Description

The present invention relates to a folding door provided with a shock absorbing device for absorbing a shock when closing.

Conventionally, as shown in Patent Document 1, some folding doors installed at the opening of a closet or the like are provided with a shock absorber for suppressing collision noise and vibration at the time of closing. This shock absorber is attached to the edge of the shoji on the suspension side, and when the shoji is closed, the shock absorber comes into contact with the vertical frame to compress the damper and reduce the force in the closing direction. It will become completely closed.

However, in the folding door with the shock absorber attached in this way, when the folding door itself is slidable in the frame of the opening, the shock absorber does not come into contact with the damper, so that the damper cannot function. I couldn't close it slowly.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a folding door that allows a shock absorbing device provided on a shoji screen to always function and can be slowly closed.

Invention of the present application billed to claim 1, comprising one Shoji and other Shoji arranged to the left and right, Yes connects the stile of both the sash pivotally, connecting side upper portion and a connecting side of both sash both shoji At least one of the lower end portions is provided with end parts facing left and right, and the end parts facing each other abut when closed, on the prospective surface of one end part facing left and right of both shoji, A housing portion that opens toward the other end component is provided, and a shock absorbing device is housed in the housing portion, and the shock absorbing device has a projecting and retracting body that projects from the housing portion. It is characterized in that, when both the shoji screens are closed, the projecting and retracting body of the shock absorbing device comes into contact with the other end part and also retracts into the housing part.

According to one aspect of the present請 nucleophilic claim 1 invention, whereas Yes and the shock absorbing device provided in the connecting portion of the sash and the other sash, always the contacting object of the shock absorbing devices exist, Orito itself within the frame of the opening Even when the slide can be slid, it can absorb the shock when the shoji is closed and close it slowly and quietly. Further, since the projecting and retracting body of the shock absorbing device is recessed in the housing portion when both the shoji screens are closed, the shock absorbing device is inconspicuous and the design is good.

In the following, the left and right indicate the left and right when the folding door is viewed from the front as shown in FIG. 5, and the front side in this case is the front side and the back side is the rear side. The first embodiment of this folding door is installed indoors at an opening of a closet or the like, and as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, includes two right and left shoji screens housed in the opening of a skeleton. Here, the shoji on the right side is one shoji 1a and the shoji on the left side is the other shoji 1b. Each of the shoji 1a and the other shoji 1b has vertical frames 2a and 2b on the center side of the opening, vertical frames 11a and 11b on the end side of the opening, upper frames 12a and 12b, and lower frames 13a and 13b, The end faces of the upper and lower frames 12a and 12b and the lower frames 13a and 13b are brought into contact with the side faces of the vertical frames 2a, 2b, 11a and 11b, and the four frames are assembled by screwing from the vertical frames 2a, 2b, 11a and 11b side. The panel 14a, 14b is fitted on the inner peripheral side thereof, and the adjacent vertical frames (vertical frame on the central side of the opening) 2a, 2b of both the shoji 1a, 1b are rotatably connected to each other around a vertical axis. I am doing it. Further, hoisting tools 15a and 15b are provided at the upper ends of both the shoji 1a and 1b on the opening end side, and the hoisting tools 15a and 15b rotate around the vertical axis with respect to the respective shoji 1a and 1b. It is movable and has pivot shafts 16a and 16b at the lower end on the end side of the opening. Further, rails 101 and 102 are provided on the upper ceiling surface and the lower floor surface of both shoji screens, respectively. Then, the suspenders 15a and 15b are allowed to travel to the left and right on the upper rail 101 to suspend and support both the shoji 1a and 1b, and the pivot shafts 16a and 16b are attached to the lower rail 102. You are being guided. On the other hand, a handle 17 is provided at the center of the vertical frame 2a on the connecting side of the shoji 1a in the up-down direction. By pulling the handle 17 to the front side, as shown in FIG. 6, both shoji 1a and 1b project to the front side. Bend and open as you would. The folding door itself can be slid along the rails 101 and 102 with both the shoji screens 1a and 1b open. Hereinafter, the connecting portion between the shoji screens 1a and 1b will be described in more detail.

