Claims (10)
- 液圧式車両ブレーキと、少なくとも1つのブレーキ電気モータ(13)を有する電気機械式ブレーキ機構とを備えた車両のためのブレーキシステム制御器において、少なくとも1つのアクティブなブレーキ構成要素を起動させるためのマイクロコントローラ(30)と、車輪回転数信号を検知するためのシステムASIC(31)と、前記電気機械式ブレーキ機構の前記ブレーキ電気モータ(13)を起動させるためのブレーキモータASIC(32)とを備え、該ブレーキモータASIC(32)内で同様に車輪回転数信号を検知可能であり、前記マイクロコントローラ(30)が通信インターフェース(SPI_1,SPI_2)を介して前記システムASIC(31)および前記ブレーキモータASIC(32)と結合されており、
前記システムASIC(31)内で、前記ブレーキ電気モータ(13)のモータ回転位置信号を付加的に検知するブレーキシステム制御器。 - 前記システムASIC(31)内の前記車輪回転数信号と、前記ブレーキモータASIC(32)内の前記車輪回転数信号とが、異なる車両車輪に関わるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御器。
- 前記ブレーキモータASIC(32)内に、前記ブレーキ電気モータ(13)を起動させるための少なくとも1つの電子的なHブリッジ(34)が含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の制御器。
- 前記ブレーキモータASIC(32)内に、前記電気機械式ブレーキ機構の操作スイッチ(35)の切換え状態を検知するための論理ユニット(33)が統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の制御器。
- 前記ブレーキモータASIC(32)内の前記論理ユニット(33)が、前記車輪回転数信号から車速を算出することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の制御器。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載のブレーキシステム制御器を作動させる方法において、前記制御器の構成要素が機能安定状態にある通常作動時に、前記マイクロコントローラ(30)内で、必要に応じて、少なくとも1つのアクティブなブレーキ構成要素を起動させるための制御信号を発生させ、前記マイクロコントローラ(30)、前記システムASIC(31)、または通信インターフェース(SPI_1,SPI_2)の故障時には、車両速度に依存して、前記ブレーキモータASIC(32)を介して前記ブレーキ電気モータ(13)を起動させてブレーキ力を発生させる方法。
- 液圧式車両ブレーキ(1)と電気機械式ブレーキ機構とを備えた、車両のブレーキシステムにおいて、前記電気機械式ブレーキ機構が、ブレーキ電気モータ(13)と、前記ブレーキシステムの調整可能なブレーキシステム構成要素を起動させるための請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の制御器(11)とを備えているブレーキシステム。
- 前記液圧式車両ブレーキ(1)が、液圧を制御するために電気的に制御可能なアクチュエータ(10)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のブレーキシステム。
- 前記車輪ブレーキ装置(9)が、前記車両の後車軸に、ブレーキ電気モータを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のブレーキシステム。
- 請求項7から9までのいずれか一つに記載のブレーキシステムを備えた車両。
