Description

The present invention relates to a ventilation hood installed on an outer wall or an inner wall of a building.

Conventionally, a ventilation port member is known as a ventilation hood of this type (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).

The ventilation port member will be described below with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 12, a conventional ventilation port member includes a main body cylinder 101 fitted in a duct provided in an outer wall of a building, a retaining metal fitting 102 provided on the main body cylinder 101, and a main body cylinder 101. In the ventilation hood including the hood main body 103 to be connected, the hood flange portion 104 in contact with the wall surface is provided with a plurality of half-drilled holes 105, and the construction method can be attached to the outer wall with the screws 106 through the half-drilled holes 105. ..

1)JP-A-8-303830 (paragraph 0009, FIG. 1)

Such a conventional ventilation member, that is, a ventilation hood, requires screwing for fixing to a wall. In other words, depending on the material of the wall, when the screw is directly driven into the wall, the wall is cracked. Therefore, the screw is fixed to the wall by making a prepared hole in the wall and then fixing the screw. As described above, when fixing the ventilation port member, there is a problem that the wall is damaged.

Then, this invention solves the said conventional subject, and an object of this invention is to provide the ventilation hood which can be fixed without damaging a wall.

Then, in order to achieve this object, the present invention is a ventilation hood comprising a hollow cylindrical duct and a cover provided at an end opening of the duct, wherein the duct is formed from an inner peripheral wall of the duct. The cover includes a projecting locking portion, and the cover has a cylindrical portion that can be inserted and removed on the inner peripheral side of the duct, and a cylindrical portion that projects from the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion and engages with the locking portion. A retaining portion that restricts movement in the detaching direction , wherein the retaining portion is a cylindrical fixing portion fixed to the cylindrical portion at a front side in the inserting direction of the cylindrical portion, and an inserting direction of the cylindrical portion. A return portion that rises from the cylindrical portion to the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical fixing portion on the rear side, and a wedge portion that suppresses movement of the cylindrical portion in the slip-out direction compared to movement of the cylindrical portion in the insertion direction. , The return portion is engaged with the locking portion, in the separated state in which the cylindrical portion is not inserted in the duct, the diameter of the circumference connecting the outermost periphery of the return portion is It is larger than the inner diameter, the retaining portion is made of metal, and the cover is configured as a ventilation hood arranged on the outer wall surface of the building , thereby achieving the intended purpose.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the ventilation hood which can be fixed without damaging a wall can be provided.

A ventilation hood according to the present invention is a ventilation hood including a hollow cylindrical duct and a cover provided at an end opening of the duct, wherein the duct has a locking portion protruding from an inner peripheral wall of the duct. The cover includes a cylindrical portion that can be inserted and removed on the inner peripheral side of the duct, and a cover that protrudes from the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion and engages with the locking portion to move the cylindrical portion in the removal direction. It is configured to have a retaining portion for regulating.

With this, when fixing the ventilation hood to the wall where the duct is installed, the retaining portion protruding from the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion presses the inner peripheral wall of the duct to suppress the easy movement of the ventilation hood, and By engaging the locking portion of the inner peripheral wall of the and the retaining portion of the ventilation hood, it is possible to prevent the ventilation hood from coming off the duct even if a force in the pulling direction is applied. That is, the effect that the ventilation hood can be fixed to the wall without damaging the wall can be obtained.

Further, the cylindrical portion is provided with a rotating structure capable of rotating in the circumferential direction in a state of being inserted into the duct, and when the cylindrical portion is inserted into or removed from the duct, the locking portion and the retaining portion are arranged on the circumference. The fixing of the cylindrical portion to the duct is performed at different positions by rotating the cylindrical portion while the cylindrical portion is inserted into the duct so that the locking portion and the retaining portion are at the same position on the circumference. It may be configured such that it is arranged at a certain regulation position.

