Description

Claims (21)
- 三次元(3D)プリンタの材料管理ステーションに使用するための構築材料供給源容器であって、
構築材料を保持するための実質的に密閉された空間を形成し、非導電性材料から形成されて、上面および底部を有する外側補強構造体と、
構築材料が前記実質的に密閉された空間に対して進入および退出するためのアパーチャを有する出口構造体であって、前記出口構造体は、導電性材料から形成され、前記構築材料供給源容器内で生じた静電気を放電するために接地に接続可能であり、前記出口構造体は、空気圧によって前記構築材料供給源容器から構築材料を取り出すための接続ユニットに接続可能であり、前記外側補強構造体の上面に位置する、出口構造体とを含み、
前記構築材料供給源容器は、導電性材料を含む内側管を受容するように構成され、前記内側管が、前記実質的に密閉された空間の中へ、前記出口構造体の前記アパーチャから前記外側補強構造体の前記底部まで延び、前記出口構造体と電気連絡するようになっている、構築材料供給源容器。 - 前記出口構造体が、前記接続ユニットの第1の端部部分に結合するためのアダプターを含み、前記アダプターは、前記接続ユニットに接続された場合に、前記内側管からの静電放電経路の一部を形成する、請求項1に記載の構築材料供給源容器。

前記第1及び第2の導電インタコネクタの少なくとも一方が、前記接続ユニットの前記第1の端部部分に前記アダプターを接続するために前記第1及び第2の導電インタコネクタの他方に磁気的に結合するために磁性を持っている、請求項16、17、及び請求項16に直接的に又は間接的に従属する請求項18の何れか1項に記載の構築材料供給源容器。 - 前記外側補強構造体の底部が、傾斜した収束する壁により形成されたじょうご形を含む、請求項15〜19の何れか1項に記載の構築材料供給源容器。
- 前記内側管が、前記じょうご形の底部と接触する端部部分を含み、前記端部部分は、構築材料が前記外側補強構造体から前記内側管へ入ることができる吸引開口を含む、請求項20に記載の構築材料供給源容器。
