Description
回路ブレーカが「オフ」であり、または接触子がオン位置(トリップかオフに切り替えられるかに係らず)にあるとき、直列抵抗(センスネットワーク)を有する電圧源(マイクロプロセッサとトーテムポールドライブ)からの容量結合(C_iso)パルスを負荷へ印加し、負荷電圧降下(センスネットワーク電気抵抗からマイクロプロセッサ入力)を検出する。容量結合は、低周波数においてパルス源と負荷との間の離隔を供給するとともに、テストパルスのリーディングエッジへ高周波数パスを供給する。操作中に、短絡をパルスのリーディングエッジでの低い電圧降下として検出してもよい。順に複数対のラインをテストしてあらゆる可能な短絡パスをカバーしてもよい。しかし、ブレーカがオンにされまたは接触子が閉位置にあるとき、当該短絡検出システムは、無効となる。回路ブレーカがオフ又はトリップ位置にあるときに短絡が検出されると、回路ブレーカは、ブロックされ、またはオンや閉鎖を禁止され、且つ状態を提示するアラートや指示をユーザに供給する。
Claims (14)
- 回路ブレーカであって、
電源に結合されるライン接続部と、
負荷に結合される負荷接続部と、
閉状態と開状態とに対応する、互いに相対移動可能な第1接触子及び第2接触子と、
前記ライン接続部と前記負荷接続部との間に結合される過電流保護回路と、
電流測定結果に関連しない障害信号を前記負荷から受信する制御回路と、を備え、
前記過電流保護回路は、測定された電流が閾値を超えるとき、故障状況が存在すると特定し、前記第1接触子及び第2接触子を前記開状態に移行させ、
前記制御回路は、前記障害信号を前記負荷から受信したとき、前記第1接触子及び第2接触子を前記開状態に移行させることを特徴とする回路ブレーカ。 - ネットワーク接続を介して前記回路ブレーカに結合される遠隔モニタリング機器を更に備え、
前記回路ブレーカは、前記障害信号を受信したとき、警報を発生し、
前記警報は、前記遠隔モニタリング機器へ伝送されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路ブレーカ。 - 前記障害信号は、前記負荷を前記負荷接続部に接続する電力ケーブルを介して前記回路ブレーカへ伝送されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路ブレーカ。
- 前記障害信号は、前記負荷と前記回路ブレーカとの間のイーサネット接続を介して前記回路ブレーカへ伝送されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路ブレーカ。
- 前記制御回路は、前記負荷接続部に結合され、且つ、信号値が記憶される記憶装置を備え、
前記第1接触子及び第2接触子が前記開状態であるとき、前記制御回路は、前記負荷接続部へテスト信号を伝送して、前記負荷接続部から測定された信号値を取得し、
前記制御回路は、前記測定された信号値を記憶装置における前記記憶される信号値と比較し、前記測定された信号値が閾値を超える場合に、前記第1接触子及び第2接触子を開状態に維持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路ブレーカ。 - 前記制御回路は、前記測定された信号値が前記閾値を超える場合に、ネットワーク接続を介して伝送される警報を生成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路ブレーカ。
- 前記測定された信号値は、電気抵抗測定結果を含み、前記閾値は、電気抵抗値を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路ブレーカ。
- ネットワーク接続を介して前記回路ブレーカに結合される遠隔モニタリング機器を更に備え、
前記制御回路は、状態信号を前記遠隔モニタリング機器へ伝送し、
前記遠隔モニタリング機器は、閾値時間帯が経過しても前記遠隔モニタリング機器へ送信される状態信号がない場合に、前記回路ブレーカに関する警報を生成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路ブレーカ。 - ネットワーク接続を介して前記回路ブレーカに結合される遠隔モニタリング機器を更に備え、
前記制御回路は、前記測定された信号値を前記遠隔モニタリング機器へ伝送することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路ブレーカ。 - ネットワーク接続を介して前記回路ブレーカに結合される遠隔モニタリング機器と、
メモリ記憶機能をオンにするメモリ機構と、を更に備え、
前記メモリ機構は、前記回路ブレーカが前記開状態に設定されたとき、前記負荷の電気信号パラメータが測定されるように、活性化されて負荷パラメータ信号を前記負荷へ伝送し、
前記信号値は、測定された前記電気信号パラメータを、前記記憶装置に記憶されるパラメータ信号データとして含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路ブレーカ。 - 前記測定された信号値は、記憶されている測定後の電気信号パラメータと比較され、
前記制御回路は、前記測定された信号値が前記パラメータ信号データから所定の閾値だけオフセットした場合に、偏差データを生成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回路ブレーカ。 - 前記回路ブレーカは、測定されたテスト信号の偏差データに基づいて、警報状況を発生することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の回路ブレーカ。
- 前記回路ブレーカは、前記警報状況がある限り、前記第1接触子及び第2接触子のリセットを禁止することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の回路ブレーカ。
- 前記テスト信号は、周期的に伝送されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路ブレーカ。