With this configuration, when fixing the ventilation hood to the wall where the duct is installed, the ventilation hood is inserted into the duct at different positions on the circumference with the retaining portion of the ventilation hood and the locking portion of the duct, and the ventilation hood, The ventilation hood is installed on the wall by rotating so that the retaining portion of the ventilation hood and the locking portion of the duct are at the same position on the circumference. As a result, the retaining portion is located inside the duct with respect to the locking portion. Even if some external force is applied to the ventilation hood in such a state, that is, a force in the direction of separating the ventilation hood (away from the wall) is applied, the retaining part of the ventilation hood is locked by the locking part of the inner peripheral wall of the duct. The ventilation hood can be prevented from coming off the wall. Any rotating structure may be used. For example, by inserting a cylindrical portion having the same cylindrical shape into the inner circumference of a cylindrical duct, it is possible to rotate in the circumferential direction, that is, a rotating structure is formed.

In addition, the locking portion includes a slip-out restricting portion that restricts movement of the slip-out preventing portion in the slip-out direction, and a rotation restricting portion that restricts movement of the slip-out preventing portion in the rotation direction. The rotation restricting portion may be configured to restrict the movement of the portion in the removal direction from the restriction position, and the rotation restricting portion may restrict the rotation of the retaining portion in the rotation direction from the restriction position.

In the above structure, when fixing the ventilation hood to the wall on which the duct is installed, first, the ventilation hood is inserted at different positions on the circumference with the retaining portion of the ventilation hood and the locking portion of the duct. After that, the ventilation hood is rotated in the direction in which the retaining portion faces the rotation restricting portion. At this time, the retaining portion is provided until it comes into contact with the rotation restricting portion of the duct. In this state, the retaining portion of the ventilation hood and the locking portion of the duct are located at the same position on the circumference, that is, by positioning the retaining portion at the regulation position, the work of installing the ventilation hood on the wall is completed. In this way, the ventilation hood can be fixed to the wall without screws. Furthermore, even if some kind of external force is applied to the ventilation hood, that is, even if a force is applied to the ventilation hood in the direction of separating (away from the wall), the retaining part of the ventilation hood is locked by the locking part of the duct inner peripheral wall. It can be prevented from coming off. Further, during the work of rotating the ventilation hood, the retaining portion contacts the rotation restricting portion of the locking portion. Therefore, the operator feels that the retaining portion and the locking portion are located at the same position on the circumference on the circumference, which is a condition under which the retaining portion and the locking portion are locked. I understand. That is, it is possible to easily recognize that the vehicle is located at the regulation position.

Further, the retaining portion has a cylindrical fixing portion that is fixed to the cylindrical portion on the front side in the insertion direction of the cylindrical portion, and a return member that rises from the cylindrical portion to the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical fixing portion on the rear side in the insertion direction of the cylindrical portion. The return portion may be configured to engage with the locking portion.

Thus, when the cylindrical portion is inserted into the duct, the tip of the return portion is inserted while being in contact with the inner peripheral wall of the duct. In the natural state, that is, in the state where the cylindrical portion is not inserted in the duct, it extends beyond the inner diameter of the duct, so that the returning portion is pressed by the inner peripheral wall of the duct and the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical portion of the ventilation hood. , Suppress easy movement of the cylindrical part.

Then, since the locking part and the return part of the retaining part engage with each other, the ventilation hood can be prevented from coming out of the duct, so that the ventilation hood can be fixed to the wall by a strong method similar to the screw without using the screw. .. Further, even when the inner diameter of the duct is different, the return portion is pressed by the inner peripheral wall of the duct, so that the same effect can be obtained.

In addition, the retaining portion is configured to include a wedge portion that restrains the movement of the cylindrical portion in the pull-out direction as compared with the movement of the cylindrical portion in the insertion direction.

