Description

The present invention relates to a ventilation hood installed on an outer wall or an inner wall of a building.

Conventionally, a ventilation port member is known as this kind of ventilation hood (for example, refer to patent documents 1).

Hereinafter, the ventilation port member will be described with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 12, the conventional ventilation port member includes a main body cylinder 101 that is inserted into a duct provided in an outer wall of a building, a retaining metal fitting 102 provided in the main body cylinder 101, and a main body cylinder 101. In the ventilation hood composed of the hood body 103 to be connected, the hood flange portion 104 in contact with the wall surface is provided with a plurality of half-cut holes 105, and the construction method can be attached to the outer wall with the screws 106 through the half-cut holes 105. .

1)JP-A-8-303830 (paragraph 0009, FIG. 1)

Such a conventional ventilation port member, that is, a ventilation hood, requires screwing for fixing to a wall. That is, depending on the material of the wall, if the screw is directly struck into the wall, the wall is cracked. Therefore, the screw is fixed to the wall after the pilot hole is made in the wall. Thus, when fixing a ventilation port member, the subject that a wall was damaged occurred.

Then, this invention solves the said conventional subject, and it aims at providing the ventilation hood which can be fixed without damaging a wall.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention is a ventilation hood including a hollow cylindrical duct and a cover provided at an end opening of the duct, the duct being formed from an inner peripheral wall of the duct. The cover includes a protruding locking portion, and the cover protrudes from the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion and engages with the locking portion by projecting from the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion. The ventilation hood is provided with a retaining portion that restricts movement in the removal direction, thereby achieving the intended purpose.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the ventilation hood which can be fixed without damaging a wall can be provided.

A ventilation hood according to the present invention is a ventilation hood provided with a hollow cylindrical duct and a cover provided at an end opening of the duct, and the duct has a locking portion protruding from an inner peripheral wall of the duct. The cover includes a cylindrical portion that can be inserted / removed on the inner peripheral side of the duct, and projects from the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion to engage with the locking portion, thereby moving the cylindrical portion in the removal direction. It is set as the structure provided with the securing part to regulate.

As a result, when the ventilation hood is fixed to the wall where the duct is installed, the retaining portion protruding from the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion presses the inner peripheral wall of the duct to suppress the movement of the ventilation hood, and the duct By engaging the locking portion of the inner peripheral wall and the retaining portion of the ventilation hood, even if a force in the removal direction is applied to the ventilation hood, it can be prevented from coming out of the duct. That is, the effect that the ventilation hood can be fixed to the wall without damaging the wall can be obtained.

Further, the cylindrical portion has a rotating structure capable of rotating in the circumferential direction when inserted into the duct, and when the cylindrical portion is inserted into and extracted from the duct, the locking portion and the retaining portion are on the circumference. The cylindrical portion is fixed to the duct at different positions by rotating the cylindrical portion in a state where the cylindrical portion is inserted into the duct so that the locking portion and the retaining portion are located at the same position on the circumference. It is good also as a structure performed by arrange | positioning at a certain control position.

With this configuration, when the ventilation hood is fixed to the wall where the duct is installed, the ventilation hood is inserted into the duct at a position where the retaining portion of the ventilation hood and the locking portion of the duct are different on the circumference. The ventilation hood is installed on the wall by rotating so that the retaining portion of the ventilation hood and the engaging portion of the duct are at the same position on the circumference. Thereby, the retaining portion is positioned inside the duct with respect to the locking portion. Even if some external force is applied to the ventilation hood in this state, that is, a force in the direction in which the ventilation hood is detached (away from the wall) is applied, the retaining portion of the ventilation hood is locked by the locking portion of the inner peripheral wall of the duct. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the ventilation hood from coming off the wall. Any rotating structure may be used. For example, by inserting a cylindrical portion of the same cylindrical shape into the inner periphery of the cylindrical duct, it is possible to rotate in the circumferential direction, that is, the rotating structure is configured.

In addition, the locking portion includes a removal restriction portion that restricts movement of the retaining portion in the removal direction and a rotation restriction portion that restricts movement of the removal prevention portion in the rotation direction. It is good also as a structure which regulates the movement to the removal direction from the control position of a part, and a rotation control part controls the rotation to the rotation direction from the control position of a retaining part.

