Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a midsole that is laid under the insole of a shoe , that is, inserted between the outsole and the midsole of the shoe, and a method for producing the same. It is about the method .

As one of shoe manufacturing methods, there is known a method of inserting an inside material between the outsole and the insole of the shoe. Since the medium-sized material acts as a cushioning material during walking, it has an effect of softening the impact applied to the foot.

Conventionally, a cork material obtained by molding crushed cork into a thin plate has been used as the medium. Since the cork material is light and has excellent cushioning properties, it exhibits a good cushioning effect and is a preferable material. However, it has a defect that it is inferior in breathability and that it is distorted after long-term use.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present inventors are suitable to use a three-dimensional knitted fabric (knitted by a double Russell knitting machine) in which the outer material and the lining are connected by a connecting yarn as the inner material of the shoe. Therefore, we investigated three-dimensional knitting by various organizations. However, depending on the structure of the three-dimensional knit, the outer material and the inner material are likely to be misaligned with each other, resulting in poor shape stability. Further, if the fiber density of the surface material, the lining material and the connecting yarn is increased in order to improve the morphological stability, the air permeability may decrease.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a middle material composed of a three-dimensional knitted fabric which is excellent in shape stability, cushioning property, and breathability and has less distortion.

The present invention has solved the above problems by devising the knitting structure of a three-dimensional knitted fabric as follows. That is, the present invention is a shoe inner product to be inserted between the outsole and the insole of the shoe, wherein the insole is composed of a three-dimensional knitted fabric, and the three-dimensional knitted fabric includes an outer material, a lining material, and the outer material. The knitting structure of the outer material, which is composed of a connecting yarn that connects the lining material, has four courses as a minimum unit and is supplied in a two-in-two-out state with a first outer-surface yarn and a two-in-two-out state. A second outer surface yarn to be supplied, wherein the first outer material yarn is shaken by 2 stitches to the left, and further 2 needles are swung to the left, in the second course, the second outer fabric thread Is swung by 2 stitches to the right, further swung by 2 stitches to the right, the first dressing yarn is swung by 2 stitches to the right, and further swung by 2 stitches to the right. The second outer fabric yarn has a knitting structure in which it is shaken by 2 stitches to the left and is further swung by 2 stitches to the left, and the knitting texture of the lining is a 2-in-2-out state with 4 courses as the minimum unit. And a second lining yarn supplied in a 2 in 2 out state, the first lining yarn is shaken by 2 stitches to the left, and further left In the two courses in which the second lining thread is shook by 2 stitches, the second lining thread is swung by 2 stitches to the right, and further by 2 stitches to the right, and the first lining thread is swung by 2 stitches to the right. In the two courses in which the second liner is further swung to the right by two stitches, the second liner yarn has a knitting structure that is swung to the left by two stitches and further swung to the left by two stitches. And, the knitting structure of the lining relates to the inside of a shoe and the manufacturing method thereof, wherein the connecting yarns are obliquely crossed in the wale direction by shifting only two wales.

The three-dimensional knitted fabric that constitutes the inside of the shoe according to the present invention is knitted by a double Russell knitting machine. As the double Russell knitting machine, a conventionally known one may be used, but in the present invention, since a pair of surface material yarns and a pair of liner yarns are used, and each of them is knitted by alternately swinging left and right, the number of reeds Need to be six. That is, two front reeds (L1, L2), two middle reeds (L3, L4) and two rear reeds (L5, L6) are used. Before many guide holes in reed L1 is (n11, n12, n13, n14 , n15, n16, ····) but is provided, to supply the yarn for the first outer material to the guide hole n11 and n12 It Then, the first dress material yarn is not supplied to the guide holes n13 and n14, but the first dress material yarn is supplied again in the guide holes n15 and n16, and such a supply mode is repeated. Such a first method of supplying the outer material yarn is called 2-in/2-out. On the other hand, a number of guide holes before the reed L2 (n21, n22, n23, n24, n25, n26, n27, n26 ····) is provided, this guide hole n21 and n22 second Outer The second surface material thread is supplied to the guide holes n23 and n24 without supplying the material thread. Then, the second dress material yarn is not supplied to the guide holes n25 and n26, the second dress material yarn is supplied again in the guide holes n27 and n28, and such a supply mode is repeated. Such a second method for supplying the surface material yarn is called 2-in/2-out. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the first dress material yarn supplied to the guide holes n11 and n12 and the second dress material yarn supplied to the guide holes n23 and n24 are knitted by waving the former to the left. It is erected and the latter is sewn to the right and knitted. That is, the first dress material yarn and the second dress material yarn are alternately swung right and left and knitted. Further, the first lining yarn and the second lining yarn for knitting the lining are also supplied to the two rear reeds (L5, L6) in the same manner as described above, 2 in 2 out, as shown in FIG. The first lining yarn and the second lining yarn are alternately swung right and left and knitted. Then, the connecting yarn is supplied to the middle reed L3 corresponding to the front reed L1 and the rear reed L5, and the middle reed L4 is supplied corresponding to the front reed L2 and the rear reed L6.

