Description

The present invention relates to a thin stationary tatami frame member that can be easily assembled and disassembled.

In order to meet the demand for the same relaxation as a Japanese-style room in a Western-style room, a space similar to a Japanese-style room is created by laying multiple tatami mats that are about the size of half a tatami mat and do not have rims on the flooring. It is widely practiced to produce.

Even if the tatami mat is provided with anti-slip on its bottom surface, it is only laid on the flooring. The impact may cause displacement between the tatami mats.

Therefore, in order to prevent such positional displacement between the tatami mats, it is generally practiced to surround the tatami mats by using a frame member called "frame member for tatami mats".

Here, briefly explaining the configuration of the stationary tatami frame member, the stationary tatami frame member is prepared by preparing a plurality of long and rod-shaped frame components made of wood or synthetic resin, The side surfaces of the constituent materials are connected to each other and assembled into a frame shape.

As a connecting means for connecting frame components, for example, one using a twist lock is known (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).

4)Registered utility model No. 3039471 (Fig. 4)

When a twist lock is used as a connecting means for connecting the frame components, the twist lock needs to be advanced (screwed) with respect to the screw hole at the time of assembly (during disassembly), which is a time-consuming work for connection. There was a problem.

In addition, the tatami mats are used by directly laying them on the flooring, so a thin one with a layer thickness of 3 to 7 mm is set so that the user does not kick at the corner. It is preferred, but even such a low step can cause a stumble for people with weak legs.

Therefore, from the viewpoint of barrier-free, taper processing is performed on the upper surface of the laid-down tatami frame member (more specifically, the frame component) so as to incline downward from the inner peripheral side adjacent to the laid-down tatami mat to the facing outer periphery. It is performed to eliminate the step.

However, since the twist lock as the connecting means requires a width (at least about 10 mm) that can be picked by a finger in the picked portion, a thin tatami frame member for a thin tatami mat. There is a problem that it cannot be physically applied to the (frame constituent material).

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a laying frame member that can be applied to a thin laid tatami mat and that can be easily assembled and disassembled. To do.

The invention described in claim 2 further includes: “an extension frame component 42 that connects the frame components 12 together,
Each extension frame component 42,
The upper surface 44a is formed in a taper shape so as to incline downward from the inner periphery 44b side adjacent to the tatami mat A toward the opposing outer periphery 44c,
On the bottom surface, a male-side connecting member mounting recess 46 that opens to the one short side 42d side is formed at one end in the longitudinal direction, and the other short side 42e side is formed at the other longitudinal end. An elongated frame component material body 44 in which a female-side connecting member mounting recess 48 that is open to
A male side connecting member 16' attached to the male side connecting member attaching recess 46 so that the locking piece 16b' projects outwardly of the one short side 42d;
And a female side connecting member 18' attached to the female side connecting member attaching recess 48 so that the insertion groove 28' is opened to the other short side 42e side,
While inserting the locking piece 16b of the male side connecting member 16 of the one frame component 12a into the insertion groove 28' of the female side connecting member 18' of the extension frame component 42,
By inserting the locking piece 16b' of the male side connecting member 16' of the extension frame component 42 into the insertion groove 28 of the female side connecting member 18 of the other frame component 12b, the frame component 12 and the extension frame. The component material 42 is connected to each other”.

According to the invention described in claim 1, when connecting the frame components 12 to each other, the engagement protrusion 32a of the male-side connecting member 16 in one frame component 12a is connected to the other frame component 12b. The frame components 12 can be connected to each other by a simple operation of inserting into the insertion groove 28 of the female side connecting member 18. On the other hand, when disassembling the frame components 12 that have been coupled to each other, the lock release piece 30 of the female coupling member 18 in the other frame component 12b is pushed up to engage the stepped recess 26 and the engagement protrusion 32a. Cancel the match state. Then, if the engaging piece 16b of the male side connecting member 16 of the one frame component 12a is pulled out from the insertion groove 28 of the female side connecting member 18 of the other frame component 12b, the two frame configurations that are connected are formed. The materials 12a and 12b can be easily disassembled. As described above, according to the laid-down tatami frame member 10 of the present embodiment, it is possible to very easily perform the connection and disassembly work of the frame constituent members 12 composing the laid-down tatami frame member 10.

Further, the male-side connecting member 16 and the female-side connecting member 18 that form the connecting means are each formed as a thin-walled member having a thickness of about a few millimeters, and when mounting the same, a thickness like a conventional twist lock is required. Since this is not the case, it is possible to provide a thin tatami mat frame member 10 for a tatami mat A.

According to the laid-down tatami frame member 40 of the second aspect, it is possible to deal with the case where the laid-down tatami mat A is laid in a rectangular shape by using the extension frame component material 42 together. ..

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a stationary tatami frame member 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in this figure, the stationary tatami frame member 10 surrounds a plurality of (4 in the present embodiment) stationary tatami mats A laid on the floor surface so that the positional deviation between the stationary tatami mats A can be prevented. This is for prevention, and is formed as a rectangular frame-like shape by connecting the four frame components 12 (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) to each other.