In the above configuration, when the ventilation hood is fixed to the wall where the duct is installed, the ventilation hood is first inserted at different positions on the circumference between the retaining portion of the ventilation hood and the engaging portion of the duct. Thereafter, the ventilation hood is rotated in a direction in which the retaining portion faces the rotation restricting portion. At this time, the retaining portion is kept in contact with the rotation restricting portion of the duct. In this state, the retaining portion of the ventilation hood and the engaging portion of the duct are at the same position on the circumference, that is, the operation of installing the ventilation hood on the wall is completed by positioning the retaining portion at the restriction position. In this way, the ventilation hood can be fixed to the wall without using screws. Furthermore, even if some external force is applied to the ventilation hood, that is, a force in the direction in which the ventilation hood is removed (away from the wall) is applied, the retaining portion of the ventilation hood is locked by the locking portion of the inner wall of the duct. , Can be prevented from coming off. Further, during the operation of rotating the ventilation hood, the retaining portion comes into contact with the rotation restricting portion of the locking portion. For this reason, the operator has the same position on the circumference of the retaining portion and the locking portion on the circumference, which is a condition that the retaining portion and the locking portion are locked by the touch feeling. I understand that. That is, it can be easily recognized that it is located at the restriction position.

In addition, the retaining portion is a cylindrical fixing portion that is fixed to the cylindrical portion on the front side in the insertion direction of the cylindrical portion, and a return that rises from the cylindrical portion to the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical fixing portion on the rear side in the insertion direction of the cylindrical portion. The return portion may be configured to engage with the locking portion.

Thus, when the cylindrical portion is inserted into the duct, the tip of the return portion is inserted while being in contact with the inner peripheral wall of the duct. In the natural state, i.e., when the cylindrical part is not inserted into the duct, the return part extends outside the inner diameter of the duct, so that the return part is pressed by the inner peripheral wall of the duct and the outer periphery of the cylindrical part of the ventilation hood. Suppresses easy movement of the cylindrical part.

Since the engagement portion and the return portion of the retaining portion engage with each other, the ventilation hood can be prevented from coming out of the duct, so that the ventilation hood can be fixed to the wall by a strong method similar to the screw without using a screw. . Further, even if the inner diameters of the ducts are different, the return portion is pressed by the inner peripheral wall of the duct, so that the same effect can be obtained.

Further, the retaining portion has a configuration including a wedge portion that suppresses movement of the cylindrical portion in the removal direction as compared to movement of the cylindrical portion in the insertion direction.

With this configuration, even if a force is applied to the cylindrical portion of the ventilation hood in the removal direction, the wedge portion is caught on the inner peripheral wall of the duct, and thus the movement of the ventilation hood in the removal direction can be suppressed. In addition, the wedge part is caught by the inner peripheral wall of the duct, but when the cylindrical part of the ventilation hood is inserted into the duct, the wedge part has a small catching force on the inner peripheral wall of the duct, so that it can be inserted without requiring a relatively large force. .

Further, the wedge portion is configured to suppress the rotation of the cylindrical portion in the counter-rotating direction as compared with the rotation of the cylindrical portion in the rotating direction.

With this configuration, even if force is applied to the cylindrical portion of the ventilation hood in the counter-rotating direction, the wedge portion is caught on the circumferential wall of the duct, so that the movement of the ventilation hood in the counter-rotating direction can be suppressed. . In addition, after inserting the cylindrical part of the ventilation hood into the duct in the insertion direction, when the cylindrical part is further rotated in the rotation direction, the wedge part has little catching force on the inner peripheral wall of the duct, and a relatively large force is required. It can be turned without stopping.

Further, a plurality of retaining portions are provided in the cylindrical portion.

As a result, the retaining part is pressed by the inner wall of the duct and the outer periphery of the cylindrical part of the ventilation hood, and the force that prevents the ventilation hood from moving easily increases by a factor of the number of the retaining part, so the ventilation hood is firmly fixed to the duct. it can.

Further, the retaining portion has a configuration provided at equal intervals in the cylindrical portion.

Thereby, the force which suppresses that a retaining part is pressed by the inner peripheral wall of a duct and the cylindrical part outer periphery of a ventilation hood, and a ventilation hood moves easily is applied equally from any direction of the circumferential direction of a ventilation hood. For this reason, it is possible to suppress an unstable state of being easy to move with respect to a force from a specific direction, and to always work with a constant force when rotating the ventilation hood.

Moreover, the latching | locking part is set as the structure provided with two or more corresponding to the said securing part.

With this configuration, even if force is applied in the direction in which the ventilation hood is removed from the duct (the removal direction and the counter-rotation direction), the ventilation hood is more firmly fixed to the duct by the engagement force between the multiple retaining portions and the locking portions. it can.