As shown in FIG. 2(b), the vertical frames 2a and 2b on the connecting side of the shoji 1a and the other shoji 1b are made of the same aluminum extruded shape, and their cross-sectional shape is open toward the connecting side. It has a substantially U shape and is composed of front side walls 21a and 21b, rear side walls 22a and 22b, and expected walls 23a and 23b. However, the connecting side portions of the front side walls 21a and 21b are recessed in an arc shape toward the rear side, and the vertical frames 2a and 2b as a whole are tapered toward the connecting side. Further, the tips of the rear side walls 22a and 22b are substantially U-shaped shaft portions 24a and 24b which are curved toward the front side and further bent toward the opposite side to the connecting side. Further, substantially U-shaped fitting grooves 25a, 25b opening toward the opposite side of the connecting side are formed at the front end portions of the prospective walls 23a, 23b, and the panels 14a, 14b are fitted in the fitting grooves 25a, 25b. The end of the is fitted. The handle 17 penetrates a hole formed in the front side wall 21a of the vertical frame 2a of the shoji 1a and is fixed to the projected wall 23a by screwing.

A connecting member 4 made of an aluminum extruded shape is provided inside the openings of the left and right vertical frames 2a and 2b. The cross-sectional shape of the connecting member 4 is a substantially semicircular shape in which the front side is an arc shape and the rear side is a flat plate shape, and the end parts 6a, 7a, 6b, 7b to be attached to the upper and lower ends of the vertical frames 2a, 2b to be described later. Is shorter than the vertical frames 2a and 2b. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a lid member 41 having substantially the same cross-sectional shape is attached to the upper and lower ends of the connecting member 4 by screwing. Further, a groove portion 42 that opens toward the rear side is provided in the center portion of the rear side surface of the connecting member 4 in the left-right direction, and the resin bearing member 5 is inserted into the groove portion 42. The bearing member 5 is formed with bearing portions 51a and 51b having a substantially G-shaped cross section on the left and right, and the shaft portions 24a and 24b of the one shoji 1a and the other shoji 1b are rotatable on the left and right bearing sections 51a and 51b, respectively. Is engaged with. In this way, the vertical frame 2a of the one shoji 1a and the vertical frame 2b of the other shoji 1b are rotatably connected by the connecting member 4, and the two shoji 1a, 1b rotate about the shaft portions 24a, 24b. Bends. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 4, since the front side walls 21a, 21b of the vertical frames 2a, 2b move along the semicircular front side surface of the connecting member 4, the vertical frames 2a, 2b. Since there is no gap between the connecting member 4 and the connecting member 4, and the connecting member 4 closes the gap between the vertical frames 2a and 2b, finger pinching can be prevented. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2(b), resin spacers 26a, 26b are provided at the substantially vertical center of the front surface of the rear side walls 22a, 22b of the vertical frames 2a, 2b. In this case, the vertical frames 2a and 2b, which are aluminum members, do not come into contact with the connecting member 4.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, resin-made end parts 6a, 7a, 6b, 7b are attached to the upper and lower ends of the left and right vertical frames 2a, 2b, and the upper and lower end parts 6a, 7a. , 6b, 7b, the connecting member 4 in which the lid member 41 is attached vertically is housed. The upper end part 6a of the right vertical frame 2a and the lower end part 7b of the left vertical frame 2b are the same parts which are turned upside down, and the lower end part 7a of the right vertical frame 2a and Since the upper end part 6b of the left vertical frame 2b is also the same part which is turned upside down, the details will be described here based on the upper left and right end parts 6a and 6b. Each of the left and right end parts 6a, 6b is a block-shaped member, and is attached inside a substantially U-shaped opening at the upper end of each of the vertical frames 2a, 2b. It is fixed with screws. However, the rear side walls 22a, 22b of the vertical frames 2a, 2b are notched, and the rear side surfaces of the end parts 6a, 6b are substantially flush with the rear side walls 22a, 22b. Further, the connecting surfaces of the end parts 6a, 6b are located on the connecting side with respect to the front surfaces of the front side walls 21a, 21b and the rear side walls 22a, 22b of the vertical frames 2a, 2b. When the 1b is closed, the projected surfaces of the end parts 6a and 6b contact each other. Further, the flange portions 61a, 61b extend from the upper end portion toward the front side and the upper frame 12a, 12b side (opposite side of the connecting side), and the flange portions 61a, 61b are the front side walls 21a of the vertical frames 2a, 2b. 21b and the upper end surfaces of the prospective walls 23a and 23b are covered. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the impact absorbing device 3a is accommodated in the accommodating portion 64a of the right end part 6a, and the impact absorbing device 3a is engaged with the prospective surface on the coupling side. The members 8a are arranged vertically apart from each other. The shock absorbing device 3a has a columnar main body 31a and a projecting/retracting body 32a that moves forward and backward from the connecting side of the main body 31a and projects from the accommodating portion 64a. The shock absorbing body 32a absorbs the impact. The main body portion 31a extends orthogonally to the connecting surface of the one-sided shoji 1a, and the advancing/retreating direction of the protrusion/depression body 32a is also orthogonal to the connecting surface of the one-sided shoji 1a. .. In the state where no force is applied to the projecting body 32a, the projecting body 32a projects from the projected surface on the coupling side of the end part 6a, and when the projecting body 32a receives a force, the projecting body 32a moves upward. It is pushed to the side of the frame 12a and completely immersed in the accommodating portion 64a.

