Claims (10)
- 付加製造によってコンポーネントを作るための粉体ディスペンサー(14)であって、前記粉体ディスペンサーは、
粉体を落下させるためのアウトレット部分(51)を有するスリット(26)であって、水平軸線(36)に沿って測定される第1のサイズによって、かつ、第1のサイズよりも小さくかつ前記水平軸線(36)と直交する垂直方向(W)に沿って測定された第2のサイズによって規定されるスリット(26)と、
垂直チャネル(55)であって、前記アウトレット部分(51)において終端すると共に、上端において、前記粉体を収容するためのタンクと連通するよう構成された垂直チャネル(55)と、
前記水平軸線(36)に沿った前記スリット(26)の全長に対して前記アウトレット部分(51)の長さを変化させるためのシャッターデバイス(50)と、
前記水平軸線(36)と平行な方向に沿って互いに整列させられかつ離間し、下方を向き、それぞれエネルギービームを放出するように構成される二つのエミッタ(34)と、を備える粉体ディスペンサー(14)。 - 前記シャッターデバイス(50)は、少なくとも第1の要素であって、前記水平軸線(36)に沿った前記アウトレット部分(51)のエンドポイント(56)の位置を変化させるために可動である少なくとも第1の要素と、前記第1の要素を動作させるように制御されるアクチュエータ手段(57)と、を具備する請求項1に記載の粉体ディスペンサー。
- 前記第1の要素は、前記水平軸線(36)と平行なスライド軸線(47)に沿ってスライドする請求項2に記載の粉体ディスペンサー。
- 前記垂直チャネル(55)は、前面(70)と、後面(70)と、前記スライド軸線(47)に沿って互いに向き合う二つの側面(54)と、によって形成され、前記第1の要素は前記二つの側面(54)の一方によって形成される請求項3に記載の粉体ディスペンサー。
- 前記スライド軸線(47)に沿って延在するガイドシート(48)を備え、前記第1の要素は、前記ガイドシート(48)内で軸方向にスライドするように、かつ、前記ガイドシート(48)の軸方向端部から前記垂直チャネル(55)を実質的に密閉状態で分離させるように結合されたプレート(60)を備える請求項4に記載の粉体ディスペンサー。
- 前記垂直チャネル(55)の上側端部と連通するタンク(25)と、
少なくとも金属壁(65)であって、この金属壁(65)は、タンク(25)の側方端部に対して前記プレート(60)の上側端部を接合し、かつ、前記プレート(60)の軸方向の動作に適応するように弾性変形可能である金属壁(65)と、
を備える請求項5に記載の粉体ディスペンサー。 - 前記シャッターデバイス(50)はさらに第2の要素を備え、前記第1および第2の要素は、前記水平軸線(36)に沿って前記アウトレット部分(51)の前記エンドポイント(56)の位置をそれぞれ変化させるように動作可能である請求項2ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の粉体ディスペンサー。
- 前記第1の要素は、前記スリット(26)の対応する端部(52)を開放/閉鎖するように動作可能である閉鎖要素によって形成される請求項2に記載の粉体ディスペンサー。
- 水平方向(W)に関して前記スリット(26)の下流側に配置されたレベリング要素(30)と、
前記水平方向(W)に関して前記レベリング要素(30)の下流側に配置され、前記アウトレット部分(51)のために設定された長さに従って前記方向に沿って動作可能である、前記二つのエミッタ(34)と、
をさらに備える請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の粉体ディスペンサー。 - 水平方向(W)に関して前記スリット(26)の下流側に配置されたレベリング要素(30)と、
前記水平方向(W)に関して前記レベリング要素(30)の下流側に配置され、かつ、付加製造プロセスの間に形成された二つのバリア(40)に関して前記粉体ディスペンサー(14)の位置をセンタリングするよう設計されたセンタリング手段(42)であって、このセンタリング手段(42)は前記アウトレット部分(51)のために設定された長さに従って前記水平軸線(36)に対して平行な方向に動作可能であるセンタリング手段(42)と、
をさらに備える請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の粉体ディスペンサー。
