Claims (11)
- バッテリパックハウジング(110)と、複数のバッテリセル(400)を受ける少なくとも1つのセルホルダ(600)と、バッテリパック電子回路(800)と、を有する、手持ち式工作機械(300)のためのバッテリパック(100)において、
前記バッテリパック電子回路(800)が、フレキシブルな少なくとも1つのプリント配線板(812)を有しており、
前記フレキシブルなプリント配線板(812)が、複数の接点手段(840)を有しており、前記複数の接点手段(840)のそれぞれが、前記バッテリセル(400)の個別電圧監視のために、対応する前記バッテリセル(400)と電気的に接続されており、
前記複数の接点手段(840)のうちの少なくとも1つの接点手段(840)が、前記フレキシブルなプリント配線板(812)において舌片状に突出し、塑性変形によって曲げられた接点(842)である
ことを特徴とする、手持ち式工作機械(300)のためのバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記複数の接点手段(840)のうちの2つの接点手段(840)が、前記フレキシブルなプリント配線板(812)において舌片状に突出し、塑性変形によって互いに向き合う状態に曲げられた接点(842)である
請求項1記載のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記セルホルダ(600)が、前記接点(842)が挿入された少なくとも1つの開口(602)を有している
ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記接点(842)の前記開口(602)へ挿入された状態での曲げ変形の角度(φ)が、10°乃至200°の値である
ことを特徴とする、請求項3記載のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記接点(842)の塑性変形された曲げ変形部(843)が、2つの横断面増大部(805)によって挟まれた横断面減少部(803)を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記曲げ変形部(843)が、少なくとも領域的に金属によって構成されており、保護層(804)によって電気的に絶縁されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項5記載のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記接点(842)が、挟み込まれているか、溶接されているか、または、はんだ付けされて、前記バッテリセル(400)と電気的に接続された
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記フレキシブルなプリント配線板(812)が、複数の電気部品を有している
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記フレキシブルなプリント配線板(812)が、少なくとも1つの切欠(816)を有しており、前記セルホルダ(600)が、少なくとも1つの位置決め部材(604)を有しており、前記位置決め部材(604)は、前記切欠(816)に係合する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記フレキシブルなプリント配線板(812)に、抵抗が装着されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック(100)。 - 手持ち式工作機械(300)であって、
ハンドル(315)を備えたハウジング(305)と、該ハウジング(305)内に配置された、機械的なインターフェース(320)を駆動するための駆動モータ(335)と、前記ハウジング(305)内に配置された電子回路(370)と、を有しており、
請求項1から10のいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック(100)が取り付けられている、