The knitting structure of the three-dimensional knitted fabric that constitutes the inside of the shoe according to the present invention is knitted with four courses as the minimum unit. When the range exceeding 4 courses is the minimum unit, the first and second outer fabric yarns and the first and second inner fabric yarns are alternately shaken from side to side and knitted to form stitches (depending on the knitting structure). The formed small holes) become large, and the three-dimensional knitted fabric is likely to be displaced or deformed, resulting in poor form stability. When the range of less than 4 courses is the minimum unit, the eyes become too small and the air permeability is poor. As described above, the first and second front surface yarns and the first and second backing yarns are both swayed right and left and knitted, and the swing width is 2 needles. When the swing width is large, the eyes are large and the three-dimensional knitted fabric is likely to shift.

Further, when knitting the front material and the lining material, the three-dimensional knitted fabric is knitted with a shift of two wales. This will be described below with reference to FIG. ○ in Figure 1, there is shown a first outer material yarn and a first knit erected loop yarns for lining. Before the reed L1 knitting erected loop ○ in first yarn for Outer supplied to the guide hole n11 and n12, first supplied to the guide hole n51 and n52 of the reed L5 after shifted 2 wales on the right It means that it corresponds to the loop ○ knitted with the lining thread. Therefore, the connecting yarn entangled in the loop ◯ knitted with the first outer material yarn is entangled in the loop ◯ knitted with the first lining yarn with a shift of 2 wales, and this is sequentially repeated. The relationship between each of the loops knitted with the second outer material yarn and the second inner material yarn and the connecting yarn is also the same. Therefore, the connecting yarns are obliquely crossed in the wale direction. If the knitting of the outer material and the lining material is shifted by more than 2 wales, the connecting yarn tends to lie down, and the cushioning property as the inner material of the shoe is deteriorated, and it is easily distorted. When the knitting of the front material and the lining material is not shifted, or when they are shifted by one wale, the connecting yarn is in a state of standing almost vertically, and buckling is likely to occur and distortion is likely to occur.

A multifilament yarn is used as the first and second outer fabric yarns and the first and second backing yarns, and in particular, a polyester multifilament yarn is used. The fineness of the multifilament yarn is about 200 to 400 decitex/40 to 80 filaments. The first and second surface yarns and the first and second lining yarns may be a single multifilament yarn, or two or more multifilament yarns are aligned. May be Also, two or more multifilament yarns may be twisted to form a yarn such as a twin yarn. As the connecting yarn, a rigid monofilament yarn is used, and particularly, a polyester monofilament yarn is used. The fineness of the monofilament yarn is preferably 100 to 300 decitex. Further, two or more monofilament yarns may be aligned and a low count yarn composed of 3 to 5 may be used as the connecting yarn.

The three-dimensional knitted fabric knitted by the table russell knitting machine may then be subjected to heat treatment. The heat treatment causes the three-dimensional knitted fabric to slightly shrink, and the morphological stability is further improved. The thickness of the inside of the shoe formed of the three-dimensional knit is arbitrary, but is generally set to be about 3 to 6 mm. The shape of the inside is also arbitrary, but it generally matches the shape of the sole.

Since the inside of the shoe according to the present invention is a three-dimensional knitted fabric having four courses as the minimum unit, it is excellent in form stability with little deviation or deformation. Further, by using the first and second front surface yarns and the first and second backing yarns, the knitting method shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. Relatively small eyes are formed on the upholstered outer material and the lining material, and the breathability is improved. In addition, the knitting of the outer material and the lining is shifted by only two wales, and the connecting yarns are obliquely crossed in the wale direction, so that the connecting yarns are connected even when a load is applied, as compared with the case where the connecting yarns are standing vertically. The buckling of the yarn is unlikely to occur, and distortion can be prevented.

As described above, a three-dimensional knit having a thickness of 5.8 mm was obtained. This was cut according to the shape of the sole of the foot to give the inside of the shoe. This intermediate product was repeatedly subjected to a compressive residual strain test according to JIS K 6400-4:2004 6.2B method (constant displacement method). Specifically, the reduction rate of the thickness generated by repeatedly compressing the content to 50% of the continuous 80,000 times was determined.
