Claims (5)
- シリンダ室を構成し、該シリンダ室を区画する区画壁を有する、ハウジングと、
前記区画壁に支持されるとともに、前記シリンダ室に回転可能に設けられた回転軸と、
前記回転軸に固定され、外周に複数のベーン溝が形成されたロータと、
前記複数のベーン溝の各々に出没可能に装着されたベーンとを備え、
前記シリンダ室内には、前記ロータおよび前記ベーンによって複数の圧縮室が区画されており、
前記ロータ内には、前記ベーン溝の底部および前記ベーンによって背圧室が区画されており、
前記区画壁には、前記ロータと対向する端面に、前記回転軸の周方向に延在する通油溝が前記ロータに対向して形成されており、
前記通油溝は、同時に複数の前記背圧室と対向可能であるとともに、前記回転軸の回転によって各前記背圧室に対して対向する状態と対向しない状態とを有するように設けられており、
前記ロータには、前記区画壁と対向する端面に、前記背圧室同士の間の少なくとも1つに、前記回転軸との固定部から外周域方向に延在する導油溝が形成されており、
前記導油溝は、前記ロータの回転によって前記通油溝と対向する状態と対向しない状態とを有するように設けられており、
前記導油溝は、前記ロータから前記回転軸の中心に向かって潤滑油を引き込むように、前記ロータの回転方向の前方に向けて傾斜した溝形状を有する、ベーン型圧縮機。 - 前記区画壁と前記回転軸との間に連通空間が設けられており、
前記導油溝は、前記連通空間と常時対向している、請求項1に記載のベーン型圧縮機。 - 前記導油溝は、複数設けられており、
前記通油溝は、複数の前記導油溝のうちの少なくとも1つのいずれかと常時対向している、請求項1または請求項2に記載のベーン型圧縮機。 - 前記導油溝は、前記回転軸の周方向にて互いに隣り合っている全ての前記背圧室同士の間に1つずつ形成されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のベーン型圧縮機。
- 前記通油溝は、複数形成されており、かつ、円弧状に延在している、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のベーン型圧縮機。