In addition, the dimensions, materials, shapes, relative arrangements, and the like of the components described in the embodiments or shown in the drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but are merely illustrative examples. Only. Furthermore, the following embodiments can be implemented in combination within a consistent range.
(Embodiment 1)
Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the ventilation hood which concerns on Embodiment 1 of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the ventilation hood 4 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view showing from the inserted state to the locked state of the retaining portion and the locking portion.

The ventilation hood 4 includes a duct 1 and a cover 3.

For example, the duct 1 is provided in a hole 31 penetrating the wall 10 such as a house so that the inside and the outside communicate with each other with the wall 10 interposed therebetween. The duct 1 has a hollow cylindrical shape. When the duct 1 is installed on the wall 10, the outer peripheral wall 32 is tightly held between the holes 31, and the inner peripheral wall 5 constitutes the outer periphery of the air passage space for blowing air. When the duct 1 is installed, for example, the end opening 2 that is an opening at the end of the duct 1 is positioned on the same plane as the wall surface 33 of the wall 10. The duct 1 includes a locking portion 6 in the vicinity of the end opening 2.

The locking portion 6 protrudes from the inner peripheral wall 5 toward the central axis of the duct 1 in a circular shape with the same thickness as the wall surface of the duct 1, for example. Here, the thickness of the wall surface is a distance between the outer peripheral wall 32 and the inner peripheral wall 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the locking portions 6 are arranged at regular intervals on the same circumference, that is, every 120 degrees, in a cross-sectional view perpendicular to the air blowing direction of the duct 1 (second view in FIG. 2). Are arranged. However, the number of the locking portions 6 may be one. The angle α formed between the circumferential ends of the locking portion 6 and the central axis is, for example, about 5 to 60 degrees. The locking portion 6 is arranged so that one end thereof is flush with the wall surface 33, that is, coincides with the end opening 2. The other end of the locking portion 6 is located at a certain distance from the end opening 2 of the duct 1 in the internal direction of the duct 1 (the insertion direction described later). Here, the fixed distance is a distance having a specific relationship with a later-described retaining portion, but details will be described later.

The cover 3 includes a cylindrical portion 7 and a duct cover portion 34.

The cylindrical portion 7 has a hollow cylindrical shape, and the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 7 has a diameter larger than that of an inner peripheral circle (inner peripheral circle 35 in FIG. 2) configured by the inner peripheral surfaces of the plurality of locking portions 6. That is, the cylindrical portion 7 can be inserted into and removed from the duct 1 on the inner peripheral side of the duct 1. The cylindrical portion 7 has a flange 37 that extends in the outer peripheral direction at the duct cover side opening 36. The cylindrical portion 7 includes a retaining portion 9.

The retaining portion 9 protrudes from the outer peripheral wall 8 of the cylindrical portion 7 in the outer peripheral direction, and restricts movement of the cylindrical portion 7 in the removal direction by engaging with the locking portion 6 during installation. The retaining portions 9 are provided in the same number as the retaining portions 6 and corresponding to the positions of the retaining portions 6. The retaining portion 9 includes a cylindrical fixing portion 16 that is fixed to the cylindrical portion 7 on the front side 15 in the direction in which the cover 3 is inserted into the duct 1, that is, the insertion direction R, and the cylindrical portion 7 on the rear side 17 in the insertion direction R. To the cylindrical fixing portion 16 and a return portion 18 that rises to the outer peripheral side. The details of the engagement between the retaining portion 9 and the locking portion 6 will be described later.

In the separated state in which the cylindrical portion 7 is not inserted into the duct 1, the return portion 18 has a diameter that is larger than the inner diameter of the duct 1, that is, outside the inner diameter of the duct 1. Has spread.

The duct cover part 34 is integrated with the cylindrical part 7 by, for example, riveting to the flange 37 of the cylindrical part 7. The duct cover part 34 is a hollow rectangle in a sectional view, and one end communicates with the internal space of the cylindrical part 7 and the other end is open to the outside. Here, the outside means outdoors or indoors. In FIG. 1, the duct cover portion 34 has a structure in which the other end is opened downward to prevent rain from entering. That is, the duct cover part 34 functions as a cover that prevents inflow of rain and wind into the duct 1.

The above is the configuration of the ventilation hood 4.

Next, a procedure for inserting the cover 3 into the duct 1, that is, setting the installation state will be described with reference to FIGS. 2, 3, and 4. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a locking state between the retaining portion and the locking portion, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a fixed state of the ventilation hood 4.

