Description
The present invention relates to hybrid vehicles.
Conventionally, as a hybrid vehicle of this type, when stopping the engine when it is determined that the engine is in a cold state, a method of stopping the engine after performing scavenging of the combustion chamber of the engine has been proposed ( For example, see Patent Document 1). In this vehicle, scavenging is performed when the engine in the cold state is stopped to remove water in the combustion chamber, and water adheres to the spark plug while the engine is stopped, thereby improving the startability of the engine thereafter. It prevents it from falling.
In the above-described hybrid vehicle, the scavenging control is executed when the engine is stopped when it is determined that the engine is in the cold state, but the scavenging control is started when the other requirements of the scavenging control are not satisfied. May end before completing. On the other hand, in many hybrid vehicles, when the engine is started, an abnormality diagnosis regarding the engine start or an abnormality diagnosis regarding the engine output immediately after the start is performed. If it ends before the scavenging control is completed, water remains in the combustion chamber. Therefore, water is attached to the spark plug or the spark plug freezes. It is not possible to distinguish between the abnormalities of and the transient abnormalities.
The main purpose of the hybrid vehicle of the present invention is to more accurately reflect the abnormality diagnosis at the next engine start, even when the hybrid vehicle ends before the completion of scavenging control.
The hybrid vehicle of the present invention adopts the following means in order to achieve the above-mentioned main object.

The hybrid vehicle of the present invention is
Engine,
A motor capable of motoring the engine,
When the temperature of the cooling water of the engine is lower than a predetermined temperature when the ignition is turned off, and when the operation duration of the engine is shorter than a predetermined time, the engine is motored by the motor in a state where fuel injection is stopped. And a control device that executes a start-time abnormality diagnosis for diagnosing an abnormality related to the start of the engine and an abnormality related to a state immediately after the start of the engine when the engine is started.
A hybrid vehicle comprising:
When the control device ends before completing the scavenging control, it masks at least a part of the abnormality diagnosis items in the startup abnormality diagnosis at the time of starting the engine next time,
It is characterized by
In this hybrid vehicle of the present invention, when the temperature of the cooling water of the engine is less than the predetermined temperature when the ignition is turned off, and the operation duration of the engine is less than the predetermined time, the engine is stopped with the fuel injection stopped. Executes scavenging control for motoring by the motor. Further, when the engine is started, a start-time abnormality diagnosis for diagnosing an abnormality related to the engine starting and an abnormality related to a state immediately after the engine is started is executed. On the other hand, when the scavenging control is finished before completion, at least a part of the abnormality diagnosis items in the abnormality diagnosis at the time of starting the next engine is masked. Here, "masking the abnormality diagnosis item" means that the memory area that stores the diagnosis result of the target abnormality diagnosis item is write-protected, the diagnosis result of the target abnormality diagnosis item is written as a no-abnormal state, It means that the diagnosis of the abnormality diagnosis item of is not performed. Examples of abnormal diagnostic items to mask include items that are abnormal due to the inability to start the engine (engine start failure abnormality) and items that are abnormal due to insufficient output after engine start (abnormal output). You can If the scavenging control is completed in an incomplete state, water remains in the combustion chamber of the engine, so that water adheres to the spark plug or the spark plug freezes. In this case, an engine start failure abnormality occurs, or even if the engine can be started, output shortage occurs when water adheres or freezes on the ignition plugs of some of the cylinders. Since such an abnormality is resolved over time, it is not necessary to store such an abnormality as a diagnosis result. In the present invention, for these reasons, at least a part of the abnormalities detected in the starting abnormality diagnosis is not used as the diagnosis result. As a result, even when the scavenging control is finished before completion, the abnormality diagnosis at the next engine start can be reflected more accurately.

Next, the operation of the
When the ignition-off processing is executed, the
When it is determined that the ignition has been turned off, reception of the ignition on (IG-ON) operation by the
When it is determined in step S130 that the cooling water temperature Tw is equal to or higher than the threshold value Twref, or when it is determined in step S140 that the operation duration time Ton is equal to or higher than the threshold value Tonref, it is determined that the scavenging control is not necessary and the operation of the
When it is determined in step S130 that the cooling water temperature Tw is less than the threshold value Twref, and when it is determined in step S140 that the operation duration time Ton is less than the threshold value Tonref, the
When the scavenging control is started, it is determined whether or not another condition for executing the scavenging control is satisfied (step S160), and when the other condition is satisfied, the scavenging control is waited for completion. (Step S170). Here, other conditions include, for example, a condition in which the shift position SP is in the P position (reverse position), and a battery in which the voltage of the
If it is determined in step S160 that the other conditions as the scavenging control execution condition are not satisfied, the scavenging control is not completed (step S190) without waiting for the completion of the scavenging control that has started execution (step S190). The fact that the operation has ended is recorded in the special operation history area of the flash memory (step S200). As described above, the special operation history is read by a store or a maintenance shop and used for analysis and development. Then, some abnormality diagnosis items among the abnormality diagnosis items to be executed at the next engine start are masked (step S210), and a stop process for stopping the operation of the