Each frame component 12 (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) is roughly configured by the frame component body 14, the male side connecting member 16, and the female side connecting member 18.

The frame component main body 14 is a long rod-shaped member formed of a medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and its upper surface 14a faces from the inner periphery 14b side which is the long side adjacent to the stationary tatami mat A. It is formed in a taper shape so as to incline downward toward the outer periphery 14c (see FIG. 2).

As the material of the frame component main body 14, in addition to the above MDF, a solid material, a laminated material, a resin material, or the like can be used. In addition, in the present embodiment, the length of each frame component body 14 is laid in a square shape with two vertical and horizontal frames when the rectangular frame-shaped stationary tatami frame member 10 is configured by connecting them. The length is set so that it can surround the four tatami mats A, but the length is not limited to this. For example, the six tatami mats A laid in a square shape with three horizontal and three vertical tatami mats. The length may be appropriately set according to the number of the tatami mats A to be laid, such as setting the length so that the surrounding area can be surrounded.

On the bottom surface of the frame component body 14, there is formed a male-side connecting member mounting recess 20 that opens to the inner periphery 14b side at one longitudinal end (corner side end), and the other longitudinal end. A female-side connecting member mounting recess 22 is formed at the (connecting-side end) and opens on the connecting-side short side 14d side orthogonal to the inner periphery 14b (see FIG. 3).

Then, a male side connecting member 16 to be described later is attached to the male side connecting member mounting recess 20, and a female side connecting member 18 to be described later is attached to the female side connecting member mounting recess 22. ing.

The male side connecting member 16 has a mounting portion 16a and a locking piece 16b.

The mounting portion 16a is a thin plate-shaped portion made of a rigid material such as metal, and its thickness x is set to be the same as or slightly larger than the thickness a on the outer peripheral side 14c side of the frame component 14 (hence, the mounting portion). The depth of the male side connecting member mounting recess 20 to which 16a is mounted is approximately equal to or slightly deeper than the thickness x of the mounting portion 16a).

Two long holes 24 for fixing screws are formed at a predetermined interval in the mounting portion 16a. By screwing two screws N into the long holes 24, the male-side connecting member 16 has a frame structure. It is fixed to the material body 14 with screws. A locking piece 16b extends from the mounting portion 16a.

The locking piece 16b is a thin-walled plate-shaped portion that is integrally formed with the mounting portion 16a and has a tip that is bifurcated and formed into a U shape. The U-shaped locking piece 16b has an inner periphery. It is provided so as to project outward from 14b. Stepped recesses 26 are formed at the tips of the U-shaped portions of the locking pieces 16b.

The female side connecting member 18 is a thin plate member made of synthetic resin or the like, and its thickness y is set to be the same as or slightly larger than the thickness a on the outer peripheral side 14c side of the frame component 14 (therefore, the female side connecting member). The depth of the female side connecting member mounting recess 22 to which 18 is attached is approximately equal to or slightly deeper than the thickness y of the female side connecting member 18.)

An insertion groove 28 is formed in an end surface of the female side connecting member 18 on the side of the connecting side short side 14d, and the locking piece 16b of the male side connecting member 16 described above is inserted into the insertion groove 28. Therefore, the locking side 16b is thinner than the thickness y of the female side connecting member 18, and is set to a thickness (approximately equal to or slightly thinner) that can be inserted into the insertion groove 28.

A U-shaped lower slit 18a communicating with the insertion groove 28 is formed on the lower surface of the female-side connecting member 18 (the surface that serves as the bottom surface of the frame component 12). The portion surrounded by the slit 18a is the unlocking piece 30. The lock release piece 30 is formed at a position where it comes into contact with an elastic engagement piece 32 described later when the lock release piece 30 is pushed up.

On the upper surface of the female side connecting member 18, two U-shaped upper and lower slits 18b and 18c (a large-diameter upper slit 18b and a small-diameter upper slit 18c) communicating with the insertion groove 28 are formed. The U-shaped portion surrounded by the slits 18b and 18c is the elastic engagement piece 32.

The elastic engagement piece 32 is for preventing the male side connecting member 16 inserted into the insertion groove 28 from falling off from the insertion groove 28, and its inner surface (the surface facing the insertion groove 28). An engaging protrusion 32a that fits into and engages with the stepped recess 26 of the locking piece 16b of the male side connecting member 16 is formed.

The male-side connecting member 16 and the female-side connecting member 18 function as "connecting means" for connecting the frame components 12 to each other. As such connecting means, in the present embodiment, YKK stock is used. A company-made thin buckle (trade name: ZB25T, Jikkou 7-85) is used.

When the stationary tatami frame member 10 is formed by using the frame component 12 configured as described above, first, the stationary tatami mat A (four sheets in this embodiment are laid on the floor surface). Four frame components 12 (12a to 12d) are arranged around a laid tatami mat A arranged in a square shape with two rows in the vertical direction and two rows in the horizontal direction (see FIG. 4 ).