In the above configuration, when the ventilation hood 4 is fixed to the wall 10 on which the duct 1 is installed, first, the central axis of the cylindrical portion 7 and the central axis of the duct 1 are matched. At this time, the retaining portion 9 provided in the cylindrical portion 7 and the locking portion 6 provided in the duct 1 are placed at different positions on the cross section perpendicular to the central axis, that is, on the circumference (third in FIG. 2). Figure). In such a state, the cylindrical portion 7 is inserted in the insertion direction R as shown in FIG. At this time, the retaining portion 9 (return portion 18) is pressed by the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1 and the outer peripheral wall 8 of the cylindrical portion 7 of the ventilation hood 4 to prevent the ventilation hood 4 from easily moving in the removal direction J side. To do.

When the cylindrical portion 7 is inserted into the duct 1, the duct cover portion 34 or the flange 37 comes into contact with the wall surface 33 or the end opening 2, and further insertion is restricted. In this state, the end portion on the rear side 17 in the insertion direction R of the return portion 18 is inserted to a position 38 that does not compete with the other end of the locking portion 6 in the circumferential direction. That is, this non-competing position 38 is the above-mentioned “distance having a specific relationship with the retaining portion”.

The retaining portion 9 (return portion 18) and the locking portion 6 do not compete with each other in the circumferential direction, the cylindrical portion 7 and the duct 1 are both circular, and the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 7 is the outermost portion of the duct 1. Since the diameter is smaller than the inner periphery (end portion on the inner periphery side of the locking portion 6), the cylindrical portion 7 is rotatable in the duct 1 (rotating structure).

In this state, by rotating the cylindrical portion 7 clockwise or counterclockwise (counterclockwise in FIG. 2), the locking portion 6 and the retaining portion 9 are at the same position on the circumference, that is, the restriction. (4th figure in FIG. 2, and FIG. 3).

As described above, when the engaging portion 6 of the duct 1 and the retaining portion 9 of the ventilation hood 4 are engaged, even if a force in the removal direction J is applied to the ventilation hood 4, the duct 1 can be removed from the duct 1. Can be prevented. For this reason, the ventilation hood 4 can be fixed to the wall 10 without using a screw.

In addition, since fixing without the need for screws is required, when the ventilation hood 4 is fixed, tools such as a screwdriver are not required, so that construction can be easily performed.

Further, the return portion 18 of the retaining portion 9 is pressed by the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1 and the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 7, and suppresses easy movement of the cylindrical portion 7. For example, if the retaining portion 9 has an elastic force such as spring steel, a stronger pressing force is applied to the retaining portion 9 and a strong holding force can be obtained. Further, even if the duct has a slightly different inner diameter, the return portion 18 is pressed by the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1, so that the cylindrical portion 7 is fixed to the duct having a different diameter by absorbing the difference in the inner diameter. Is possible.
In addition, although each of the locking portion 6 and the retaining portion 9 functions, even if a plurality of the retaining portions 6 and the retaining portions 9 are provided, even if a force is applied in the removal direction J of the cylindrical portion 7, the plurality of retaining portions 9 and the retaining portions 6 The cylindrical portion 7 can be more firmly fixed to the wall by the engaging force.

5 shows a state in which the duct cover portion 34 is inserted into the duct 1 at different positions on the circumference of the locking portion 6 and the retaining portion 9. And the right figure of FIG. 5 is the state attitude | position which rotated the duct cover part 34 so that the latching | locking part 6 and the retaining part 9 may become the same position on the circumference. Since the duct cover portion 34 can have various shapes, the outer periphery of the duct cover portion 34 indicates the inclination of the duct cover portion 34.

In this way, at least one of the locking portions 6 is positioned at the upper part on the circumference. And also in the duct cover part 34, the securing part 9 is located in the upper part in the normal position after arrangement | positioning. As a result, whether or not the duct cover portion 34 has been rotated after being inserted can be confirmed by the posture of the ventilation hood 4 (duct cover portion 34) being in the correct position. Can be easily confirmed.

The retaining portion 9 may be configured integrally with the cylindrical portion 7. In addition, the retaining portion 9 is not necessarily divided into the cylindrical fixing portion 16 and the return portion 18, and may be any member that protrudes from the outer peripheral wall 8 in the outer peripheral direction and engages with the locking portion 6.
(Embodiment 2)
Next, a ventilation hood according to Embodiment 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. Note that in the second embodiment, differences from the above embodiment will be described. Here, FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the ventilation hood according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the locking position of the retaining portion according to the second embodiment.

In the present embodiment, the locking portion 6 b includes a drop restricting portion 11 and a rotation restricting portion 12.

