Description
The present invention relates to a lid material for a wet tissue packaging material, a wet tissue packaging material, and a wet tissue packaging product.
Wet tissues are generally sold in a container or packaging material in order to prevent evaporation of the impregnated liquid. In recent years, since it is easy to carry, many products are sold in a state of being housed in a film packaging material. Generally, an adhesive sheet which can be repeatedly peeled off is attached as a lid to the take-out portion of the tissue of the film packaging material of the wet tissue.
As an adhesive sheet used as such a lid material, for example, in
However, an adhesive sheet used as a lid material for a packaging material for a wet tissue may be deformed through sticking and peeling. In particular, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is peeled off from the packaging material of the wet tissue, there are problems that the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has fine wrinkles or curls. If the adhesive sheet used as the lid material has wrinkles or curls, the adhesiveness between the adhesive sheet and the packaging material as the adherend is impaired, and the components of the wet tissue easily leak out of the packaging material. Further, if the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has wrinkles, wrinkles may be a starting point during peeling, which may cause an unpleasant peeling sound.
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lid material for a packaging material for a wet tissue, which is resistant to deformation. Moreover, it aims at providing the packaging material of a wet tissue and the packaging product of a wet tissue provided with the material for the lid of the packaging material of the said wet tissue.

The foamed resin film is a porous resin film, and examples thereof include those obtained by extruding and foaming a resin, and those obtained by molding a resin composition in which gas is dispersed. Examples of the foamed resin film include a foamed polyester film, a foamed polyethylene terephthalate film, a foamed polypropylene film, a foamed polyethylene film, and a foamed polystyrene film.
The resin film having fine pores is a porous resin film and is manufactured by using a synthetic resin as a main raw material. Here, the main raw material means a raw material of 50% by mass or more based on the total raw material of the synthetic paper. Examples of the fine pores of the synthetic paper include fine pores generated in the stretching step. For example, when a synthetic resin containing a filler is stretched, fine cavities are formed around the filler to give a white paper-like texture. Specific examples of synthetic paper having fine pores include Yupo (registered trademark) (Yupo Corporation), Crisper (registered trademark) (Toyobo Co., Ltd.), NCOAT (registered trademark) (Nakamoto Pax Co., Ltd.) and the like. Those which can be exemplified and have properties equivalent to these are included in the synthetic paper having fine pores.

Although each embodiment of the lid material has been described above, the lid material of the present invention is not limited to the lid material described above.
[Method of manufacturing lid material for wet tissue packaging material]
As an example of a method for manufacturing the lid material, first, a method for manufacturing the

(Confirmation of deformation of lid material)
The lid materials produced in the examples and comparative examples were attached to a packaging material, accelerated under moist heat conditions, and then checked for occurrence of wrinkles and curls in the lid material peeled from the packaging material. As a packaging material, a polyethylene terephthalate film (Lumirror T-60, Toray Industries, Inc.) having a thickness of 50 μm was used. A test piece of 5 cm x 8 cm was cut out from the created lid material, attached to an adherend, promoted in an environment of 60°C and 95% RH, and allowed to stand for 1 day in an environment of 23°C and 50% RH, and then a lid. The lid material was peeled from the packaging material by pinching one short side of the edge of the material. Then, it was confirmed whether wrinkles and curls were generated in the lid material.
When wrinkles were observed in the lid material after peeling, wrinkles after peeling were evaluated as “present”, and when no wrinkles were observed, wrinkles after peeling were evaluated as “absent”. The curl was evaluated on a scale of 5 from "1" to "5" based on the size of the curl. The larger the value, the smaller the curl size and the smaller the degree of deformation.
The results are shown in Table 1. In the lid materials of Comparative Examples 1 and 2, wrinkles were observed in the lid material after peeling, whereas in the lid materials of Examples 1 to 10, no wrinkle was observed in the lid material after peeling. It was
The wrinkles generated in Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 occurred in the base film, and were formed on the entire base film in the portion where the wrinkles were peeled off. This wrinkle was very fine, and the width of the unevenness for one wrinkle was about 300 μm.
The degree of curling after peeling observed in the lid materials of Examples 1 to 10 was smaller than that of the lid materials of Comparative Examples 1 and 2.
Thus, the lid materials of Examples 1 to 10 were less likely to be deformed than the lid materials of Comparative Examples 1 and 2.
