Description
以下は、一般に、酸化クロム体を有する耐火物及び酸化クロム体を有する耐火物を形成する方法に関する。本明細書に記載の実施形態によれば、酸化クロム体は、その体の組成の大部分が酸化クロム材料である任意の体として定義され得る。本明細書に記載の特定の実施形態によれば、耐火物は、Al2O3含有量、SiO2含有量、及びTiO2含有量を更に含み得る。
Claims (15)
- 耐火物であって、
前記耐火物の総重量の少なくとも83重量%のCr2O3含有量と、
前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも0.7重量%かつ10.0重量%以下のAl2O3含有量と、
前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも0.3重量%かつ5.0重量%以下のSiO2含有量と、
前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも1.0重量%かつ5.6重量%以下のTiO2のTiO2含有量と、
1200℃で測定される少なくとも37MPaのMORと、
少なくとも1かつ8以下の比ROCAl2O3/ROCSiO2(式中、ROCAl2O3は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのAl2O3の含有量を表し、ROCSiO2は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのSiO2の含有量を表す)と、を含む、耐火物。 - 耐火物であって、
前記耐火物の総重量の少なくとも83重量%のCr2O3含有量と、
前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも0.7重量%かつ10.0重量%以下のAl2O3含有量と、
前記耐火物の総重量の少なくとも0.3重量%かつ5.0重量%以下のSiO2含有量と、
前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも1.0重量%かつ5.6重量%以下のTiO2のTiO2含有量と、
少なくとも0.5の比ROMOR/(1000*ROMOE)(式中、ROMORは、1200℃でMPaで測定される前記耐火物のMORに等しく、ROMOEは、1200℃でGPaで測定される前記耐火物のMOEに等しい)と、
少なくとも1かつ8以下の比ROCAl2O3/ROCSiO2(式中、ROCAl2O3は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのAl2O3の含有量を表し、ROCSiO2は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのSiO2の含有量を表す)と、を含む、耐火物。 - 耐火物であって、
前記耐火物の総重量の少なくとも83重量%のCr2O3含有量と、
前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも1.0重量%かつ5.6重量%以下のTiO2のTiO2含有量と、
少なくとも1かつ8以下の比ROCAl2O3/ROCSiO2(式中、ROCAl2O3は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのAl2O3の含有量を表し、ROCSiO2は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのSiO2の含有量を表す)と、を含む、耐火物。 - 前記耐火物が、1200℃で測定される少なくとも37MPaのMORを更に含む、請求項2及び3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、少なくとも0.5の比ROMOR/(1000*ROMOE)(式中、ROMORは、1200℃でMPaで測定される前記耐火物のMORに等しく、RMOEは、1200℃で測定されるGPaでの前記耐火物のMOEに等しい)を更に含む、請求項1及び3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、少なくとも1.1の比ROCAl2O3/ROCSiO2(式中、ROCAl2O3は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのAl2O3の含有量を表し、ROCSiO2は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのSiO2の含有量を表す)を更に含む、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも0.7重量%かつ10.0重量%以下のAl2O3含有量を更に含む、請求項3に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、前記耐火物の総重量の少なくとも0.3重量%かつ5.0重量%以下のSiO2含有量を更に含む、請求項3に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも0.1重量%かつ1.0重量%以下のMgO含有量を更に含む、請求項1、2、及び3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも0.1重量%かつ10重量%以下のZrO2含有量を更に含む、請求項1、2、及び3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも1.0重量%かつ60重量%以下のグロッグ含有量を更に含む、請求項1、2、及び3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、少なくとも0.1かつ5以下の比ROCZrO2/ROCAl2O3(式中、ROCZrO2は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのZrO2の含有量を表し、ROCAl2O3は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのAl2O3の含有量を表す)を更に含む、請求項1、2、及び3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、前記耐火物の総体積の少なくとも0.07体積%かつ18体積%以下の多孔率を更に含む、請求項1、2、及び3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 前記耐火物が、少なくとも4.1g/cm3かつ4.8g/cm3以下の密度を更に含む、請求項1、2、及び3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火物。
- 耐火物を形成する方法であって、
形成組成物を提供することと、
前記形成組成物を耐火物に形成することと、を含み、
前記耐火物が、
前記耐火物の総重量の少なくとも83重量%のCr2O3含有量と、
前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも0.7重量%かつ10.0重量%以下のAl2O3含有量と、
前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも0.3重量%かつ5.0重量%以下のSiO2含有量と、
前記耐火物の前記総重量の少なくとも1.0重量%かつ5.6重量%以下のTiO2のTiO2含有量と、
1200℃で測定される少なくとも37MPaのMORと、
少なくとも1かつ8以下の比ROCAl2O3/ROCSiO2(式中、ROCAl2O3は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのAl2O3の含有量を表し、ROCSiO2は、前記耐火物の前記総重量の重量%でのSiO2の含有量を表す)と、を含む、方法。
