Description
The present invention relates to automobiles.
Conventionally, an automobile of this type includes an engine and a motor connected to a crankshaft of the engine. When the engine is cranked by the motor to start the engine, first, the torque of the motor is used for cranking the engine. Proposed is to set the first torque and then switch the motor torque to the second torque that is smaller than the first torque when the engine speed is equal to or higher than the predetermined speed and the crank angle of the engine is within the predetermined range. (For example, see Patent Document 1). In this vehicle, the vibration when starting the engine is reduced by setting the predetermined range to the range including the timing when any cylinder of the engine reaches the expansion stroke.
In addition, in an internal combustion engine including an intake valve, an intake valve valve mechanism, an exhaust valve, and an exhaust valve valve mechanism, each valve mechanism includes an intake valve or an exhaust valve (hereinafter, simply referred to as “valve”). Said), a rocker arm for actuating the valve in the opening direction with the rotation of the camshaft, a hydraulic lash adjuster (HLA) for filling the clearance between the rocker arm and the valve, There is also proposed one having (for example, refer to Patent Document 2).
In the former vehicle described above, when the latter valve operating mechanism for the intake valve or exhaust valve operating mechanism of the internal combustion engine is used, the maximum cylinder pressure (maximum compression torque) of the engine depends on the degree of leak down of the hydraulic lash adjuster. Is relatively large, and when the engine is cranked by the motor, particularly when the torque from the motor is switched from the first torque to the second torque, vibration may be relatively large.
The main object of the automobile of the present invention is to further suppress the increase in vibration when cranking the engine by the motor.
The vehicle of the present invention employs the following means in order to achieve the above-mentioned main object.

The automobile of the present invention is
An engine having an intake valve, an intake valve operating mechanism, an exhaust valve, and an exhaust valve operating mechanism;
A motor connected to the crankshaft of the engine,
When the engine is cranked and started by the motor, the motor is controlled so that a predetermined torque is output from the motor, and the rotation speed of the engine is equal to or higher than a predetermined rotation speed and the crank angle of the engine. When a condition that is within the crank angle range is satisfied, a control device that controls the motor so that the torque from the motor decreases from the predetermined torque,
Equipped with
The intake valve operating mechanism and the exhaust valve operating mechanism respectively include a valve spring that biases a corresponding valve, which is a corresponding valve of the intake valve and the exhaust valve, in a closing direction, and a rotation of a camshaft. A rocker arm for actuating the corresponding valve in the opening direction according to, and a hydraulic lash adjuster for filling the clearance between the rocker arm and the corresponding valve.
A car,
The control device changes the crank angle range according to the degree of leak down of the hydraulic lash adjuster,
That is the summary.
In the vehicle of the present invention, when the engine is cranked and started by the motor, the motor is controlled so that a predetermined torque is output from the motor, and the engine rotation speed is equal to or higher than the predetermined rotation speed and the engine crank. When the condition that the angle is within the crank angle range is satisfied, the motor is controlled so that the torque from the motor decreases from the predetermined torque. In such control, the crank angle range is changed according to the degree of leak down of the hydraulic lash adjuster. As a result, the crank angle range can be adjusted according to the degree of leak down of the hydraulic lash adjuster. Therefore, when cranking the engine, particularly when the torque from the motor starts to decrease from the predetermined torque, the vibration is large. Can be further suppressed.
In the vehicle of the present invention as described above, the control device may narrow the crank angle range when the degree of leak down is large compared to when the degree of leak down is small. When the degree of leak down is large, the maximum in-cylinder pressure (maximum compression torque) of the engine when cranking the engine is likely to be large. Therefore, by setting the crank angle range in this way, engine vibration increases. Can be suppressed more appropriately.
Further, in the vehicle of the present invention, the control device may estimate the degree of leak down so that the engine shutdown time is longer when the engine stop time is longer than when the engine stop time is short. Further, the control device may estimate the degree of leak down so that when the oil pressure of the engine is low, it becomes larger than when it is high. Further, the control device may estimate the leak down degree such that when the time from the cranking start of the engine to the rotation speed of the engine reaches the predetermined rotation speed is long, it is larger than when it is short. Good. In addition, the control device causes the leak to be larger when the maximum in-cylinder pressure of the engine during the period from the start of cranking of the engine until the rotational speed of the engine reaches the predetermined rotational speed is larger than when the maximum in-cylinder pressure is small. The degree of down may be estimated. From these, the degree of leak down can be estimated.
In the vehicle of the present invention, the control device may not change the crank angle range when the intake air temperature of the engine is a predetermined temperature or higher and/or when the intake pressure of the engine is a predetermined pressure or lower. When the intake air temperature is high or the intake air pressure is low, the air density is low, so it is considered that the maximum in-cylinder pressure (maximum compression torque) of the engine when cranking the engine is unlikely to increase and the vibration is unlikely to increase. Therefore, by not changing the crank angle range, it is possible to suppress unnecessary changes.
In the vehicle of the present invention, the control device may not change the crank angle range when the vehicle speed is equal to or higher than a predetermined vehicle speed. When the vehicle speed is high, the road noise is large, and it is considered that the driver is less likely to feel the vibration when cranking the engine. Therefore, by not changing the crank angle range, it is possible to suppress unnecessary changes.
In the vehicle of the present invention, the control device may not change the crank angle range when the accelerator opening is equal to or larger than a predetermined opening. Further, the control device may not change the crank angle range when the rate of increase, which is the amount of increase in the accelerator opening per unit time, is equal to or greater than a predetermined rate of increase. Further, the control device may not change the crank angle range when the amount of increase in the accelerator opening is equal to or larger than a predetermined amount. When the accelerator opening, the rate of increase in the accelerator opening, or the amount of increase in the accelerator opening is large, it is considered that the driver is less likely to feel vibration when cranking the engine because the driver requests acceleration. Is. Therefore, by not changing the crank angle range, it is possible to suppress unnecessary changes.

