Claims (25)
- 構成要素上にフランジを形成する装置であって、
上に前記構成要素を配設するために配置された金型と、
第1の部分を有する前記構成要素を保持するように組み立てられた形成器具であって、前記第1の部分を受け入れるための空間を前記金型との間に画定するように構成された形成器具と、
前記金型内に画定された段差内に配置された管状の内袋であって、前記内袋が膨張したとき、前記空間内へ延びる前記第1の部分に形成力を与えて前記構成要素上に前記フランジを形成するように構成された管状の内袋と
を備え、
前記内袋が、前記内袋の長手方向の寸法に沿って、その横断面の周りに不均一な壁厚さを有する、装置。 - 前記構成要素が複合材料を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記構成要素が、1つまたは複数の繊維および1つまたは複数の樹脂を含む、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記構成要素が、円筒形の構成要素を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記円筒形の構成要素が、金型の周囲面の周りに配置される、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記内袋が、前記金型と前記空間内へ延びる前記構成要素の前記第1の部分との間に位置決めされるように、前記段差内に配置される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記内袋が軸対称であり、前記金型の周りに配置される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記内袋の前記横断面が、膨張時に前記空間と共形になるように構成される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記構成要素の第2の部分が、前記形成器具によって前記金型上で動かないように保持される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記形成器具の一部分が、前記段差を部分的に横切って延びる、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記形成器具が、形成力に反応して前記フランジの形成を容易にするように構成される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 構成要素上にフランジを形成する方法であって、
段差を画定する金型上に前記構成要素を配設するステップと、
前記金型と前記構成要素との間に位置決めされるように、前記段差内に管状の内袋を配設するステップであり、前記内袋が、前記内袋の長手方向の寸法に沿ってその横断面の周りに不均一な壁厚さを有する、配設するステップと、
前記構成要素を保持するように形成器具を組み立てるステップであり、前記構成要素の第1の部分が前記金型と前記形成器具との間に画定された空間内へ延びる、組み立てるステップと、
前記構成要素の前記第1の部分に形成力を与え、前記構成要素上に前記フランジを形成するために、前記内袋を膨張させるステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記金型上に前記構成要素を配設する前に、前記段差内に支持構造を提供するステップをさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記金型上に前記構成要素を配設した後で、前記支持構造を除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素が複合材料を含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記複合材料が、1つまたは複数の繊維および1つまたは複数の樹脂を含む、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数の繊維が、前記1つまたは複数の樹脂に事前に含浸される、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記金型上に前記構成要素を配設するステップが、プリプレグ状の前記構成要素を配設することを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記形成器具を組み立てるステップが、前記構成要素の第2の部分が前記金型上で動かずに維持されるように前記構成要素の第2の部分を保持することをさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記内袋を膨張させる前に、前記構成要素を摂氏約30度から摂氏約90度の範囲内の温度まで加熱するステップをさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記内袋を膨張させて前記構成要素上に前記フランジを形成した後、前記構成要素を硬化させるステップをさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記内袋の膨張前または前記内袋の膨張中に、前記構成要素を硬化させて、前記構成要素上に前記フランジを形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記内袋を膨張させるステップが、前記空間と共形になるように前記内袋を膨張させることを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記内袋を膨張させるステップが、前記構成要素の前記第1の部分上に均一の圧力を提供することを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記内袋を膨張させるステップが、前記構成要素の前記第1の部分上の複数の箇所に不均一な圧力を提供して、前記第1の部分を所望の形状に変形させることを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
