追加の画像情報は、切開のサイドカット角度、フラップの直径、フラップの厚さ、ヒンジの大きさ、またはヒンジの位置のうちの少なくとも1つに関するテキスト情報を含む、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記単独画像は、前記切除に関する追加の画像情報をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 前記少なくとも1つのディスプレイは、少なくとも1つの切開装置ディスプレイと少なくとも1つの別の成形装置ディスプレイとを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
