- 電源が供給されると発熱し、規則的な大きさに形成される網状構造の第1ワイヤ部と、
電源が供給されると発熱し、前記第1ワイヤ部の網状の大きさよりも相対的に大きい網状の大きさに形成される第2ワイヤ部と、
前記第1ワイヤ部及び前記第2ワイヤ部に電源を供給するモジュール部とを含み、
前記第1ワイヤ部は、前記第2ワイヤ部に対して相対的に電気抵抗係数が高い材質であることを特徴とする、面状発熱体。 - 前記第1ワイヤ部はステンレス鋼(Stainless Steel、STS)で構成され、
前記第2ワイヤ部は、ステンレス鋼(Stainless Steel、STS)、銅、及びニッケルのうちの少なくともいずれか1つを含む伝導性材質で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の面状発熱体。 - 前記第1ワイヤ部と前記第2ワイヤ部は、互いに厚さ及びパターンが異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の面状発熱体。
- 前記第1ワイヤ部と前記第2ワイヤ部は製織されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の面状発熱体。
