第1の長手軸に沿って延びるボスと、第2の長手軸に沿って延びるハブと、前記ボス及び前記ハブ内に形成され前記第1の長手軸に沿って延びるカニューレと、を有する本体部を含む、ガイドであって、前記第2の長手軸が、前記第1の長手軸と共に角度αを形成する、ガイドと、
を備える、骨リーマ加工システム。 - 前記シャフトが、カニューレを画定し、前記シャフトの前記カニューレが、第1の直径を有する第1の部分と、前記第1の直径より大きい第2の直径を有する第2の部分と、を含む、請求項1に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 骨リーマ加工システムであって、
近位端、遠位端、及び、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に配置された可撓性部分を含む、シャフトと、前記シャフトによって支持された切断要素と、を含む骨リーマと、
第1の長手軸に沿って延びるボスと、第2の長手軸に沿って延びるハブと、前記ボス及び前記ハブ内に形成され前記第1の長手軸に沿って延びるカニューレと、を有する本体部を含む、ガイドと、
を備え、
前記第2の長手軸が、前記第1の長手軸と共に角度αを形成する、骨リーマ加工システム。 - 前記ガイドが、前記本体部によって支持されるフランジ部をさらに含み、前記フランジ部が、前記第2の軸に対して実質的に垂直な方向に広がる第1の表面を含む、請求項3に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 前記フランジ部が、前記第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面を含み、前記第2の表面は、実質的に球形の輪郭を画定する、請求項4に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 前記ハブが、先細りされた外面を含む、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 前記本体部は、前記ハブの周りに配置されたチャネルを含み、前記チャネルが、前記第2の長手軸に対して実質的に平行な方向に延びる、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 前記チャネルが、前記第2の長手軸に対して実質的に垂直な方向に広がる停止面を含む、請求項7に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 前記シャフトが、カニューレを画定する、請求項3〜8のいずれか一項に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 前記カニューレが、第1の直径を有する第1の部分と、前記第1の直径よりも大きい第2の直径を有する第2の部分と、を含む、請求項9に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 前記第2の部分の少なくとも一部が、前記シャフトの可撓性部分と整列されている、請求項10に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 前記切断要素が、前記シャフトと一体的に形成されている、請求項3〜11のいずれか一項に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 前記切断要素が、前記遠位端が切断面からずらされるように前記シャフトの前記遠位端に面する、切断面を含む、請求項3〜12のいずれか一項に記載の骨リーマ加工システム。
- 骨リーマとともに使用されるように構成されたガイドであって、第1の長手軸に沿って延びるボスと、第2の長手軸に沿って延びるハブと、前記ボス及び前記ハブ内に形成され前記第1の長手軸に沿って延びるカニューレと、を有する本体部を含む、ガイドであって、前記第2の長手軸が、前記第1の長手軸と共に角度αを形成する、ガイド。
- 前記本体部によって支持されるフランジ部をさらに含み、前記フランジ部が、前記第2の軸に対して実質的に垂直な方向に広がる第1の表面を含む、請求項14に記載のガイド。
- 前記フランジ部が、前記第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面を含み、前記第2の表面は、実質的に球形の輪郭を画定する、請求項15に記載のガイド。
- 前記ハブが、先細りされた外面を含む、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載のガイド。
