Claims (6)
- 下地上にプリプレグ・トウを配置する方法であって、前記下地は、前記下地の遷移領域にわたって延びる、ある曲率と曲げ角とを有する曲げ部を含んでおり、当該方法は、
前記遷移領域内において、少なくとも第1湾曲部分と第2湾曲部分とを有するように、前記トウを配置することを含み、前記第1湾曲部分および第2湾曲部分のそれぞれは、前記曲げ部の前記曲げ角よりも小さい湾曲角を有し、
前記トウは、前記遷移領域における前記曲げ部の形状に近似した形状を有し、
前記トウを配置することは、前記第1湾曲部分の始点から前記第1湾曲部分の終点まで前記トウを前記第1湾曲部分に沿って誘導することと、前記第1湾曲部分の終点にて前記トウの誘導方向を変更することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記トウの前記第1湾曲部分および前記第2湾曲部分は、前記遷移領域内において相互に連続している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トウは、前記第1湾曲部分および前記第2湾曲部分に加えて、直線部分をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記直線部分は、前記第1湾曲部分と前記第2湾曲部分との間に位置している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 数値制御装置をプログラミングすること、および、
前記制御装置を使用することによって、先進繊維配置装置を制御すること、
をさらに含み、前記トウを配置することは、前記先進繊維配置装置によって行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 下地上にプリプレグ・トウを配置する方法であって、前記下地は、前記下地の遷移領域にわたって延びる、ある曲率と曲げ角とを有する曲げ部を含んでおり、当該方法は、
前記遷移領域内において、少なくとも第1湾曲部分と第2湾曲部分とを有するように、前記トウを配置することを含み、前記第1湾曲部分および第2湾曲部分のそれぞれは、前記曲げ部の前記曲げ角よりも小さい湾曲角を有し、
前記トウは、前記遷移領域における前記曲げ部の形状に近似した形状を有し、
前記方法は、数値制御装置をプログラミングすること、および、前記制御装置を使用することによって、先進繊維配置装置を制御すること、をさらに含み、前記トウを配置することは、前記先進繊維配置装置によって行われる、方法。