The above is the description of the upper end parts 6a and 6b, and the lower end parts 7a and 7b are vertically and horizontally inverted. That is, the flange parts 71a and 71b are provided at the lower ends of the end parts 7a and 7b, and the engaging member 8a or the engaged member 8b is attached to the upper part of the connecting surface and the center in the projecting direction. Mounting holes 72a and 72b are formed. The end part 7b attached to the other shoji 1b on the left side has an attaching piece 73b extending toward the lower frame 13b side and an accommodating portion 74b of the shock absorbing device 3b. It has a substantially columnar shape, the inside of which is hollow, and it is open below the attachment hole 72b of the connecting surface of the end part 7b. Further, the end part 7a attached to the right shoji 1a has an attaching piece 73a extending toward the lower frame 13a side, and the end piece 7a is provided below the attaching hole 72a of the connecting-side prospective surface. None, it is flat. Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the engaging member 8a is inserted and mounted in the mounting hole 72a of the right end part 7a, and the mounting hole 72b of the left end part 7b is mounted in the mounting hole 72a. The engaged member 8b is inserted and attached. The engaging member 8a and the engaged member 8b are the same as those attached to the upper end parts 6a and 6b, but they are turned upside down. Further, the impact absorbing device 3b including the main body 31b and the projecting and retracting body 32b is accommodated in the accommodating portion 74b of the left end component 7b, and the projected surface on the coupling side is provided with the impacted member 8b and the impact. The absorbers 3b are arranged vertically apart from each other.

In this way, the projected surface of the end part 6a at the upper end of the vertical frame 2a on the connection side of the one shoji 1a and the projected surface of the end part 7b at the lower end of the vertical frame 2b on the connection side of the other shoji 1b, Since shock absorbing devices 3a and 3b are provided, and both end parts 6a and 7b are upside down parts, both shock absorbing devices 3a and 3b are placed at the upper and lower centers of one shoji 1a and the other shoji 1b. They are located symmetrically to each other. The shock absorbers 3a and 3b, and the engaging members 8a and the engaged members 8b are provided on the front side with respect to the shaft portions 24a and 24b provided at the rear ends of the vertical frames 2a and 2b. These function according to the opening and closing of 1a and 1b.