With this configuration, even if the cylindrical portion of the ventilation hood receives a force in the pulling direction, the wedge portion is in a state of being caught by the inner peripheral wall of the duct, and thus the movement of the ventilation hood can be suppressed. Further, although the wedge portion is caught on the inner peripheral wall of the duct, when the cylindrical portion of the ventilation hood is inserted into the duct, the force of the wedge portion to be caught on the inner peripheral wall of the duct is small, so that it can be inserted without requiring a relatively large force. ..

Further, the wedge portion is configured to further suppress the rotation of the cylindrical portion in the counter rotation direction as compared with the rotation of the cylindrical portion in the rotation direction.

With this configuration, even if the cylindrical portion of the ventilation hood receives a force in the counter-rotational direction, the wedge portion is caught on the circumferential wall of the duct, so that the movement of the ventilation hood in the counter-rotational direction can be suppressed. .. In addition, when the cylindrical part of the ventilation hood is inserted in the duct in the insertion direction and then the cylindrical part is further rotated in the rotating direction, the wedge part does not get caught on the inner peripheral wall of the duct, and a relatively large force is required. You can rotate without doing.

Further, the cylindrical portion is provided with a plurality of retaining portions.

As a result, the retaining part is pressed by the inner peripheral wall of the duct and the outer periphery of the cylindrical part of the ventilation hood, and the force that suppresses the easy movement of the ventilation hood is increased by the number of retaining parts, thus firmly fixing the ventilation hood to the duct. it can.

In addition, the retaining portions are configured to be provided in the cylindrical portion at equal intervals.

As a result, the retaining portion is pressed by the inner peripheral wall of the duct and the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion of the ventilation hood, and the force for suppressing the easy movement of the ventilation hood is evenly applied from any circumferential direction of the ventilation hood. For this reason, it is possible to prevent an unstable state in which it easily moves with respect to a force from a specific direction, and it is possible to always work with a constant force when rotating the ventilation hood.

In addition, a plurality of locking portions are provided so as to correspond to the retaining portions.

With this configuration, even if force is applied in the direction in which the ventilation hood comes out of the duct (removal direction and counter-rotation direction), the ventilation hood is more firmly fixed to the duct by the engagement force between the multiple retaining parts and the locking parts. it can.

Further, the dimensions, materials, shapes, relative arrangements, and the like of the components described as the embodiments or shown in the drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention thereto, but are merely illustrative examples. Only. Furthermore, the following plurality of embodiments can be implemented in combination within a range that does not contradict.
(Embodiment 1)
Hereinafter, the ventilation hood according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the ventilation hood 4 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an inserted state and a locked state of the retaining portion and the locking portion.

The ventilation hood 4 includes a duct 1 and a cover 3.

The duct 1 is provided, for example, in a hole 31 penetrating the wall 10 of a house or the like so as to communicate the inside and the outside with the wall 10 interposed therebetween. The duct 1 has a hollow cylindrical shape. When the duct 1 is installed on the wall 10, the outer peripheral wall 32 is held in close contact with the hole 31, and the inner peripheral wall 5 constitutes the outer periphery of the air passage space for blowing air. Further, when the duct 1 is installed, the end opening 2 which is an opening at the end of the duct 1 is located on the same plane as the wall surface 33 of the wall 10. The duct 1 includes a locking portion 6 near the end opening 2.

The locking portion 6 projects from the inner peripheral wall 5 toward the central axis direction of the circular shape of the duct 1 with the same thickness as the wall surface of the duct 1, for example. Here, the wall thickness is the distance between the outer peripheral wall 32 and the inner peripheral wall 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the locking portions 6 are arranged at equal intervals on the same circumference in a sectional view perpendicular to the air flow direction of the duct 1 (second drawing in FIG. 2), that is, at intervals of 120 degrees. Individually arranged. However, the number of the locking portions 6 may be one. An angle α formed between both ends of the locking portion 6 in the circumferential direction and the central axis is, for example, about 5° to 60°. The locking portion 6 is arranged such that one end thereof is flush with the wall surface 33, that is, aligned with the end opening 2. The other end of the locking portion 6 is located at a position a certain distance from the end opening 2 of the duct 1 in the inner direction of the duct 1 (insertion direction described later). Here, the certain distance is a distance having a specific relationship with a retaining portion which will be described later, but details thereof will be described later.