Then, the locking piece 16b of the male side connecting member 16 of one frame component 12a is inserted into the insertion groove 28 of the female side connecting member 18 of the adjacent frame component 12b (see FIG. 5). When the locking piece 16b is inserted deep into the insertion groove 28, the engagement protrusion 32a of the elastic engagement piece 32 fits into the stepped recess 26, whereby the pull-out direction of the male side connecting member 16 (from the insertion groove 28). The movement in the detaching direction) is restricted (see FIGS. 6 to 8).

By performing this work on the other frame components 12 (12b to 12d) in the same manner, the rectangular tatami mat-shaped frame member 10 for the in-laid tatami mat is completed, and the periphery of the in-laid tatami mat A is the in-laid tatami frame. It will be surrounded by the member 10.

In the state where the male side connecting member 16 and the female side connecting member 18 are connected, as described above, the engaging projection 32a fits into the stepped recess 26, and the male side connecting member 16 is not moved in the pulling-out direction. It is regulated, so that the retaining effect can be obtained.

On the other hand, when it is necessary to disassemble the underlay tatami frame member 10, the underlay tatami frame member 10 is lifted and the unlocking piece 30 of the female side connecting member 18 is pushed up with a finger. Then, the lock release piece 30 pushes the elastic engagement piece 32 upward (FIG. 8 ), and the engagement projection 32 a that has been fitted into the stepped recess 26 until then is released from the stepped recess 26. As a result, the engagement state between the engagement protrusion 32a and the stepped recess 26 is released, and the male side connecting member 16 can be pulled out from the female side connecting member 18. Then, by performing the above-mentioned operation on all the connecting portions, the laid-down tatami frame member 10 can be easily disassembled.

As described above, according to the laid-down tatami frame member 10 of this embodiment, when the frame components 12 are connected to each other, the engagement protrusion of the male connecting member 16 on one frame component 12a is engaged. The frame components 12 can be connected to each other by a simple operation of inserting the portion 32a into the insertion groove 28 of the female side connecting member 18 in the other frame component 12b.

In the above-described embodiment, the stationary tatami frame member 10 is assembled only by the frame component 12, but depending on the number of laid tatami mats A, the frame component 12 alone is insufficient in length. Sometimes you can't. Therefore, in such a case, for example, like the stationary tatami frame member 40 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the extension frame component 42 is used in combination with the frame component 12. be able to.

The laid-down tatami frame member 40 of the second embodiment has a rectangular frame shape by connecting four frame components 12 and a plurality (two in the present embodiment) of extension frame components 42 to each other. It is constructed as a body.

Each extension frame component 42 is roughly configured by a frame component body 44, a male side connecting member 16' and a female side connecting member 18'. The male-side connecting member 16' and the female-side connecting member 18' are the same as the male-side connecting member 16 and the female-side connecting member 18 of the above-described embodiment, respectively, but are used in the frame component 12. It is a reference number with a dash (') to distinguish it from the others.

The extension frame component main body 44 is a long rod-shaped member, and has a taper on its upper surface 44a, which is inclined downward from the inner peripheral edge 44b side adjacent to the stationary tatami mat A to the opposing outer peripheral edge 44c. The surface is formed so as to match the upper surface 14a of the frame component main body 14.

As the material of the extension frame component body 44, the same material as that of the frame component body 14 is selected, and in the present embodiment, a medium density fiberboard (MDF) is selected according to the frame component body 14. ..

In the present embodiment, the length of the extension frame component main body 44 is set to the same length as one side of each of the tatami mats A, but, for example, to the length when two tatami mats A are arranged. Alternatively, the length may be set to an integral multiple of one side of the tatami mat A, and the length can be set appropriately.

On the bottom surface of the extension frame component 42, a male connecting member mounting recess 46 that opens to the side of one short side 42d is formed at one end in the longitudinal direction, and the other end in the longitudinal direction is the other. Is formed with a female-side connecting member mounting recess 48 that opens toward the short side 42e.

Then, the male side connecting member 16 ′ described above is attached to the male side connecting member attaching recess 46, and the female side connecting member 18 ′ is attached to the female side connecting member attaching recess 48.

The male side connecting member 16' is attached to the male side connecting member attaching recess 46 by screwing a screw N into the elongated hole 24' of the attaching portion 16a'. From the above, a locking piece 16b' is provided so as to project outward from one short side 42d'. The female connecting member 18' is attached to the female connecting member mounting recess 48 so that the insertion groove 28' opens toward the other short side 42e.

In the stationary tatami frame member 40 of the present embodiment, the locking piece 16b of the male connecting member 16 of one frame component 12a is inserted into the female connecting member 18' of the extension frame component 42. Insert in groove 28'. As a result, the one frame component 12a and the extension frame component 42 are connected to each other.

Further, the locking piece 16b' of the male side connecting member 16' of the extension frame component 42 is inserted into the insertion groove 28 of the female side connecting member 18 of the other frame component 12b. As a result, the extension frame component 42 and the other frame component 12b are connected to each other.

As described above, in this embodiment, the stationary tatami mat A is rectangular by connecting the frame component 12 and the extension frame component 42 by using the extension frame component 42 in addition to the frame component 12. It is possible to deal with the case of laying in a shape.