That is, when the folding door 1a and the other sliding door 1b are closed from the open state (FIG. 3A), first, in the upper portion of the folding door, the inclined surface 82a of the engaging member 8a and the engaged member 8b. Slanted surface 82b of the engaging member 8a abuts each other and both surfaces slide with each other to deform the engaging member 8a downward and the engaged member 8b upward so that the engaging convex portion 81a of the engaging member 8a is deformed. It fits in the engaging recess 81b of the engaged member 8b at the center in the left-right direction between both vertical frames 2a, 2b. Further, in the lower part of the folding door, the inclined surface 82a of the engaging member 8a and the inclined surface 82b of the engaged member 8b contact each other, and both surfaces slide with each other, so that the engaging member 8a faces upward. The engaging member 8b is deformed so as to face downward, and the engaging convex portion 81a of the engaging member 8a fits in the engaging concave portion 81b of the engaged member 8b at the center in the left-right direction between the vertical frames 2a and 2b. As a result, the shoji screens 1a and 1b are attracted to each other, so that in the upper part of the folding door, the projecting body 32a of the shock absorbing device 3a provided on the right end part 6a is opposed to the left end part 6a. It comes into contact with the prospective surface of 6b, absorbs the impact at the time of closing, and is pushed into the accommodation portion 64a, and in the closed state (FIG. 2A), it is completely immersed in the accommodation portion 64a. Further, in the lower part of the folding door, the projecting body 32b of the shock absorbing device 3b provided on the left end part 7b comes into contact with the prospective surface of the opposing right end part 7a to prevent the impact at the time of closing. While absorbing, it is pushed into the accommodation portion 74b, and in the closed state, it is completely immersed in the accommodation portion 74b. Thus, while the engaging member 8a and the engaged member 8b function first to draw the shoji 1a and 1b together, the shock absorbing devices 3a and 3b can then function to close slowly and gently, and finally Both doors 1a and 1b are locked in the closed state by the mating member 8a and the engaged member 8b. In the closed state, the upper left and right end parts 6a, 6b and the lower left and right end parts 7a, 7b are located in front of the shafts 24a, 24b which are the rotation centers of the one shoji 1a and the other shoji 1b. Since the respective prospective surfaces of 1 are in contact with each other, both shoji 1a and 1b will not be bent in opposite directions (directions projecting to the rear side).

According to the first embodiment of the folding door of the present invention thus configured, the impact absorbing devices 3a and 3b can absorb the impact of the closing of the one shoji 1a and the other shoji 1b to slowly and quietly close. The shock absorbers 3a and 3b are provided at the connecting portions of both the shoji screens 1a and 1b, and the projections and depressions 32a and 32b of the shock absorbers 3a and 3b always come into contact with each other (opposing end parts). 6b, 7a) and the folding door itself has a shock absorbing function, the shock absorbing devices 3a, 3b can function even when the folding door itself can slide in the frame of the opening. You can Moreover, since the shock absorbing devices 3a and 3b are provided above the connecting surface of the one shoji screen 1a and below the connecting surface of the other shoji screen 1b, the shock absorbing devices 3a and 3b may be installed only on one of the upper and lower sides or the one shoji screen. Compared to the case of providing only the shoji 1a or the shoji 1b on the other hand, the shocks at the time of closing the shoji 1a and 1b can be absorbed in a balanced manner. Further, the shock absorbers 3a and 3b are provided at the upper and lower symmetrical positions of the upper part of the one shoji 1a and the lower part of the other shoji 1b, and are vertically inverted as end parts 6a and 7b to which the shock absorbing devices 3a and 3b are attached. The same parts can be used, and since the end parts 6b, 7a which are the contact targets of the shock absorbing devices 3a, 3b can also be the same parts which are turned upside down, the processing is standardized. The manufacturing cost can be reduced. Also, the end parts 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b are provided with the shock absorbing devices 3a, 3b and the engaging member 8a or the engaged member 8b together, and a mechanism for absorbing shock and a lock are provided. Since it is not necessary to mount the mechanism separately, the manufacturing cost can be suppressed. Further, the shock absorbing devices 3a and 3b and the engaging member 8a or the engaged member 8b are both provided on the connecting surfaces of the end parts 6a, 6b, 7a and 7b, and both the shoji 1a and 1b. When closed, the upper end parts 6a, 6b contact each other and the lower end parts 7a, 7b contact each other, and the shock absorbing devices 3a, 3b, the engaging member 8a, and the engaged member 8b are all visible. Since it disappears, the designability is good.

Next, the second to fourth embodiments of this folding door will be described. Each of these embodiments has a configuration similar to that of the first embodiment, but is different only in the portions related to the shock absorbing devices 3a and 3b. In any of the embodiments, the upper and lower impact absorbing devices 3a and 3b have the same configuration, but in the following, based on the upper impact absorbing device 3a, the first embodiment (FIG. 7(a)).