The cover 3 includes a cylindrical portion 7 and a duct cover portion 34.

The cylindrical portion 7 has a hollow cylindrical shape, and the outer circumference of the cylindrical portion 7 has a diameter larger than that of an inner circumferential circle (inner circumferential circle 35 in FIG. 2) formed by the inner circumferential surfaces of the plurality of locking portions 6. It is small, that is, the cylindrical portion 7 can be inserted into and removed from the duct 1 on the inner peripheral side of the duct 1. The cylindrical portion 7 has a flange 37 that expands in the outer peripheral direction at the duct cover side opening 36. The cylindrical portion 7 includes a retaining portion 9.

The retaining portion 9 protrudes from the outer peripheral wall 8 of the cylindrical portion 7 in the outer peripheral direction, and engages with the locking portion 6 at the time of installation to restrict the movement of the cylindrical portion 7 in the detaching direction. The retaining portions 9 are provided in the same number as the locking portions 6 and in positions corresponding to the locking portions 6. The retaining portion 9 includes a cylindrical fixing portion 16 fixed to the cylindrical portion 7 at the front side 15 in the direction of inserting the cover 3 into the duct 1, that is, the insertion direction R, and a cylindrical portion 7 at the rear side 17 in the insertion direction R. And a return portion 18 that rises to the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical fixing portion 16. The details of the engagement between the retaining portion 9 and the locking portion 6 will be described later.

In the separated state in which the cylindrical portion 7 is not inserted into the duct 1, the return portion 18 has a diameter of a circumference connecting the outermost circumferences of the return portion 18 that is larger than the inner diameter of the duct 1, that is, outside the inner diameter of the duct 1. Has spread.

The duct cover part 34 is integrated with the cylindrical part 7 by, for example, riveting with the flange 37 of the cylindrical part 7. The duct cover portion 34 has a hollow rectangular shape in a sectional view, one end communicates with the internal space of the cylindrical portion 7, and the other end is open to the outside. Here, the term "outside" means outdoors or indoors. In FIG. 1, the other end of the duct cover portion 34 is open downward, and has a structure capable of preventing rain from entering. That is, the duct cover portion 34 functions as a cover that prevents the inflow of rain and wind into the duct 1.

The above is the configuration of the ventilation hood 4.

Next, the procedure for inserting the cover 3 into the duct 1, that is, the installation state, will be described with reference to FIGS. 2, 3, and 4. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a locked state of the retaining portion and the locking portion, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a fixed state of the ventilation hood 4.

In the above configuration, when fixing the ventilation hood 4 to the wall 10 on which the duct 1 is installed, first, the central axis of the cylindrical portion 7 and the central axis of the duct 1 are aligned. At this time, the retaining portion 9 provided on the cylindrical portion 7 and the locking portion 6 provided on the duct 1 are installed at different positions on a cross section perpendicular to the central axis, that is, on the circumference (the third position in FIG. 2). Figure). In such a state, as shown in FIG. 4, the cylindrical portion 7 is inserted in the insertion direction R. At this time, the retaining portion 9 (return portion 18) is pressed by the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1 and the outer peripheral wall 8 of the cylindrical portion 7 of the ventilation hood 4 to prevent the ventilation hood 4 from easily moving in the removal direction J side. To do.

When the cylindrical portion 7 is inserted into the duct 1, the duct cover portion 34 or the flange 37 comes into contact with the wall surface 33 or the end opening 2, and further insertion is restricted. In this state, the end of the return portion 18 on the rear side 17 in the insertion direction R is inserted up to the position 38 that does not compete with the other end of the locking portion 6 in the circumferential direction. That is, the position 38 that does not conflict is the above-mentioned “distance having a specific relationship with the retaining portion”.