The removal restricting portion 11 has the same shape as the locking portion 6 in the first embodiment, that is, restricts movement of the retaining portion 9 in the removal direction J.

The rotation restricting portion 12 is a rod-like protrusion that extends further inward along the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1 from the front end portion in the rotation direction K of the drop restricting portion 11. The rotation restricting portion 12 restricts the movement of the retaining portion 9 in the rotation direction K.

That is, in the present embodiment, the locking portion 6b has an L shape. With this shape, the removal restricting portion 11 restricts the movement of the retaining portion 9 in the removal direction J from the restriction position (the removal direction restriction position 13) in the removal direction, as shown in FIG. The restricting portion 12 is configured to restrict the rotation of the retaining portion 9 in the rotational direction K from the restricting position in the rotational direction (the rotational direction restricting position 14).

In the above configuration, when the cylindrical portion 7 is fixed to the wall 10 on which the duct 1 is installed, the retaining portion 9 and the engaging portion 6 of the duct 1 are inserted into the cylindrical portion 7 at different positions on the circumference. Thereafter, the cylindrical portion 7 is rotated in a direction in which the retaining portion 9 faces the rotation restricting portion 12. At this time, the retaining portion 9 is carried out until it comes into contact with the rotation restricting portion 12 of the duct 1. In this state, the retaining portion 9 and the engaging portion 6 are at the same position on the circumference, and the work for installing the ventilation hood 4 on the wall 10 is completed.

In this way, the ventilation hood 4 can be fixed to the wall 10 without using screws. Further, in the operation of positioning the retaining portion 9 and the locking portion 6 at the restriction position, the rotation of the retaining portion 9 is restricted by the rotation restricting portion 12 during the operation of rotating the cylindrical portion 7. In other words, the operator can easily recognize that he / she is located at the restriction position because the operator knows that he / she is in the restriction position based on the touching feeling.
(Embodiment 3)
Subsequently, a ventilation hood according to Embodiment 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8, 9, 10, and 11. Note that in the third embodiment, differences from the above embodiment will be described. 8 is a diagram showing the shape of the retaining portion according to the present embodiment, FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing the state of the retaining portion and the locking portion according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 10 is the present embodiment. The figure which shows the shape of the securing part which concerns on this form, FIG. 11: is a perspective view which shows the relationship between the securing part which concerns on this Embodiment, and a latching | locking part.

In the present embodiment, the retaining portion 9 c includes a wedge portion 20.

As shown in FIG. 8, the wedge portion 20 has an acute angle with the tip sharply pointed with respect to the removal direction J and an acute angle with respect to the insertion direction R toward the return portion 18 side of the retaining portion 9 c. No, ie, it has a triangular shape. That is, the wedge portion 20 can suppress the movement of the cylindrical portion 7 in the removal direction J as compared with the movement of the cylindrical portion 7 in the insertion direction R due to the acute angle direction.

In the above configuration, even if a force is applied to the cylindrical portion 7 in the removal direction J, the tip of the wedge portion 20 is caught by the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1 as shown in FIG. It is possible to suppress movement in the removal direction J. On the other hand, when the cylindrical portion 7 is inserted into the duct 1, since there is no acute angle with respect to the insertion direction R, the hooking force of the wedge portion 20 on the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1 is small and a large force is required. Can be inserted without any failure.

The wedge portion 20 may be provided with an acute angle inclined by about 45 degrees with respect to the direction shown in FIG. 8, that is, with respect to the insertion / extraction direction, in the direction opposite to the rotation direction, that is, in the counter-rotation direction (FIG. 10). That is, the rotation of the cylindrical portion 7 in the counter-rotating direction P is suppressed as compared with the rotation of the cylindrical portion 7 in the rotating direction K.

In the above configuration, even if a force in the counter-rotation direction P side is applied to the cylindrical portion 7, the wedge portion 20 is caught on the inner peripheral wall 5 of the duct 1, so that the anti-rotation direction of the ventilation hood 4 is The movement to P can be suppressed. Of course, the movement in the removal direction J can be suppressed at the same time. In other words, the cylindrical portion 7 can be easily moved to the restricting position. However, when the cylindrical portion 7 is separated from the restricting position again, it cannot be easily performed because the rotation and movement are suppressed. As a result, it can be firmly fixed. Of course, it is needless to say that a plurality of locking portions and retaining portions are provided, so that they are more firmly fixed.

The ventilation hood according to the present invention has an effect that the ventilation hood can be fixed in a short time without using a screw or a tool, and is useful as a ventilation hood installed on an outer wall of a building or the like.
