Claims (9)
- 紡糸素材の粘調体を吐出する紡糸口と、該紡糸口からの吐出物が繊維化される紡糸空間と、該紡糸空間で繊維化された該吐出物を捕集する捕集器とを具備する紡糸設備による紡糸工程の正常性を検査する、紡糸工程の検査方法であって、
前記紡糸空間に前記紡糸口からの吐出物を採取する採取手段を挿入して、該採取手段に該吐出物を付着させ、その付着物の物性を測定する、紡糸工程の検査方法。 - 測定対象たる前記付着物の物性が繊維径である請求項1に記載の紡糸工程の検査方法。
- 前記付着物が平均繊維径50μm以下の繊維である請求項1又は2に記載の紡糸工程の検査方法。
- 前記紡糸空間における、前記紡糸口から10mm以上離間し且つ該紡糸口から90mm以内の領域に、前記採取手段を挿入する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の紡糸工程の検査方法。
- 前記紡糸設備が前記紡糸口を複数具備しており、その複数の紡糸口それぞれと前記採取手段との距離が均一になるように、前記紡糸空間に該採取手段を挿入する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の紡糸工程の検査方法。
- 前記紡糸設備が前記紡糸口を複数具備しており、その複数の紡糸口それぞれと前記採取手段との距離が均一にならないように、前記紡糸空間に該採取手段を挿入する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の紡糸工程の検査方法。
- 前記採取手段は、複数の前記紡糸口に対向配置され、前記吐出物が付着する採取部を有し、該採取部が屈曲部又は湾曲部を有する請求項6に記載の紡糸工程の検査方法。
- 前記採取手段は、複数の前記紡糸口に対向配置され、前記吐出物が付着する採取部を有し、該採取部がメッシュ状である請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の紡糸工程の検査方法。
- 前記採取手段は、複数の前記紡糸口に対向配置され、前記吐出物が付着する採取部を有し、該採取部が棒状である請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の紡糸工程の検査方法。