The retaining portion 9 (return portion 18) and the locking portion 6 do not compete with each other in the circumferential direction, the cylindrical portion 7 and the duct 1 are both circular, and the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 7 is the outermost portion of the duct 1. Since the diameter is smaller than the inner circumference (the end on the inner circumference side of the locking portion 6), the cylindrical portion 7 is rotatable in the duct 1 (rotating structure).

In this state, by rotating the cylindrical portion 7 clockwise or counterclockwise (counterclockwise in FIG. 2), the locking portion 6 and the retaining portion 9 are at the same position on the circumference, that is, the regulation. Position (the fourth figure in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3).

As described above, by engaging the locking portion 6 of the duct 1 with the retaining portion 9 of the ventilation hood 4, even if a force in the removal direction J is applied to the ventilation hood 4, it is possible to prevent the ventilation hood 4 from coming out of the duct 1. It can be prevented. Therefore, the ventilation hood 4 can be fixed to the wall 10 without using screws.

Further, since the fixing does not require screws, a tool such as a screwdriver is not required when fixing the ventilation hood 4, so that the construction can be easily performed.

Further, the return portion 18 of the retaining portion 9 is pressed by the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1 and the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 7 to suppress the easy movement of the cylindrical portion 7. If, for example, the retaining portion 9 has an elastic force such as spring steel, a stronger pressing force is applied to the retaining portion 9 and a strong holding force can be obtained. Further, even if the duct has a slight difference in inner diameter, the return portion 18 is pressed by the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1, so that the cylindrical portion 7 is fixed to the duct having a different diameter by absorbing the difference in inner diameter. Is possible.
Further, although each of the locking portion 6 and the retaining portion 9 functions, each of the plurality of retaining portions 6 and the retaining portion 6 is provided even if a force is applied to the cylindrical portion 7 in the removal direction J by providing a plurality of portions. The cylindrical portion 7 can be more firmly fixed to the wall by the engaging force of.

The left side of FIG. 5 shows the posture in which the duct cover 34 is inserted into the duct 1 at different positions on the circumference of the locking portion 6 and the retaining portion 9. The right diagram of FIG. 5 shows a posture in which the duct cover portion 34 is rotated so that the locking portion 6 and the retaining portion 9 are at the same position on the circumference. Since various shapes of the duct cover portion 34 are allowed, the outer peripheral rectangle shows the inclination of the duct cover portion 34.

In this way, at least one of the locking portions 6 is located at the upper part on the circumference. Then, also in the duct cover portion 34, the retaining portion 9 is located at the upper portion in the normal position after the arrangement. As a result, whether or not the duct cover 34 has rotated after being inserted can be confirmed by checking that the posture of the ventilation hood 4 (duct cover 34) is in the correct position. Can be easily confirmed.

The retaining portion 9 may be configured integrally with the cylindrical portion 7. Further, the retaining portion 9 does not necessarily have to be divided into the cylindrical fixing portion 16 and the return portion 18, and may be any portion as long as it projects from the outer peripheral wall 8 in the outer peripheral direction and engages with the locking portion 6.
(Embodiment 2)
Next, the ventilation hood according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. In the second embodiment, points different from the above embodiments will be described. 6 is a perspective view showing the structure of the ventilation hood according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a view showing the locking position of the retaining portion according to the second embodiment.

In the present embodiment, the locking portion 6b includes a slip-off restricting portion 11 and a rotation restricting portion 12.

The removal restricting portion 11 has the same shape as the locking portion 6 in the first embodiment, that is, restricts the movement of the retaining portion 9 in the removal direction J.

The rotation restricting portion 12 is a rod-shaped protrusion extending further inward from the front end of the slip-off restricting portion 11 in the rotation direction K along the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1. The rotation restricting portion 12 restricts the movement of the retaining portion 9 in the rotation direction K.