When the data is thus input, the required torque Td* required for traveling (required by the drive shaft 36) is set based on the input accelerator opening Acc and the vehicle speed V (step S110), and the

When the torque commands Tm1*, Tm2* for the motors MG1, MG2 are set in this manner, the set torque commands Tm1*, Tm2* for the motors MG1, MG2 are transmitted to the motor ECU 40 (step S140). Upon receiving the torque commands Tm1* and Tm2* for the motors MG1 and MG2, the

When the cranking torque setting routine is executed, the
Subsequently, the rotation speed Ne and the crank angle θcr of the
When the rotation speed Ne and the crank angle θcr of the
When the rotational speed condition and the crank angle condition are both satisfied by repeatedly executing the processing of steps S210 to S230, the rate value ΔTcr is calculated from the cranking torque set last time (previously Tcr) as shown in the following equation (2). The subtracted value is limited to a value of 0 (lower limit guard) to set the cranking torque Tcr (step S240), and it is determined whether the

Next, the process of setting the crank angle ranges θcr1 and θcr2 used in the process of step S230 of the cranking torque setting routine of FIG. 5 will be described. FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of a crank angle range setting routine executed by the
When the crank angle range setting routine is executed, the
When the data is input in this manner, the degree of leak down (oil leakage) Ld of the intake side
Subsequently, the crank angle basic range θcr1a to θcr2a is corrected (changed) using the leak down degree Ld of the intake side

In the
When the crank angle range setting routine of FIG. 7 is executed, the
In the crank angle range setting routine of FIG. 7, when the intake air temperature Ta is higher than the threshold value Taref or the intake pressure Pa is less than the threshold value Paref, the crank angle ranges θcr1 to θcr2 are not changed from the basic crank angle ranges θcr1a to θcr2a. did. However, based on the degree of leak down Ld, the crank angle basic range θcr1a to θcr2a is changed so that the amount of change from the crank angle basic range θcr1a to θcr2a is smaller than that when the intake temperature Ta is equal to or lower than the threshold value Taref and the intake pressure Pa is equal to or higher than the threshold value Paref. The crank angle ranges θcr1 and θcr2 may be set by correcting θcr1a to θcr2a.
However, only one of the intake air temperature Ta and the intake pressure Pa may be used (considered). Further, the outside air temperature may be used instead of the intake air temperature Ta.
When the crank angle range setting routine of FIG. 8 is executed, the
In the crank angle range setting routine of FIG. 8, when the vehicle speed V is higher than the threshold value Vref, the crank angle ranges θcr1 to θcr2 are not changed from the crank angle basic ranges θcr1a to θcr2a. However, based on the degree of leak down Ld, the crank angle basic ranges θcr1a to θcr2a are corrected so that the amount of change from the crank angle basic ranges θcr1a to θcr2a is smaller than when the vehicle speed V is equal to or lower than the threshold value Vref, and the crank angle is corrected. The ranges θcr1 and θcr2 may be set.
In the crank angle range setting routine of FIG. 8, when the vehicle speed V is higher than the threshold value Vref, the crank angle ranges θcr1 to θcr2 are not changed from the crank angle basic ranges θcr1a to θcr2a. However, instead of or in addition to when the vehicle speed V is greater than the threshold value Vref, when the accelerator opening Acc is equal to or greater than the threshold value Aref, or when the increase rate dAcc, which is the amount of increase in the accelerator opening Acc per unit time, is equal to or greater than the threshold value dAref. At this time, the crank angle ranges θcr1 to θcr2 may not be changed from the crank angle basic ranges θcr1a to θcr2a even when the increase amount ΔAcc of the accelerator opening degree Acc is equal to or larger than the threshold value ΔAref. Here, the threshold value Aref, the threshold value dAref, and the threshold value ΔAref are processes for determining whether or not the vibration when cranking the