First, a second embodiment will be described. In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7(b), a recess 65b is provided on the expected surface of the end part 6b with which the projecting body 32a of the shock absorbing device 3a abuts. The recess 65b has a size into which the projecting and retracting body 32a is inserted, and is shallower than the advance/retreat width of the projecting and retracting body 32a. When the shoji 1a and 1b are closed, the projecting and retracting body 32a abuts the bottom surface of the concave portion 65b and is pushed into the accommodating portion 64a while absorbing the shock at the time of closing, and in the closed state, as shown in FIG. Then, the tip of the projecting body 32a is swallowed in the concave portion 65b, and the other part is immersed in the housing portion 64a.

According to this second embodiment, in addition to the same effect as the first embodiment, the tip end of the projecting body 32a of the shock absorbing device 3a is swallowed in the recess 65b when both the shoji 1a and 1b are closed. The impact absorbing device 3a is more inconspicuous and the design is good. Further, as compared with the case where there is no recess as shown in FIG. 7A, when the projecting/depressing body 32a of the shock absorbing device 3a comes into contact with the opposing end part 6b, the tip surface of the projecting/depressing body 32a is Since the contact surfaces of the end parts 6b become nearly parallel, the shock absorbing device 3a can be operated more smoothly.

Next, a third embodiment will be described. In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7C, the tip end surface of the projecting and retracting body 32a of the impact absorbing device 3a and the projected surface of the contacting end part 6b are parallel to each other at the time of contact, The tip end surface is inclined toward the connecting side from the rear side to the front side with respect to the expected direction. When the shoji 1a and 1b are closed, the projecting and retracting body 32a abuts on the plane parallel to the prospective surface of the opposing end part 6b, and is pushed into the accommodating portion 64a while absorbing the shock at the time of closing. , In the closed state, it is completely immersed in the accommodating portion 64a.

According to this third embodiment, in addition to the same effects as the first embodiment, when both the shoji 1a and 1b are closed, the projecting and retracting body 32a of the shock absorbing device 3a as shown in FIG. Unlike the case where the tip end surface of the impact absorber 3a is not inclined, when the projecting and collapsing body 32a of the shock absorbing device 3a abuts the facing end part 6b, the tip surface of the projecting and collapsing body 32a and the contact surface of the end part 6b. Since they are parallel to each other, the shock absorbing device 3a can be operated more smoothly.

Next, a fourth embodiment will be described. In the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7D, the shock absorption is performed so that the angle formed between the tip surface of the projecting and retracting body 32a of the shock absorbing device 3a and the projected surface of the contacting end part 6b becomes small. The attachment angle of the device 3a is inclined such that the projecting and retracting body 32a side is closer to the rear side with respect to the finding direction of the shoji 1a, and the advancing and retracting direction of the projecting and retracting body 32a is also slanted. When the shoji 1a and 1b are closed, the projecting and retracting body 32a abuts on the prospective surface of the opposing end part 6b and is pushed into the accommodating portion 64a while absorbing the shock at the time of closing. , Is completely immersed in the accommodating portion 64a.

According to the fourth embodiment, in addition to the same effects as the first embodiment, the impact absorbing device 3a as shown in FIG. 7(a) is not inclined when both the shoji 1a and 1b are closed. Compared with the case, when the projecting and collapsing body 32a of the shock absorbing device 3a comes into contact with the opposing end part 6b, the tip surface of the projecting and collapsing body 32a and the contact surface of the end part 6b become close to parallel. The shock absorbing device 3a can be operated more smoothly.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the end parts may have any shape and can be fixed to the frame as long as they can accommodate the shock absorbing device. Alternatively, the shock absorbing device may be directly attached to the frame without the end parts. In that case, the impact absorbing device does not necessarily have to be vertically symmetrical as long as it is provided above the one shoji screen and below the other shoji screen. Since the shape of the impact absorbing device mounting side can be made the same, both vertical frames can be made common and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed. Then, in the case where the end part is not provided, a recess as in the second embodiment may be provided on the prospective surface of the shoji facing the impact absorbing device. Further, as in the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment, when the tip end surface of the shock absorbing device or the shock absorbing device itself is inclined, a recess may be provided on the facing contact surface. Further, this folding door can be used for various purposes such as a door at the opening of a closet and a bathroom door. In the above embodiment, the right shoji is one shoji, the left shoji is the other shoji, and the shock absorbers are provided at the upper part of the right shoji and the lower part of the left shoji. Alternatively, an impact absorbing device may be provided above the left-hand shoji screen and below the right-hand shoji screen.