That is, in the present embodiment, the locking portion 6b has an L shape. With this shape, as shown in FIG. 6, the removal restricting portion 11 restricts the movement of the retaining portion 9 in the removal direction from the restriction position (removal direction restriction position 13) in the removal direction, and rotates. The regulation portion 12 is configured to regulate the rotation of the retaining portion 9 in the rotation direction from the regulation position (rotational direction regulation position 14) in the rotation direction.

In the above structure, when fixing the cylindrical portion 7 to the wall 10 on which the duct 1 is installed, the cylindrical portion 7 is inserted at the different positions on the circumference of the retaining portion 9 and the locking portion 6 of the duct 1. After that, the cylindrical portion 7 is rotated in the direction in which the retaining portion 9 faces the rotation restricting portion 12. At this time, the retaining portion 9 is performed until it comes into contact with the rotation restricting portion 12 of the duct 1. In this state, the retaining portion 9 and the locking portion 6 are at the same position on the circumference, and the work of installing the ventilation hood 4 on the wall 10 is completed.

In this way, the ventilation hood 4 can be fixed to the wall 10 without using screws. Further, in the work of positioning the retaining portion 9 and the locking portion 6 at the regulating position, the rotation regulating portion 12 regulates the rotation of the retaining portion 9 during the operation of rotating the cylindrical portion 7. In other words, the operator can know that he/she is in the regulation position by the touching feeling, and thus can easily recognize that he/she is in the regulation position.
(Embodiment 3)
Next, the ventilation hood according to the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 8, 9, 10, and 11. In addition, in the third embodiment, points different from the above-described embodiments will be described. 8 is a diagram showing the shape of the retaining portion according to the present embodiment, FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing the state of the retaining portion and the locking portion according to the present embodiment, and FIG. FIG. 11 is a view showing the shape of the retaining portion according to this embodiment, and FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the relationship between the retaining portion and the locking portion according to the present embodiment.

In this embodiment, the retaining portion 9c includes the wedge portion 20.

As shown in FIG. 8, the wedge portion 20 has an acute angle with respect to the removal direction J, and a sharp angle with respect to the insertion direction R toward the return portion 18 side. No, ie it has a triangular shape. That is, the wedge portion 20 can suppress the movement of the cylindrical portion 7 in the removal direction J as compared with the movement of the cylindrical portion 7 in the insertion direction R due to the direction of the acute angle.

In the above structure, even if a force is applied to the cylindrical portion 7 in the pulling direction J, the tip of the wedge portion 20 is caught by the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1 as shown in FIG. It is possible to suppress the movement in the removal direction J. On the other hand, when the cylindrical portion 7 is inserted into the duct 1, since the wedge portion 20 does not have an acute angle with respect to the insertion direction R, the catching force of the wedge portion 20 on the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1 is small and a large force is required. Can be inserted without

It should be noted that the wedge portion 20 may be provided so that the acute angle thereof is tilted in the direction of FIG. 8, that is, about 45 degrees with respect to the insertion/removal direction, and in the direction opposite to the rotation direction, that is, in the opposite rotation direction (FIG. 10). That is, as compared with the rotation of the cylinder portion 7 in the rotation direction K, the rotation of the cylinder portion 7 in the counter rotation direction P is suppressed.

In the above configuration, even if a force is applied to the cylindrical portion 7 in the anti-rotation direction P side, the wedge portion 20 is in a state of being caught by the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1, so that the ventilation hood 4 is in the anti-rotation direction. The movement to P can be suppressed. As a matter of course, the movement in the removal direction J can be suppressed at the same time. In other words, the cylindrical portion 7 can be easily moved to the regulation position, but when the cylindrical portion 7 is separated from the regulation position again, it cannot be easily moved because rotation and movement are suppressed. As a result, it can be firmly fixed. Of course, it is needless to say that by providing a plurality of locking parts and retaining parts, the structure can be more firmly fixed.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The ventilation hood according to the present invention has an effect that the ventilation hood can be fixed in a short time without using screws or tools, and is useful as a ventilation hood installed on an outer wall of a building or the like.
