Description
The technique disclosed in the present specification relates to an electric circuit device that transmits a current to an electric circuit component via a bus bar, such as a power conversion device that converts a direct current into an alternating current.
In recent years, an electric circuit device that converts a direct current into an alternating current is required to output a large current. In order to output a large current, for example, the electric circuit device disclosed in
Conventionally, the connection between the high voltage terminal and the bus bar has been performed through a process of assembling the high voltage terminal and the bus bar and then welding the mounting position. Since these steps are performed one by one for each high voltage terminal, there is a problem that it takes time (the number of steps increases) to connect the high voltage terminal and the bus bar. This problem is more noticeable when a plurality of power modules are built in the electric circuit device as in
The electric circuit device disclosed in the present specification includes a first electric circuit component, a second electric circuit component, and a bus bar. The bus bar is electrically connected to the first electric circuit component and the second electric circuit component. The first electric circuit component and the second electric circuit component have a common high-voltage terminal composed of a single member, and the common high-voltage terminal includes the first electric circuit component and the second electric circuit. A bent portion is provided between the parts. The bent portion of the common high-voltage terminal is joined to the bus bar.
In this configuration, two electric circuit parts (first electric circuit part and second electric circuit part) have a common high-voltage terminal composed of a single member, and this common high-voltage terminal is joined to the bus bar. Has been done. Therefore, the two electric circuit components can be simultaneously connected to the bus bar. In other words, with this configuration, the number of man-hours required for connection can be halved as compared with the conventional case where each high-voltage terminal of each electric circuit component is connected to the bus bar. Further, in this configuration, the bent portion of the high voltage terminal that connects the two electric circuit components is connected to the bus bar. Therefore, compared to the conventional case in which the high-voltage terminal is assembled to the bus bar and then connected, high component accuracy and assembly accuracy are not required. Therefore, according to this configuration, the process of connecting the high voltage terminal and the bus bar can be simplified, and the productivity of the electric circuit device can be improved.
Details of the technology disclosed in the present specification and further improvements will be described in the following “Description of Embodiments”.
A. First embodiment:
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a
The
The motor 8 is connected to the main battery 2 via the system main relay 3 and the inverter 4. The inverter 4 is a power converter that converts the DC power of the main battery 2 into AC power suitable for driving the motor 8. The DC power of the main battery 2 is converted by the inverter 4, and the converted AC power is supplied to the motor 8. When the motor 8 functions as a generator, the inverter 4 converts the AC power generated by the motor 8 into DC power suitable for charging the main battery 2. The AC power generated by the motor 8 is converted into DC power by the inverter 4, and the converted DC power is supplied to the main battery 2. The inverter 4 includes an inverter circuit for realizing mutual conversion of DC power and AC power. The inverter circuit is configured by using a plurality of
The

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a configuration of the
The high-
The first
The
The
The second

3 and 4 are views for explaining the joining of the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in each
As described above, in the configuration of the first embodiment, the two electric circuit components, that is, the first
Further, in the configuration of the first embodiment, the bent portion ES of the DC positive electrode branch terminal 132 (high voltage terminal) connecting the two electric circuit components is joined to the
As described above, according to the configuration of the first embodiment, the connection process between the high voltage terminal 130 (DC positive
B. Comparative example:
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a configuration of an
The
When joining the
As described above, when connecting the high-voltage terminal of the electric circuit component to the bus bar, the number of steps required in the first embodiment is half that of the comparative example. Further, in the first embodiment, since the bent portion of the high voltage terminal is joined to the bus bar, the assembling work described in the comparative example can be omitted.
C. Second embodiment:
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the configuration of the
The
In the second embodiment, the flat portion (FIG. 9) of the bent portion ESa of the DC positive
As described above, also in the
D. Third embodiment:
FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the configuration of the
The
In the third embodiment, the
As described above, also in the
例えば、MOSFET(金属酸化物半導体型電界効果トランジスタ)を用いてもよい。
Points to be noted regarding the technique of the embodiment will be described. The
